I was booking a flight for sep 2 but suddenly after confirming the booking it showed me sep 4 so called flight hub right back so they can help me to change flight but they were unhelpful useless and charge me dollar for nothing it's hard to earn money and for nothing how can someone fraud their customer like that so bad service. Stay away from this website and company called FlightHub if your life is depended on it.
I have purchased a pair of tickets for my parents to come Canada to visit their grand kids back in May 2017, unfortunately my Father passed away on June 19, 2017 and I have informed the Airline to cancel his ticket .
For the refund i was told to apply for refund once i am back in Canada and trough the agency (FlightHub).
I have provided them with every document and information they requested, but every time i call back to check the status of the refund they tell me they have no response from the Airline.
I have called Air France on Aug 29, 2017 and was told they have not received any request for refund.
Even though i have confirmed email from Flight Hub that they have all the necessary information and documents.
Called back to Flight Hub call center (apparently in Philippine) on the same day and to my surprise i was told they have to Fax the document and will take care of it right away.
Gave them another chance to make good on their promise.
Today when i called to follow up (Sep 01, 2017) i was told by their CSR that they have no capability to Fax anything to Air line.
Can you believe this [censor]...
Flight HUB if you care or reading this mail, you are bunch of Crooks hiding behind the internet .
I will never deal with any online ticket agents and will pay more and go to the travel agents in person .

Flighthub Voucher Policy is not transparent. This company's policies are a complete scam. My daughter, who works for a world class hotel, will be sure to share her negative experience with Flighthub with any client that asks for advice. I will do the same.
My daughter purchased a flight from Kelowna, BC to Perth, Australia. The flight itinerary includes 3 segments. The first segment is with Air Canada from Kelowna to Vancouver; the second and third segments are with with China Southern Airlines and departs from Vancouver with a stop over in China and continues to her destination in Perth. Unexpectedly, our family has moved from the the Kelowna area to the mainland and my daughter no longer requires the 1st segment of her flight. She does not want any refund but rather just wants to cancel the 1st segment of her flight and keep the remainder of her itinerary the same.
After 3 calls to Flighthub, my daughter was told she could cancel the entire itinerary for a cost of $150 and receive a voucher which she thought was an okay deal. Then they told her that she would also need to pay $100 reservation fee to re-book her entire itinerary which she still thought was okay. And then the absurd was said, she would have to book the same itinerary. WHAT? Why would anyone cancel a booking at a cost of $250 only to book the same thing?
She just wants to give up one seat and continue on with the remainder of her itinerary. Shouldn't this be an advantage to the airlines?
The truth of the whole story is that she could find a way to get to Kelowna to depart from her despite we don't live here anymore but that's not the real issue. The real issue is that she moving to Australia and she just wants her family there at the airport to say goodbye. It is an absolute shame that people/companies are not more understanding.
Should this not be resolved for my daughter, I will never ever use Flighthub again and I fly at least 10-15 per year. Furthermore, I will tell everyone I know and those I meet never ever to use Flighthub.
I would very much appreciate a reply and explanation regarding the voucher policies.

poor customer service
I have been ringing everyday for 3 days and have not had my issue resolved. All I am trying to do is get my flights changed so me and my family can get home in time for a funeral. I understand there is a process and sometimes fees cannot be waived, but when a lady called claire who I can barely understand to begin with starts yelling at me on the phone after ive just told her a family member died well that is absolute disgusting behaviour. What a horrible way to treat someone who is grieving and just trying to get home. Is this flight hubs policy to provide such poor customer service? After telling me there was no complaint department she transfered me to a supervisor who just told me to ring aircanada myself and sort this with them directly because there was nothing he could do for me...how is this even considered helpful? I was under the impression if i booked through flighthub that flighthub would deal with the airlines. Is this also normal policy to just tell me to jog on and make my own arrangments? I am incredibly hurt and disappointed, I still dont have our flights booked home and with the time difference I now have to wait for AirCanada to open and call them back today. This is now day 4 of trying to get home in time for the funeral. I hope to hear back from someone very soon, Thank you.

