I also returned an item to fashion nova since December 19th 2018 ant till date they claim not to have received the item. Unfortunately I couldn't find the return receipt for tracking. This is very unfair. If item was not received, I expect it to have been returned to the return address on the envelop. I feel really frustrated and dont know what to do next
unauthorized account creation
Without even hearing of this company, I received an email about my newly activated account. How can that be when I never signed up for this? Most places require you to click on a confirmation email to be certain it was you that signed up for the account. When I emailed them, they said there was no way to delete an account. Seriously? How is that even possible?
They gave me a request #[protected] and the person I have been corresponding with is named Axel Borjas (info@fashionnova.com). The following is a copy of the last email they sent to me:

I have done a lot of business with Fashion Nova. Normally my experience is Great! For the most part, my shipment make it within a week.
I had ordered 2 diff. shipments recently, 1 on 1/14 and 1 on 1/15.
I tracked both packages. The package from 1/14 was suppose to arrive on 1/17.
I checked back on 1/17 and USPS showed the address had to be verified. I was advised the vendor (Fashion Nova) put a "1" in front of my address. (Not sure how they could have messed that one up when I've been purchasing numerous packages within the last year in a half, and never ran into a shipment issue).
I contacted Fashion Nova customer service and was advised by BOTH, Oscar Solano and Jesus Amaya that their was nothing they could do.. the customer would have to file a claim with USPS. I was advised by USPS the vendor had to file a claim AND verify the address. I've sent numerous emails to these 2 and nothing got done.
USPS ended up shipping my package back to Fashion Nova. I sent them BOTH an email advising if they can correct the address and resend my items once the package was received back in. They said NO, they can ONLY credit me for what was shipped out EXCEPT the shipping charge! That is complete [censored]! First off, It was Fashion Nova that entered the address into USPS incorrectly so THEY should be held 100% responsible for a FULL REFUND! 2nd, I ordered 2 outfits special for an event I have this weekend.. I went to check if my size was still available and of course, it's NOT.
You cannot run a business like this and think it's OK!
two separate orders with missing items
After ordering two separate times and having missing items in both orders, I contacted customer service multiple times without response. When I finally did, they asked for photos and proof with a packing slip and furthermore said I would receive my refund within a few days later. Fast forward a few months later and nothing. Emails go unanswered and they then reply with the fact that I have a pay pal claim that they will resolve. Which my pay pal case was closed because I didn't not escalate it due to them telling me I would receive my refund. Worst service ever. This is such a waste of time and effort. What a scam

I purchased a dress from fashion Nova in December 23, 2018 cost me 27.99, I received the package and the dress did not fit me at all, I decided to return it went to UPS store and pay for the return shipment which was $12 on January 6, 2019, I emailed them 5 times and someone else keeps answering with no answer as to why the package was never received when the tracking number for the returned item for UPS was received, I feel like I have been scammed and I want my store credit.

I have been a Fashion Nova shopper since 2016 and I've never had major issues with them until now. I have always hated the fact that I had to pay to send items back that didn't fit or that I was not found of but I just brushed it off and continued to order things because I liked their clothes. Recently I returned 2 items on October 20, 2018 they were received at their facility on October 22, 2018. I called on October 30, 2018 because I did not get a confirmation that they received the return. I was told that my return would be expedited, I waited and nothing. On December 4, 2018 I sent an email in regards to this matter and still nothing was done other than a generic email being sent saying there was a holiday delay. I emailed them again on January 8, 2019 and finally got a response the next day. They gave me a store credit for $21.19 when it should have been $42.58. Once I voiced this I was told that since I did not report that my items were damaged within 2 days I could only get partial credit (50%). I've returned items before and I have never heard of this policy. How is someone supposed to report damaged items within 2 days when we can barely contact them or get a response on the status of our order or return after multiple weeks ? Its already an inconvenience paying to ship the items back to their facility and now their saying that we have to lose out on money (store credit) because of a manufacturing error on their part ? This policy does not favor the best interest of the customers and I find it very absurd. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the length of time it took to process my return. This company makes too much money to have the return policy that they have in place. I WILL NOT be shopping at Fashion Nova anymore and I advise everyone else to do the same unless you want to be ripped off and scammed by a company making millions of dollars on behalf of their manufacturing errors, out of stock errors, shipment errors, and false advertisement at our disposal.

