You guys really need to step up your customer service game . I have been trying to get in contact with you guys for over a week now I have sent back my items which you guys HAVE received and I still HAVE NOT received my gift card . It's not fair that customers have to wait so long to get their HARD earn money back. why even have a phone number of your not going to answer it
They finally replied back to my email and gave me one gift card but I'm waiting on my other one
never received my order
I made an order on May 28, and received an email saying it was shipped and a label was created on the May 31. It is June 20th and I still have not heard anything or received my package. I called the customer service line to complain, but no one was ever available to take my call, and i never received an email response about my complaint/problem or even a call back. It has been almost a month since I placed this order, what is the hold up and why is there poor service with the company?

I placed 2 orders on June 16th. The first was made at 12:48 pm. I understand that they are closed on weekends but it is now the 20th of June and the last order I placed was fulfilled before the first one. I made an order (#5872675) on June 10 and the tracking info didn't update until June 15 to tell me that a UPS label has been created. I chose the option for 5-7 business day shipping. It is now June 19 (business day #6) and the tracking information on UPS.ca or on FashionNova's website hasn't been updated and i am starting to get worried.
They don't answer the phone and they keep replying with automated emails... annoying... i just want my package maaaaaaaaaaannnn

I ordered the same day 6/13/17. It is now 6/13 I still have not received a shipping number at all neither have they responded to any of my emails. I went they Amazon pay. I am SO disappointed in this company, or should I say SCAM.. I ordered a Karlie Denim Jacket on 6/12, and on 6/15 got an email saying that they had refunded my purchase, which I never asked to be done. I have not received a refund yet. I have emailed their business twice, I have called they call center, left messages, and nothing. I do not understand why this happened and I am starting to get agitated because it has been two days and I have not heard back from Fashion Nova. I would like an explanation as to why this happened and why it happened without my consent. I will not be shopping here again nor will my friends and family. This company needs to seriously look at their customer service and evaluate their claim to "good customer service."

Share that call center number you called. I never received my complete order and they are making it difficult for me to get my money back or ship me the rest of my order. The easiest thing is just to ship me what I ordered since everything is still in stock but they are refusing to do this. I need that number. I am also reporting them to BBB because they are a scam.

On February 13 order and 14th, order, I tried using my Visa card from United Bank of Africa (UBA) to make a purchase, both were cancelled.
I am an American living in Liberia who has both a U.S. and overseas account.
On February 16 th I tried using my sisters Bank of America card, that order, was cancelled.
Today is March 8th neither my sisters bank, Bank of America or my Bank UBA have received a refund. I am asking Fashion Nova to please refund my over $1000 that they took from my card for orders that were cancelled. I’ve tried getting someone to speak to me and provide and update and I am being ignored! I’m giving Fashion Nova until the weekend then I’ll I’m take legal actions!

2 weeks ago Fashion nova supposedly shipped my package. I stayed at home waited for my package it never came. They told me I had to wait 48hrs to see if I receive my package I never did. I paid over $700 including rush fee. As irritated as I was I placed another order THE SAME ORDER but this time I put my boyfriend address for shipping and still used my billing address. THEY CANCELED MY ORDER because the shipping and billing address didn’t match mind you the last order I made the billing and shipping was not the same but yet they still sent my order out and I didn’t receive it. I’ve been ordering from fashion nova for years and this year has been the most problems. I’m done ordering from here and I will no recommend. The help center is 0 help.

