Fashion Nova no information on my order 2 day shipping

Fashion Nova is falsely advertising. I went with the 2 day shipping and order for over a 100 dollars. I have not received a tracking number or any information on my order. I am going on vacation next week and don't know when I will receive my order. I will have to contact my credit card because this is a scam a friend told me she ordered once for over 200 dollars and she never received her items.

Fashion Nova refund & shipping

I ordered some items about a week ago. 2 days after my order was placed I received an email stating one of the outfits I'd already paid for was out of stock & that I'd shortly be receiving an email with a gift card. I have yet to receive that email, the rest of the items have yet to ship, and no one responds to emails or answers phone calls. Since the new website, Fashion Nova customer service has been HORRIBLE. Customer service rep claims they have been experiencing a delay since the week of the 12th but no where is that listed on the website to worn customers before they spend their money. They have really nice and affordable things but it's not worth the hassle.

I placed an order on June 23 before they posted on their website about the delays in shipping. I received an email letting me know of the delays and then a day or so later I received an email saying my gift card was ready. I assumed it was a gift since my order was taking longer than what they were saying it would take since there was no explanation as to what it was for and no one had said anything about my item not being in stock. Well, I finally found out yesterday (July 10th) after numerous emails as to when I could expect my item to ship that apparently my item was out of stock (even though it doesn't say that online since I even checked) and that the gift card I received was my refund. Now, unfortunately, I had already spent the gift card on something small since I did not want to pay another $6 for shipping and now I am being told that I can not get my money back because I already spent it. Ther was no communication as to what was happening with my order. I thought this whole time that I was still getting my original purpose. If I had not hounded them with emails I would have never known.

Fashion Nova worst company ever

Dont shop with fashion nova. Worst fn company ever. They have terrible customer service. They are literally the worst fn company ive ever encountered. I placed an order tuesday, june 20th expexting the two shipping considering what I paid. I specifically placed this order for a few things for my vacation on july 1st thinking i'd have it before then considering the two shipping. A week and a half later and no fntracking number. Sent almost 20 emails and no fn replies. 100 fn phone calls and cant get thru to anyone. Worst fn company. [censor] fashion nova.

This is far the worst online store ever, nice clothes to look at, but when it comes to receiving, if they send you the wrong item, they do not refund your money as their mistake, but only a store credit. Then I placed order, and few days later, receive partial order sent, and again, instead refunding what they found was actually not in stock, they said store credit only. I mistakenly still gave them a chance, and its happen twice, item actually not available, they keep your money and only give you store credit. So, with them, its, shop at your own risk. They do everything to basically keep your money. I'd rather pay more money for a company with better business procedures and customer service.

Fashion Nova clothing

Fashion Nova claims to offer 2 day shipping on their items. False. I placed an order well over a week ago, they took the money from my account and have yet to ship my items! I'm so disappointed and feel robbed! They responded to one email but I've sent out two following our contact and now I'm getting no response at all. I ordered several items for my birthday and I devastated that I won't be able to wear them, even more upset at the fact that they took my money knowing that they did not have my items available for shipment!

Fashion Nova product has still not shipped and I ordered 2 day shipping

I am a loyal FN customer-- have been shopping/raving about it for years. I am going out of town and ordered some things on 06/24, with the expectation that it would be with two-day shipping as I ordered $120 worth of merchandise. Got an email a couple days later that the warehouse is being re-done and so orders are delayed. STILL have not gotten a confirmation of my shipping, and so I am worried they will not get here by the time I leave town 06/30 early in the morning... It is now getting to be too late to place an order with another company and expect it to realistically get here in time. I have not been able to get a response when I tried emailing the team, despite that they said they would get back within 1-2 days. They should have explained that the shipping would be delayed BEFORE I bought that much merchandise with the expectation that it would arrive in time. This is actually such poor customer service and I am so appalled at the company when they have so many loyal customers, that they would treat someone this way. I will be fighting for a full refund if the items do not come in and time and will be using my social media platform to spread the word so that nobody else gets scammed this way EVER again.

Fashion Nova service sucks! don't order!!!

