I placed an order on the 8th of September for $525 dollars and paid $25 for expedited shipping which the site says is 2-4days. 2 days later I received a shipment number. I have not been able to get any tracking information with the tracking number provided and I have sent multiple emails and direct messages on Twitter to the customer care team with no assistance. I get the same automated response from each consultant saying that they are having delays and that deliveries may take up to 30days due to local customs for international orders but I cannot even follow up with my local post office because all I have is a shipment number from Fashion Nova that does not bring up any information. They eventually sent me a $25 gift card for the shipping but I have not received any further responses as to where my order is nor any responses to my request for a cash refund! I am extremely frustrated as this is a lot of money and I have been taken for a ride!
No replies to my email and no one pick calls because they go straight to VM even after I sent multiple emails with a picture taken with my Government ID card for verification.
I would have given a minus star if possible.

On 3 different occasions I purchased merchandise from Fashion Nova only to be disappointed every time. I went so far as to contact fashion Nova to confirm that they had all of the items I was ordering in stock before ordering and was told by a live rep that they were 70% stocked but yet still issued a refund. This is poor service without a doubt
I paid $15 for 1 day shipping on July 1st. It is July 6th I have not received my order. I tried to call customer service number provided and can never speak with anyone. This by far is the worst experience ever with fashion nova and I will not be ordering anymore. I placed an order June 29th and got my order July 1st with regular shipping.

I received a email May 1st, 2018 at 6:46 pm saying FedEx didn't receive my package from Fashion Nova and that the shipment has been cancelled by the sender.
I've been shopping with fashion nova for a while now but always bought little amount of items at a time. Well this time I placed a big order, spent almost $300 and they're saying it's been shipped but it's now going on 2 weeks. I ordered 4 items and paid $15 for next business day delivery. It's been 3 days since I did that. The order was sent out and then cancelled by fashion nova, I cannot get a response from them and their customer service line does not work. Horrible experience especially since I paid $15 for shipping that was supposed to be next day. Order elsewhere.

An order that I didn't place is getting deducted from my account and when I asked them to immediately cancel it within minutes if I seeing it they said they could not. It's only been 5 minutes. They want to give you a gift card instead of refund your money -- that's a ponzi scheme.
