Fashion Nova customer service

I placed an order on the 22 and even after 2 days shipping have yet to receive it almost a week later. On top of that I have been waiting for a credit for almost 3 weeks from a previous order. I cut them some slack with the holiday but then saw that my friend received her order placed on the same day. When I email them they don't respond due to high volume which is upsetting because I'm left clueless at where the stuff I ordered is. Now everything that I have ordered is out of stock !

Fashion Nova i️ am complaining about fashion nova being unprofessional with my tracking email & not sending me any information on where my products are?

I'm very upset that I️ have to keep writing fashion nova & im not getting a single response. This is my last time ordering from here since I️ can't figure when my products I️ ordered are at. 2 day shipping my [censor]! This is 7 day shipping which I️ did not pay for. Very unprofessional that a loyal customer like myself always has to send a 1000 messages just to get my tracking number. I️ already waited 48 hours... where's my stuff?

Fashion Nova wrong dress sent. poor customer service

I ordered a dress and a pair of earrings and was sent an entirely incorrect dress. I have called at least 20 times with no answer. I have sent emails which have gone unanswered. This is unbelievable to me. You cannot take people's money and not give them what they have paid for and then there is absolutely no recourse. I want my money back or the correct dress that I ordered. The order number is 9218453.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with online purchasing. This is the second issue I have had with purchasing from the site and against my better judgement I foolishly gave it another try. I say foolishly because my first issue is yet to be resolved!

Fashion Nova stating products are out of stock when they are not

I placed my 1st order with FashionNova.com about 1 week ago, I was then emailed saying one item I ordered and paid for is out of stock and was issues store credit, I checked the website for the item and it was neither out of stock or low stock. I emailed FashionNova and got no reply after emailing 3 times, I got one reply saying it is out of stock and I should be "cautious" when ordering next time keeping in mind it is their fault that the website never stated out of stock or low in stock. I gave them a second chance and placed another order using the store credit, but had to pay for shipping Again at my own expense. I had the same problem with another product, so I emailed again and the person emailing kept making excuses. I have not even been store credited for this item, and have asked repeatedly that I get a full refund for the whole order and I will ship back the items at my own expense as well as opening dispute in Paypal which has not been replied to either. I clearly proved in the emails to the company that these items still to this day have never been out of stock or low in stock. I have gone online and read reviews and this has been a big waste of my money that I demand to have back, and learned they do this to majority of customers as a way of scamming for them to pay for shipping over and over. I would please like them to give a full refund back into my account for the second order and I will send order back to them at my own expense. This is clearly the companies fault and I should not have to pay for their mistakes.

Fashion Nova horrible customer service, false advertising, and forgotten items

I was told I had free two day shipping it took a week for my items to even be processed and sent out then another 3 days to get it. I called, emailed, and messaged on Facebook I received an email back days later not providing any real help or concern. I finally get my package 3 of my items are not there. After reviewing the email I received once the package was processed I did see they did in fact not list the products in my package those three not being on this list... but provided me with no explanation as to why! Like I wanted my clothes and if I can't have them I should be receiving an apology email not just at the bottom of an email im small print "you'll receive a credit for any items not on here within 48 hours" ... I have still yet to receive the credit. I have still yet to be contacted back. I will never order from here again they are beyond horrible seriously worst online shopping experience I have ever delt with I feel ripped off.

Fashion Nova refund

My order was refunded on its own even though the credit card I uded worked fine that same day and the next day withno problem yet Fashion Nova refunded my order and then they placed another order for the same products however I was not refunded and now ive been double charged and they will only offer me $150 in store credits... Thy were the ones that reordered my order for me and now all they want to offer me is store credit! That's ridiculous because I was going to wait for store credits! This gets me furious!

Fashion Nova delivery

I ordered a few items on Sunday, and paid for express shipping. These were ordered for an engagement I have tonight (Friday) and a wedding I have Sunday, and the shipping said it would take approximately 2-4 days. This is rediculous, and i am very devastated.
Now I am left with nothing. I would not have ordered the clothes or requested for express shipping if I knew these items would not be here on time.

