On July 26th your employee backed up into my car claiming to not see my car. He jumped out the customer car he was working on and began panicking. I backed into a parking spot and waited for him to come back to check on me which never happened. I walked inside and had to ask what was the hold up and was told by someone else that the police were called but the employee who backed into me was missing in action from me and the police officer that arrived. The employee was enibriated which is why he ran into hiding. Had he hit me hit me any harder my car probably would have caught on fire because of where he backed into. Your employee clearly was at fault and your adjusters department have dropped the ball in the matter. Your employee had no license on hand and in so many words a hit and run because he knew he was at work high knowing he should not have been there in that condition and mgmt clearly knew and smelled like Marijuana and your establishment at this location did nothing to prevent this situation from occurring. They aided the situation because they knew that this goes on every day . Your claim adjusters told me I was not a customer so basically I didn't matter when in reality I was there to get some services done not passing through the parking lot as they accused me to be. They told the other customer who car he was driving that I was at fault however that was far from the truth. My car was hit on the driver's side which clearly says different. Your employee is at fault and this matter needs to be seriously and resolved.
As representatives of Firestone no employee should be at work risking the life of others due to his careless lack of judgment decision. No establishment should ever be ran like this .your employee nor any one on this day came back to my car to check on me. The employee decided to go into hiding after damaging my car
Desired outcome: I submitted my claim which needs to be covered and I need to be compensated for this serious issue. Had your employee backed into me any harder this situation could have definitely been different