I ordered twice with them i ordered on the 19th and on the 23rd and havent gotten my package... ive called numerous times and emailed and havent gotten no answer...im so angry...they suck! The new website is not worth loosing your loyal customers...just saying at least a email to re assure me my package is coming or an estimate of how delayed the packages will be. NOT EVEN A TRACKING NUMBER! 8 DAYS SINCE MY FIRST DAMN ORDER!

Fashion Nova where are my credits?! where is my clothing?!

I've never had a problem with this company until now. I was emailed twicw last week about some things being out of stock that I ordered and I would receive a credit for those missing items. That was a week ago! Nothing! So I emailed the company 6 times and called customer service literally15 times in a row just to speak to someone about my CREDITS they owe me but I keep getting the same recording and getting hung up on and I was sent an email With just their FAQs! I am very angry and agitated because I want either my money back or my clothing! I also had to pay for shipping on one of my purchases, which was TWO DAY SHIPPING and I have yet to see it! If I don't get a response from the company soon, I'm reporting them! I will no longer spend my hard earned money here anymore! They have stolen my money and I won't tolerate it! DO NOT SHOP HERE! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Fashion Nova did not give me my money back

I have had order from fashion nova in June 12
Send it back 7 items in 6/17/2017... Only received 1 item for credit store.. I know their return policy. So didn't expect for a full refund.
The guy name Micheal garvine the one who sign for the packaged. So I know for sure that they got my order. But what happen to the rest of mine? It worth more then $200 why am I only received 30.02.

Fashion Nova false advertisement and no customer rep that can be reached

Placed an online order on 6/21, hoping to leverage FREE 2 Day shipping, received confirmation email, got charged on my bank account and still have yet to receive any follow up email in regards to shipping.

I emailed and called but cannot connect with an actual representative. You would think with the loyal customer base they have, they would provide better service. I Would flat out cancel my order if refunds were available, why would I want store credit if my continued experience is horrible?

Fashion Nova order cancelled

I placed an order 4 a dress, fashion nova sent me the •wrong• dress plus it was tore! I replied I wanted a refund to my credit card. they said no refunds, just •in store credit•! I finally send it back.. they reply it takes 5-7 business days.. I finally receive an in store credit.. when I utilize that, I receive an email the next day stating the order has been cancelled! i'm so upset with fashion nova, u don't know the half of it! 😡😡😡 signed a •mad black woman•!

Fashion Nova payment taken - product never received

I ordered a dress on May 22, 2017 to be shipped internationally to Canada. My credit card account was charged on May 24, 2017 and I received a shipping confirmation email with a "tracking number" with the notation that it takes 24-48 for tracking information to become available.
I called and spoke with a representative (after multiple attempts and over a half hour wait in queue) who advised that she could not see updated information either, but would put in a request for reshipment.
To date (Jun 23, 2017) I've yet to receive my package, and I have called well over 30 times only to have the recorded message state "no support agents are currently available to take your call; please leave your name, number and email address and someone will get back to you shortly". I've also emailed 5 times only to receive an automated response advising that my email will be responded to within 24-48 hours. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional company in all of my years of online purchasing! I will be contacting my credit card company for a full refund and will NEVER purchase from this site again...I advise anyone who expects good customer service and care to do the same! SMH Absolutely ridiculous.

Fashion Nova fake 2 day shipping

I ordered a bunch of clothes on June 17th for a trip I was going on the following week. Its now June 23 and I still haven't received the package. There is no tracking number. When I login and check the order it says "unfulfilled". I emailed 3 different times and got no response. I called 5x and no one answers even though it says the customer service line is mon-fri 9-5. Im calling my bank to dispute the charges

I am having the same issue with fashionnova. I placed my order on the 16th of June and received 2 days shipping. My order has not been shipped. When I logged into my account it's saying my order status is unfulfilled. I wanted to receive my order by the 26th because I will be going back home the following day. I reached out to fashionnova via email and they claim recent upgrades causes orders since June 13th to be delayed.
Fashionnova didn't even have the courtesy to send out an email informing it's customers their orders will be delayed and apologize for the inconveniences it's so called "upgrades" will cause. I now learn I cannot cancel my order nor can I get a refund.
I also agree with you regarding fashionnova's poor customer service. I failed to get them via phone after multiple attempts. Fashion nova need to have more respect for its customers, we don't have to spend our hard earn money with them.