Fashion Nova return/online store credit

I've shopped with fashion nova online for the last year 1/2. For a long time appreciated there customer service and prompt delivery service. I returned two items recently through mail, on Nov 10th it said the returns were delivered on the following day the 11th so I waited til the 20th of nov hoping to receive my online store credit email, I could place another order. Nothing came so I emailed customer support, I didn't here back then I emailed the following day finally someone replied asking for my order number, I provided it and still have not heard back. I've since emailed several more times letting them know I've provided tracking order number and the items I've sent back. Still nothing, I've also called a toll free number that send you through so many prompts but then hangs up on you. I'm really disappointed because now I've basicall have had them steal $40 from me. You can't get ahold of anyone. No one replies at all to you. They were the last company I thought that would screw you over.

Fashion Nova everything

Fashion Nova is currently trying to scam me. I purchased two items and they said it had been shipped. A week later I got the stupid gift card saying my items had been successfully returned. When they finally got in contact with me they said it's because they can't ship to my address? (New Zealand). What use is a gift card if I can't ship anything to my address? They also didn't refund my shipping! I want my money in my account!

Fashion Nova order 9297140 placed on the 12 november 2017

I've ordered two weeks in advance, after a week I have notice my order status is still unfulfilled, I have contacted the support team via aida in regards to my order status and whether it has been shipped. I did not get a confirmed and reliable answer for what I requested. She could not tell me where my order was not what date it has been shipped, even though she convinced it has been shipped and they are experiencing technical difficulties. Let be realistic & let's be clear that issue is your ongoing and you guys need to sort it out cause it is not the customers fault and people need to know where there items at cause why am I paying for shipping if im not provided with a tracking number.
Also, I have noticed they have charged me additional chargers on top of my order without my consent without me knowing. Now, a few days later I received and anonymous email and text stating my items have been refunded without a reason, which is another ungoing problem with fashionnova, so I decided to find my own reason via their website. I found that they are absolutely liars, how can all three items not be in stock all of a sudden? And two weeks later it's still up on the website stating it's in stock all of my three items. Now I have contacted the support team again and now im getting blanked. If I do not get my refund or my money back since I didn't get my order I would have no choice but to take this matter further and into legal authority hands because i'm a international buyer and should not be treated in this manner. Stop sending out promotion and answer to your damn complaints

I am in the same boat right now. I placed an order on November 16th and i got a text and an email telling me my order has been refunded also with no explanation. Both the items i ordered are STILL in stock. So what the hell the problem is beats me. I have tried contacting them on all there social media outlets, email and phone and no one is getting back to me but yet they have my damn money. Just because i am not a celebrity or one of their fashion nova babes doesn't mean i should be treated like this. I am a customer paying my money. They better give me my damn money back ASAP

This company needs to be taken to court. I ordered a bathing suit in the summer, it is now winter, and still no bathing suit, the first one went out of stock, the second out of stock as well. I keep calling, and I get a recording. I filed a claim with my bank, however they were not able to get my money back, because Fashionova was able to prove they shipped out ONE item, which was returned. This place is horrible.

Fashion Nova scamming company that practices unethical behavior!!!

I am very disappointed in Fashion Nova! They false advertise on the website telling you they have "fast shipping" and that they ship "within 2 days". It is a lie. I ordered items 1 week ago for my birthday and I never even received a tracking update. My Birthday is tomorrow and I have no dress. I am very hurt and disappointed. Every time I try to check the status of my order, it says "Order not fulfilled". How dare they steal from paying consumers? I am so tired of their fake reviews. The truth should be exposed. For every bad review, they get online and do at least 10 fake reviews so they won't "look bad". My friend used to work for the Montebello store and told me this! They send free clothes to celebrities (in a timely manner), so the celebrities can keep advertising their product. Fashion Nova took money out of my account as soon as I placed my order, and I have no update whatsoever about where my parcel is. I don't understand how a well known company can scam hundreds of people. They don't answer the phone and they send you generic emails when you ask about your items. When you write your concerns on their Instagram page, they delete your comments. To date, I have emailed them over 10 times, and called over 10 times, and I have all the records to prove it! I have filed a review and complaint with BBB. I am just waiting for my lawyer to compile all my records. All I want are the items I paid for. Is it really that hard to put my items in a box and ship it to me? Disgusting customer service. I wish they cared about their paying customers as much as they care about these non paying celebrities they eagerly give free clothes too. This is so ridiculous. I really hate thieves with a passion. Very evil company that stole from me. May God punish the owner according to his wicked and scamming deeds. Amen.