October 13th 2018, Order #[protected], paid $67 purchased Egyptian cut out two piece and white sequined majestic dress for a destination wedding. By Nov 16th the dress had not been delivered and was returned to Fashion Nova. I contacted Fashion Nova and they said the dress hadnt reached them yet.
Nov 16th, Order # [protected] paid $92 I reordered both items as time was running out before the wedding and I was desperate and it had been really tough to get fluid communication back fromFashion Nova about order status.
The second order was delivered in time for my wedding and shortly after returning home Dec 2nd I recieved an email from Fashion nova confirming the order had been retrurned and a credit would be issued shortly. Before leaving for my trip one other item I ordered was missing from my order and it tooks weeks before Fashion nova confirmed it was out of stock and I recieved no refund on that item until yesterday (Jan 9th) so when Fashion Nova said they would issue a refund from my egyptian cutout and majestic dress order I decined. Given that this nightmare of a process has stretched over two months before the out of stock order item was even credited, I have decided I am done with Fashion Nova and credits would no longer be of interest to me, I recieved an email from marco confirming he would issue a refund instead. Jan 3rd I get an email stating that I have credits from my order misshaps. Sudenly I could not email Marco back (his reply email was now no longer valid) curiously. I emailed Fashion Nova and was now told that my packages had been delivered and were never recieved back to the warehouse. I notified them and screenshot my emails with marco where he confirmed they were recieved and even tried to reason with them that it was also confirmed because a credit was issued. What I receive back is textbook replies and it is frustrating. I was a regular fashion nova customer and now will never order again, even with credit because I cannot endure such a frustratingly long and tone deaf communication process again.
RESOLUTION:
Full refund of my out of stock order item, full refund of both my first and my second purchase of the sequin and cutout dresses, an apology.
I have attached all supporting emails that I could retrieve.

I placed an order with Fashion Nova on November 9th 2018. Needless to say, by the 16th I requested to cancel the order because they weren't sending it. I was asked if I wanted a refund or gift card. I originally told them a refund, but after being told it will take 7-10 days to process (three times), I gave in and asked for a gift card. I have saved 16 email transactions from November to January were I am being thank for my patience and given another time frame. The representative stated that she escalated my case to a supervisor on December 16th. I continue to wait. I even talk to a representative on the phone (thanks to PayPal having this contact information) and was told that I was getting a refund instead of a gift card which was supposedly processed on January 1st (a holiday) I'm still waiting. My husband says that I am the most patient person he knows, but my patience has run out! It's time to contact legal representation.

Lost my receipt with my tracking number, the representative I'm emailing with has repeated herself several times instead of allowing me to describe what I shipped and my address that should be on the box. I literally just shipped over 50 dollars back to them and cannot get store credit or a refund. Items that were NOT in stock...when I brought up the issue, the representative made me take a picture of the shipping label that shows what THEY sent me to prove that I didn’t get what I was claiming. I did show them and got my refund, HOWEVER, how do you miss MULTIPLE items in an order then ask me to prove YOU made the mistake? Ridiculous. This was a different order... my return not getting compensated was the last straw for me.