I ordered literally yesterday, I look at the order excited and I see “Order canceled” AND THE REASONING WAS FRAUD? Over 62 dollars spent and I was supposed to get my order 3 days before school started.. That is literally the same thing that happened to me. Ordered yesterday and got confirmation email. Went to Track it and fed ex say they were sent shipment info and then a few hours later was cancelled. They couldn't notify me to let me know but sure had no problem taking their money off my card. First n last time I order from them!
Same thing is happening to me now! To make matters worse they have now started to completely ignore my messages and their phone is now a machine that hangs up on callers. I have talked to the FTC about it and found out it is not only illegal for them to withhold refunds but also to only offer gift cards in place of actual refunds. I emailed this to them and asked for any kind of refund (gift card or otherwise) which they said they have sent but I never received, I asked them to resend and they have said they have which is a lie because I never received it but get copious amounts of all their other mail so I don't believe my refund would be the one email that repeatedly doesn't make it into my inbox. Fashion Nova has terrible horrid customer service and are openly scamming people. A class action needs to be filed. Hopefully I receive my refund eventually but it doesn't seem likely since they keep stating they sent it. Annoyed and completely unsatisfied*
I’m waiting still on a refund from an order placed in Feb. 2022 . I never received package because their shady delivery company decided it was all of a sudden undeliverable after I had already gotten orders from them previously. They have yet to issue a refund in any form. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and nothing has been done. They are telling me they issued me a credit. I thought I was the only one that has issues with Fashion Nova. My first issue was from January 2018 (Still not resolved) I send a pants and a top to my daughter in Jamaica for her friend's birthday, so because it’s international I ordered a couple of weeks in advance. After 4 weeks and no package, I send an email because you know they don't have a customer service number at least not one I could find that works. There reply was the package is delivered, I send them several emails back and forth I called the post office numerous times and finally got someone to confirm that the package is at the custom because there is a number of sort missing. I send an email and nothing since then. Second issue, I decide to give them another chance and order again. I place the order on November 26th to go on vacation with some friends, December comes time to go on vacation nothing, email Fashion nova it took 3 day for an answer saying I have to contact the courier service no positive answer from them either. So finally on January 21st I got the package when I checked it the following day because I worked double shifts most days and I was too tired that night, I found that I was missing 2 items, send another email on the 24th and there reply I got was ; Damaged, missing, and incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of your package's delivery. The exact same thing happened to me. I placed an order on Thursday the 27th, paid for 1 day shipping, received a confirmation email and then, a few hours later, received an email confirming my order was on its way with tracking info. Then a few hours AFTER THAT, I received another email stating there was a problem with the delivery and that I needed to contact the courier (FedEx) to resolve the issue even though it says CANCELLED BY SENDER. I spent $90 and they were extremely quick to take that money out of my account, but now they won’t answer their phones, respond to emails, or respond to DMs on their twitter help account. This business is such a scam.

I bought the manhattan coat (they were like 30 still in stock when I purchased it) as well as some thight high boots. They sent me an order confirmation (Order ID : #5781099) Then after they even sent me a letter saying that my order has been shipped so everything were OK. The same day but like a hour later i got a message saying ''Here's your Fashion nova gift card'' at first I didn't understand since I didn't asked for any gift card so I sent a message asking why do I had recieved this card and they replied that apparently the coat is sold out, HOW ? When I purchased it they were like 30 still in stock! How can it be sold out after it shipped? And that's not it, I still didn't recieved an answer from them and it's been almost a week now. The manhattan coat promotion is about to end tomorrow. I paid for the shipping and they didnt even include it in the gift card. So now I have to pay again for shipping because their system didnt work right? I have to pay for shipping and for that full price coat because they didnt answer on time ? Thats so much for me its in USD devise and Im canadian. Im so disapointed I loved their clothes so much I just can't afford that customer care and that bad service I'm losing money and I don't even have enough.
Even the credit card you gave me has an error on it when i try to repurchase the coat with 30% sale its 23.49$ USD and the gift card is only 20.98$ USD. Ive been sending massive messages and no ones to answer and my situation is an emergency as the item in question is having a promotion that is about to end in 10 HOURS now! This is in reference to order #5713630, I was sent tracking information for the correct items, and a day or so later after my merchandise was shipped, they sent me an "oops" email. Like what the heck is that? It said that some jeans I ordered sold out, so here is a gift card to use for your next purchase. Wait so you shipped my package before it was sold out? that makes no sense, but I digress. I went online reluctantly and used the gift card. I then received my package the other day and there is a random item that i would never wear, a pair of the jeans i originally ordered that were supposedly sold out, but in the wrong size. To top it all off the pants that i was excited to receive weren't even in there. these pants were never sent to my email as sold out.I have sent several emails with no response to fashionnova.com. I even went online to research to try and get in contact with maybe a corporate person and all I could find was two employees that has responded to OTHER complaints that are similar, and they have NOT responded, As well as many calls that go straight to voicemail which I have left numerous ones, I am at this point fed up and ready to involve my attorney, this is a scam company and I will make sure no other people get scammed the same way I did. I think its interesting how you have time to post new scam deals on your IG however you can't get back to a client that has PAID. On May 24th I place and order for a romper, black tunic dress, rings, and chokers. When the items finally shipped out they sent an email stating the romper was sold out and they sent me a credit. First of all that is ridiculous...How do you ship knowing that you are going to be sold out of a particular item. And then send someone a credit. No! you should refund the money that the customer paid. The only thing I was suppose to receive was the black tunic, the rings, and the chokers. Once I got my package on May 31st. The only thing I received was my rings and choker. I also received a dress that I would have never ordered nor can it fit me. I called in the next day June 1st and spoke with some. She stated she was going to send me a return label to send the items back that I did not return and she would issue me a credit for the tunic I ordered. I never received that email from her. And since then I have been calling them and emailing and I get no response. When I call I will be on hold waiting on an agent for 20 minutes then it states that "no agent is available at this time". Once you hang up and try again you will still get the same message. As far as the email they never respond either. All you will get is an automated message. I will never purchase from the company again.