Fashion Nova make a scene sequin dress rose gold size small

I am really frustrated with the service of fashionnova. I really needed a make a scene sequin dress and i have never ordered with the company before and they have already dissapointed me countless occasions when I call their phone and it goes straight to the automated system or they do not return my emails. I'm losing hope. I needed the dress for an event in a couple of days in size small but everything is sold out and i wish they would make more quickly

Fashion Nova lied and charged a higher amount on my credit card than I authorized

My credit card was not charged the price shown to me at checkout
i placed an order online with fashion nova. The price was supposed to be $95.11 us funds however i received an email from amazon stating that i was charged $135.87 us funds. I immediately contacted fashion nova and asked to cancel the order or correct the price. I received an email stating that nothing could be corrected and if i was not happy with the purchase after shipping, to return and they would issue a fashion nova e-gift card... Meaning i would have to pay to send these items back! the order had been placed within minutes of me contacting fashion nova yet they are stating they cannot do anything? it's not right to be shown one price and charged a much higher price. Luckily i took screen shots of the pricing in the cart as proof. I then received an email stating that the items have not been shipped yet, i contacted fashion nova telling them to cancel, do not ship and refund my money or correct the price. I wanted to ensure these items do not get shipped if they are unable to correct the price. Showing a lower price and charging a higher price is a total scam! they are refusing to correct this issue that was caused due to their lies.

Fashion Nova shipping and horrible customer service

I placed an order on 11/7 coming to the state of Georgia and instead Fashion Nova did not pay attention and shipped it to the Country Georgia now 2 weeks later I am calling USPS trying to figure this out because Fashion Nova has not helped me at all they won't even call USPS. All the shipping information was screwed up because they messed up the shipping address. Now they are telling me to wait 4-5 weeks or later until the package comes back to them before I can get my money back. These people are liars and don't even plan on trying to get customer service to help you because they will not. I will never order from this site again because obviously they are too incompetent to figure this one out.

Fashion Nova not being helped, lied to, and stolen from.

I made an accidental order on October 19, 2017. I called immediately and made many emails. I was told by a manager that I would be allowed to get my money back for this one time only because it was not on my card and the order was not supposed to be made in the first place. I was told that I would need to refuse the package as soon as I received it in the mail and I would get a full refund as soon as my package was returned. I refused the package as soon as it got to the post office. Fashion Nova received the package on Nov. 3rd. I was told processing would take up to one week. Fashion Nova has now had my package for 2 weeks now. I have not been able to get ahold of a representative over the phone because every single time I call, I am on hold for 20 minutes and then the phone hangs up. I have sent emails and I have not gotten any answers about my situation. My order was $122. I don't have my refund, I don't have the clothes that I had to pay for, and I don't even have store credit. I have not been able to contact anyone ever since my package was shipped back, my email questions have been ignored. I have been lied to. I was promised a full cash refund as soon as my package was returned. This is absolutely unprofessional. This is not right to keep $122 from a customer. My order number is 8672622. I need my money back immediately. This has been a horrible experience. I have called many, many times and I can't reach a representative because the way the phone is set up, it does not allow a customer to be on hold for more than 20 minutes. Fashion Nova processing of my order

Order no. 9337525

I placed my order since Nov. 13, to date I see that the order has not been fulfilled yet my credit card was charged immediately after placing the order. It is my understanding that orders take 2 business days to process, that has since gone.

I will be at the delivery address until Sunday and I sent a follow up email requesting that delivery be made by Saturday but instead I receive one of you generic emails which is impersonal. This is not good enough especially given that I am a first time customer. Instead of looking at person's personal concern, Nova opted to sending a generic email. Additionally, I have sent an email to [protected]@fashion nova.com but I am afraid waiting 24 hrs for a response is too long at this time. As I am at a hotel, I am not in a position to ask the hotel to return my package whenever Nova feels to have it delivered.