I ordered clothes for A gift on November 18, received confirmation days later but my package still hasn't shipped! And I was told I would be issued a refund since it took longer than 10 days to process but never did! Fashion nova said they are having delays bc of the holidays but people who ordered after me received their packages! I get that the holidays and Black Friday could slow things down but make sure you guys get ALL of those orders out before you begin to ship items ordered after that! I am so disappointed and will never shop with them again! They should hire more people to work in the warehouse, answer phones and emails!
missing items in my package
I originally placed an order with Fashion Nova on Nov. 24th costing me $265.71 for 16 items. Order #[protected]. This package was not delivered until December 13th. Since this was a Christmas Present for my husband, I simply just took the bag it came in and placed it in a gift bag. Two days after christmas, my husband is trying on the clothes and I notice that 3 items are missing and there is no package slip inside of the bag like there usually is because I have ordered from them before. So i check my email, to make sure all the items i purchased was in this shipment and it shows that 16 items were supposed to be in the shipment. I then notify fashion nova to let them know and of course it takes a couple of days for them to get back to me, but they ask for a picture of the packing slip that was included in the package. I email them back and let them know there was no package slip in my package. They respond two days later and say that i should have reported the items missing two days after i received the package in order for them to help. I consider this theft and will be reporting this if i am not sent my three missing items or issued a refund. My packaged was obviously rushed and put together if I didn't even receive the packing slip. That means they were not done packaging my order, thus leaving three items out. I've heard of all the horror stories from others, but this has never happened to me. Please do not order from fashion nova. They are scamming people out of their money and I spent a lot of money with them on this package, even if it seems like nothing to them. I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved, and will be reporting this to my bank and any other blogs as well as my youtube channel.

Fashion Nova keeps disappointing me every time I order from them. I ordered clothes and shoes worth over $314 but my order isn't even here and they don't even reply to emails on time, they do it when it suits them better which is such a shame. I ordered a dress from fashion nova since Nov 10th. Up to now it's the end of the month and my package hasn't arrived. It cost more than $100. I'm so disappointed and I've Sent them so many emails and leaving them messages on their Instagram page. But they keep sending me emails about someone will get back to me and how much bs! They need to stop stealing from people. I will find a way to get my money back. They're quick to take the money from your account but can't provide you with information about your order. They are scams and I don't care what nobody says. They're so busy advertising but forget that people really await their orders. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order on Thursday the 27th, paid for 1 day shipping, received a confirmation email and then, a few hours later, received an email confirming my order was on its way with tracking info. Then a few hours AFTER THAT, I received another email stating there was a problem with the delivery and that I needed to contact the courier (FedEx) to resolve the issue even though it says CANCELLED BY SENDER. I called FedEx, and exactly what I thought would happen happened; they can't do anything since FashionNova cancelled the order, so I was told I needed to contact FashionNova.
I spent $90 and they were extremely quick to take that money out of my account, but now they won't answer their phones, respond to emails, or respond to DMs on their twitter help account. This business is such a scam.

Somehow my package was just delivered? I think there might be a communication error between FN’s warehouse and either FedEx or USPS. I would honestly wait and see if you manage to somehow get your package today too.

My tracking number keeps saying In Transit to next facility, it's been saying that since December 1st. Buyer Beware! Fashion Nova has lost focus on their customers and placed all of that focus on the bottom line.
To explain, Fashion Nova is refusing to process a refund for an order that was confirmed by the USPS as delivered to their facility on October 18, 2018 . As proof, I provided Fashion Nova w/ all the shipping info, tracking number, etc.
To date, Fashion Nova has refused to process a return for an order that was confirmed to have been in their possession last.

Fashion Nova is a scam. When I first received the package, of about $500 worth of clothes, I realized it was too light. It was missing items, three items. They made it really difficult to get refunded for that, and I never saw the credit post back to my account. Some of the items that did arrive didn't fit right, so I returned them, about $200 worth of items. I followed the return instructions perfectly. It cost me about $45 to ship from NYC to CA. I never got any credit back to my account. I emailed constantly and it took weeks for a response. Then they ask me for pictures and a tracking number. I had pictures, but the tracking number was long gone. If they weren't so incompetent and did their jobs this wouldn't be such a scam, but it is.

I ordered the dress in white and received it with oil stains and dirt. I contacted them an they stated I need to send a clear picture. You can't see it in the pictures. I call them as soon as I received the dress. They won't post the negative post on their website. It's like I just threw $60 out the door. We need a way to sue them. They are a SCAM.