Fashion Nova order

Hello,

I would like to make a complaint regarding the recent service received. I made an orser from the UK worth over £70 which was made end of May and I am yet to receive my order. I have submitted various email enquiries and even purchased a calling card to call Fashion nova directly to speak to somebody for me to know where my order is but was only able to get an answer phone. I needed the items for an event which I was not able to attend as a result of the order not being delivered.
I am highly disappointed with the service received and I would like to be contacted by a fashion nova colleague to determine what has happened to my order. I have previously made a delivery before and my items were delivered by Yodel couriers. I have contacted Yodel and they have told me that my items had not been received by them?
Please can someone contact me ASAP and let me know what has happened to my order? Ref 5635318 I am also available via: [protected].

Fashion Nova service is awful

I placed an order on Friday of last week saying it's two day shipping and I have still not gotten any email saying that the order has shipped I purchased more things on Sunday and have not gotten a shipping email either I've tried calling no one picks up I've sent emails no one has responded and I've tried contacting them through instagram and they have still not even messaged me back if I would of known I would I have to wait this long I would of never bought the items it seems that if I pay the extra 15$ for an item to ship the next day I get that no problem but spending over 75$ and getting 2 day shipping is a lie

Fashion Nova return service

I purchased 4 items, I received them. I returned 2 items back sups. Ave ordered many times online from many companies, never a problem when returning items. Fashion nova is saying they never received my item's and therefore no credit has been issued. My daughter used her birthday money to buy these items and of course is divested that she is out of $50 now. I have tried numerous times to talk to a rep on their customer service number. overtime a prerecord message says no one is available. Something is really shady at this company. I will never recommend or order from here again. CUSTOMERS BEWARE

Fashion Nova terrible customer service

Understand that you will deal with customer service through email which can be quite frustrating as they provide you with blanket replies that do not answer your questions. I placed a big order for items on June 14, 2017. I was told due to the upgrade of their new system that orders will be processed and shipped faster, THAT IS A LIE. This is the second order one placed in May that I received late after my vacation. The next order I placed last week in June for another vacation has no tracking number nor can I get a response as to when my order will be shipped. My order has not shipped and I Cannot get a refund. I demanded my money be sent back to my card and even with the big mix-up they will not oblige my request. I visit the site daily and I certainly order consistently. To treat a frequent customer such as myself in this manner is disgusting. I will no longer shop here. I will deal with my bank to get my money back because I do not want a store credit as I refuse to shop there moving forward. Avoid this site their practices and policies are unethical.

Fashion Nova unethical business practices

I was given "store credit" for an item that was never fulfilled, as in it was out of stock even before the other items shipped out and then I receive the other items, did not like them so returned and now am stuck with $100 in store credit that is still missing about $30! They do not give you your full refund. Whaaat!

Oh and they delete all their bad reviews online just so you know. I left one good review on an item my mum genuinely liked and one bad one and they posted but deleted the bad review minutes later.

Fashion Nova credit has not been received

Fashion Nova received my items several days ago and I am yet to receive a store credit. I so wish I had read the reviews about this company before purchasing because, they are a big let down to say the least. I have tried calling several times and their customer service is non-existing even by email I have not gotten a straight answer in regards to my return (1750779). I have searched the web trying to find a legitimate phone number that someone will answer to no avail. They even list the "Post Office" as one of their customer service numbers. They state on their answering machine that they have improved there customer service to meet the needs of their customers and if this is the truth I would hate to see what it was like before now because this service is atrocious. What's even worst is this is my very first time ordering from this company and I can't tell you how much they have left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fashion Nova never received my order

I made an order on May 28, and received an email saying it was shipped and a label was created on the May 31. It is June 20th and I still have not heard anything or received my package. I called the customer service line to complain, but no one was ever available to take my call, and i never received an email response about my complaint/problem or even a call back. It has been almost a month since I placed this order, what is the hold up and why is there poor service with the company?