As I write this complaint, one is left to wonder if this will also fall on deaf ears.

Fashion Nova the neck choker I ordered arrived completely damaged

I ordered for some orange thigh boots along with some beautiful chokers I saw on fashionova, firstly it took more than 3 weeks to get it while they said they were having 2 days free fast shipping, meanwhile I'm just here in Canada. Finally when it arrived, the fashion choker came completely ruined, all the stones are out, not even something you can try to glue together. It's a mess. I'm very disappointed with this.

Fashion Nova my full credit

I ordered a pair crystal boots, Fashion Nova shipped the boots damaged with stones missing, I immediately reached out to the company, a rep said to send the boots back and also pay for my shipping if it was under 10.00. So I shipped the boots back, mind you, the boots were 149.99 with 30 percent off, equal to 105.00z The company then sends me an email, with a fake invoice stating I paid 75.00 for the boots minus 23.00, giving me a [censor] credit worth 52.00! Then had the nerce to send me an email saying it will take 7 to 10 days for them to look into my missing credit! After this Im done with fashion nova after years of being a loyal customer!

Fashion Nova paid for express shipping - did not receive parcel until 2-3 weeks later + horrible customer service experience

I am a customer from Australia, and I placed an order in October, nice and early so I could have my dress before a wedding event in November. I selected Express shipping which was approximately $40AUD, to get the parcel early. On the website it stated that international parcels would arrive within 2-5 business days after its processing time, however my parcel did not arrive to me until the 9th business day.
With the processing time, it was 11 business days altogether.
This is unacceptable as the website advertises express shipping to be 2-5 business days not over 7 business days.

I've been dealing with Daryana via the customer service email and have received the most horrific experience and treatment that I have ever experienced with a company's customer service
1. My questions have been ignored and unanswered until I email back reiterating my question.
2. They keep saying it's not their problem
3. She told me to wait 7 business days after the 5 for my parcel, EVEN THOUGH i paid for express shipping.
4. Emails had many spelling mistakes (very unprofessional)
5. The day I received my parcel, Daryana blamed me via email saying I wrote my address incorrectly so it was going to be redirected back to them for a credit note, however I had already received my parcel ? - this point I lost my trust in this service as I'm not sure where they got this information from and were very quick to blame me.
It also gave me the vibe that they were going to redirect my parcel on their side so I would not receive my products I paid for, so they could keep all the money I paid, as she said a credit note would be issued back.
If this were to happen I would have lost the $80AUD I paid for, and would have to repurchase again, paying an extra $40AUD for shipping AGAIN to receive my garments. When my parcel arrived, my address listed was perfectly fine.
Very cunning move...

I've been emailing just for my shipping to be refunded as I think this is most fair for this situation, but this request has kept being ignored.

The least I want now is for the difference of the shipping to be REFUNDED as I've clearly gotten a regular service instead of the express I paid for.

I've in in contact with their CS team for 2 weeks now, and this issue is no where near solved.

I agree, I also live in Australia (Sydney) and normally I have a great experience with Fashion Nova.
However, on Monday 13th Nov 2017 I placed my order (#9328939) and also paid for express shipping, trusting their advertising as I need the clothes for next weekend.
My order still has not even been dispatched! The other issue with their customer service staff is that they reply with stock standard templates which don't answer your questions or even make sense/have relevance.
My fingers are crossed that I get my order in time, but after reading about your experience I am doubtful :(

Fashion Nova 4 items purchased.

I ordered 4 items on monday and I got the 2 day shipping, I needed the outift for this saturday but I have not even gotten an email saying it has been shipped or anything. I have emailed numerous times, I have called numerous times and no one will answer me. I am probably going to sue fashion nova. I ordered the 6th of November and it is the 9th. It says 24-48 hours to process but its been 3 days. I just want to find out if it is actually coming or what. I got the 2 day shipping because I needed it fast. I am very disappointed. Many of my friends order from here but I can not even seem to get someone to speak to me I have been on hold 3 times for 30 minutes then it hangs me up. THis is ridiculous. No emails answered either. Sueing.