I booked a flight on March 27th from key west to Windsor locks Connecticut flYing out on Sept 18 and returning on the 29th. I was contacted Monday and told that there was a change in my flight and I needed to call so I called 2 times the first person I was disconnected from the second person told me there was no reservation under my name. The third person had no idea what was going on and then said my only option at this point was a refund which would take 6 to 8 weeks. Which is unacceptable being that I'm flying out in 6 weeks and need the money to flirt purchase a new ticket. So I spoke with a supervisor and spend an hour and a half on the phone total at which point he finally said he had me another flight. I got all of the flight numbers and everything he said I would receive an email within 24 hours with my itinerary and e-ticket. That was Monday I have heard nothing back I called last night and was told I'd need another 24 hours. I called today and the girl said there's there's a major schedule change and that they're going to need to get me another plate but I already went through this so they shouldn't need to put me on yet another flight. I want to speak to someone who can help me and be consistent and do what they say they're going to do this isn't fair I paid $421 for this ticket through this company and I can currently purchase one on Priceline for almost $100 less if I could get a refund faster than 6 weeks I don't want a refund I want my plane ticket and I want my itinerary and I want my e-ticket this needs to be resolved immediately please help

I will never never never book with them again. They have the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They never call you back when they promise tjey would. They never change the flight time for you and always say they could not connect with the airline. They cost me extra 1000$ to buy another ticket because I couldn't change my flight. It was the biggest frustration I have ever been through. Yes, they are a bit cheaper, but what does it mean when you can not change your flight and receice the worst service?

On January 19th, 2017 my family and I booked a trip through Flight Hub for a Mexican vacation. We paid the $20/ticket for cancellation insurance when we purchased the tickets as it did not note when we were booking the tickets online that there was a 24 hour only use of that cancellation.
Due to a pregnancy, we had to cancel our trip in order not to travel to a country in which Zika was a risk (I would have been in my first trimester of pregnancy). When I called to cancel the flights, the agents were lovely, but they noted to me that my cancellation insurance, which I had paid extra for, only covered me for the first 24 hours of cancellation. This was not confirmed to me on my booking or tickets. I then had to pay an additional nearly $250 for cancellation of those flights - not to mention the loss of credit when re-booking the flight for a later date.

I will be submitting a complaint to flight hub directly about this issue as well and would like reimbursement for the cancellation fees. Their lack of information on the website was frustrating and cost us money. We also spoke directly to American Airlines - with whom the flight would have been, and they noted their website has an advisement when you are booking to Zika countries to check the Centre for Disease Control website for information. No such travel warnings are listed on the Flight Hub website.
Any assistance that could be provided in this case would be greatly appreciated.

Booking reference: [protected] flights from toronto- kelowna roundtrip confirmed! Anyway me and husband booked a flight for her 2 sisters to come in visit us to kelowna from toronto a month ahead of departure date july 11th all confirmation has been recieved eterinary and invoice..e tickets recieved too and few days before flights called the CSR to confirm that everything is alright with tickets cause the 2 traveller hasnt been travelled that much and we want it easy and no hassle from the airport. Departure went well but going back is such a hassle and inconvenient as hell!at the airport on the way back 1 ticket has been voided but she had her e ticket and the flight was a roundtrip so what the heck is going on? The girls missed their direct flight cause weve been hold calling / dealing this network for 3hrs we cant let just one of them to fly since 1 traveller is only 14 yr old and her 1st time to be on plane so anyhow air canada assistant was really nice and helpful to change the flights for free for both of them as long as the 1 ticket was corrected but for freaking 3hrs to fix it? Wowww! After all that just to find out that 1 return ticket has been voided has never been charge at all in our credit card and still charge us after all the hassle that theyve caused! We book a rountrip and why 1 ticket has only 1 way plus they gave us the e tickets for all the flights? We bought the ticket a month ago so for christ sake! The employee pressure me into buying a ticket: while i was waiting for my mom passport to arrive, the agent still took the name even though i wasnt sure if my mom other given name was going to be on it. When i ask "are you sure im not gona be charged to change the name in case it is different?" To that the agent responded: "just call us back yo make the change" . I asked at least 3 times, still same answer. I ask her to have a writings record of my request. After couple of day i receive my mom passport and i called many times, long HOURS of wait: the result was the same: presssure me to pay 50$, 200$ always different amount. Telling me to call delta or westjet. That they will retrieve the phone record before applying the change. Anyway, day of the flight no sign of hope Flighthub was going to change it.
can't use my credits for future travels
I booked a flights to flighthub for the month of june but we cancelled it due to sudden death of one of our immediate family and paid 150 for cancellation fee. They did not refund my money instead they credits it for our future travels and waive my rebooking fee. Now i was going to use my credits and calling them everyday for almost 2 weeks and spending 1-2 hours over the phone. They keep on telling me no available flights for the dates i want and i asked them to check any available dates for the month of august and september but nothings available. Today, july 12 i spoke to one of their manager's name zayan he assured to find me available flights but after 2 hours waiting on the phone it disconnected. I called again and spoke to another manager name rita and spent another 2 hours and told me she will contact the support team but nothing happened. Lots of available flights on their websites but they keep on denying that no sits available. I was upset for their inconvenient and terrible services. They always assured me but giving me a false hope. Hope someone will help me about this matter.

purchased airline ticket from toronto to karachi

The price were charged including seating assignment fee.
Seats number was assigned, but at the time of boarding, they refused to give the assign seats. It did not happened one time, but all the time of boarding they refused. My tickets with family was Toronto to Dubai to Karachi, same as returning to Toronto. I complaint to Emirate airline and send the proof of boarding. They said flight hub was not authorized to assign seats.