I sent back a package to them that the tracking claimed reached on May 24th. Here we are on June 5th and still have not receieved my store credit. Contacted the post office, spoke with my neighbors and I still couldn’t get my package. I always have been a loyal costumer to fashion nova. I never have been disappointed with items that I have bought, and never had an issue with my packages being deliver. I made an order of a little over $130.00 on the 16th of May, 2017. The order number was 5419794, on the same day i got an email concerning fraud and was issued a ticket number (#1551420) although i never reported any fraudulent activities after my order was confirmed. I got an email from Arturo from fashion nova informing me that their third party security system has flagged my order and in order to up lift the hold from my order, they will need for me to provide them with a selfie of the card holder and ID when I took these actions I got an email saying that their third party security system cannot electronically verify this order and if I still want to make a purchase I must reorder because this order is being cancelled and that I must allow 7-10 business days for the funds to post on my account. So basically I was told to take a photo of myself and a photo of my national driver's license to only be told that the system cannot verify and that my order is cancelled and that I must re order. I NEED MY MONEY I DO NOT HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO THROW ABOUT ON THE INTERNET. I am very disappointed and LIVIDDDDDD! I called [protected] and also have been emailing [protected]@fashionnova.com.. They were quick to snatch the money out of my account as well as send me an email about their system updating and they they would be processing shipments on Monday. I am on their website trying to order jeans (it's memorial day weekend 2017) and their website is whack! it is so messy and I can't even click on the right topic on their dashboard. the pictures of clothing are overlapping everything on their site and it is impossible to navigate. it makes it impossible to buy things or look through it. whenever i click on a product i want to buy, i can't even select the quantity or size. PLEASE FIX SO I CAN BUY STUFF.

I ordered a bunch of items and spent over $75 on a Saturday, I expected to get my package by the latest Wednesday. When I didn't receive my package I emailed them and asked why my package said unfulfilled, they charged my card on Saturday for the purchase. Then they emailed me saying the package is supposed to be delivered by May 27th when I ordered it May 20th. And I spent over $75 and I'm supposed to get free 2 day shipping. Then Thursday today! They emailed me saying "Oops we ran out of stock" OF ONE OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED! Why wasn't the item on the website state that it was out of stock! Like wtf it shouldn't have even let me buy it if it was out of stock. Then they email me saying well here's your gift card, with the money on it. I spent $42.99 on the jeans and only got back $34.99 on the gift card that I can only use for THEIR site. I'm so pissed

I placed my order on oct 16th for my Halloween costume and have received nothing. It’s honestly just so unbelievable that a company with such a huge following doesn’t have any sort of proper customer service. I’ve been unable to speak to an actual person and there’s nothing I can do which just makes me irate. If a customer placed an order for delivery within 3-5 business days and they cannot fulfill that order within that time frame it should be disclosed to the customer. I understand issues do occur but there could at least be some communication with the customer. I’ve shopped here for a while and never had an issue but after this I doubt I will shop with them again.

I cannot believe Fashion Nova thought this was okay to send to a customer. It was frayed and unraveling. Poorly constructed and just a hot mess! The dress was paper thin and see through. Similar to wearing tissue. I am very disappointed and highly unsatisfied! I work too hard to spend my money on such an awful dress and as a customer I am insulted.