Booked flight for my Wife and her Mom for Honeymoon thru FlightHub and paid very high price, as Canadian advised that my wife only had Dutch visa for travel agent advised no problem and booked. However had big problem my wife was booked thru Degall airport and airline refused her on flight and FlightHub when called just ignored and actually hung up on me 2 times. Called airline direct and they fixed going to St. Maarten and wife arrived 2 days late now trying to fix return to China and same problems but worse as airline also not helping now either probably because of so many errors with Flight Hub. Flight Hub wants to charge me as they blame me as my fault. DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB for any booking.
They transferred me to Delta which then they tried to transfer me to Air France all passing the buck not taking any responsibility. In the transfer to Air France I was cut off (maybe on purpose?) Delta did say it was a Air France ticket they could not change so I went to airport as agent at airport does re-ticketing of both Air France and KLM, they advised it was Delta as they tried to reissue ticket and could not! Very frustrating! going around in circles at least the lady was very nice and called Delta and between her and them admitted the error and they corrected what FLIGHT HUB Created!
So all resolved by us with there help nothing from Flight Hub and we spent another day of our Honeymoon correcting one of there numerous errors at our cost on a very expensive ticket. Started June 29th in Amsterdam and finished yesterday July 5! Honeymoon over on 14th!

I was planning an anniversary trip with my wife to San Francisco, and booked a flight through FlightHub. The flight was on United, with a new fare called "Basic Economy." After booking, I get an email from United saying that with this fare, I cannot "sit with [my] group or family." Thanks United – 10 hours of seat time, not sitting with my wife on our anniversary. I'm within the normal 24 cancellation period, so call United to cancel. United tells me that I have to call Voyage Ala-cart. Voyage Ala-cart tells me they are just a wholesaler, and I have to call FlightHub. FlightHub tells me that I have to pay $75/person ($150 total) to cancel, even if within 24 hours. After complaining, they "generously" reduced my penalty to $50/person. So to get my refund, they first will charge me an ADDITIONAL $100 now. Then in five to ten business days, I will get a refund of my full purchase price. Unbelievable.

Very disappointing with your service :
1. On April 7h 2017, we tried to purchase some tickets Montreal to Amsterdam.
2. The payment didn't went thru. We didn't receive any email, the credit card was not charge and any follow up was made.
3. The payment didn't went thru. We couldn't got tickets that day.
4. At the end we got an other pair of tickets. We discover that we have tickets... try to chase them... the cost was more than 1 thousand dollars of the tickets and now to change them it's an other thousands dollars.
When we tried to change the date at least to change the tickets for your mistake or your poor service of booking reservation. We were told that 367$ per passenger to change the tickets. Now we call to change second time now it's 489$ plus other applicables fees. ALL THIS TO CHANGE TICKETS AT THE VERY BEGINNING THE ERROR WAS MORE YOUR POOR BOOKING SERVICE.
WORST COMPANY EVERY TO BOOK YOUR TICKETS. NO FOLLOW UP, NO EMPATHY FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CALL CENTER). We will be making a complaint to the Office de la protection du consommateur (in Montreal). Customer Protection Office.

unable to fix a cancellation + rebooking problem
This is regarding the order [protected]. On the Wednesday 31st of May, I was supposed to board a flight from Toronto to Panama City, leading me to another flight from Panama City to Cordoba, Argentina. After I missed the Toronto to Panama City flight, I was on the line with their agent for abt an hour trying to fix the problem. Some issues came up with Copa Airlines and they where not able to fix it on time so I had to sleep at the Toronto airport that night and call back the other morning.
Which I did at 8 AM and still trying to find a way to recuperate my return flight nor to refund me a part of the first flight.
Then again they couldn't answer on time and I had to board a new flight at my own cost. When I finally arrived in Cordoba, I saw that my sister had made a complaint to Flight Hub and that one of their agent had contacted me over email. I tried to contact him but their Internet agent take forever to answer so I had to call them from an international cabine and it ended up costing me a lot of money. I could settle an arrangement with one of their agent on the line after 2 and a half hour of mostly on hold time.
He told be the system had broken down in between. This employee could reopen the return ticket with Copa Airlines and reserve my ticket for a 333, 46 CAD cost in total.
Unfortunately, I returned home to find a noreply email saying that my booking needed immediate attention. They had cancelled this reservation as well. So when I called back the next day (June 6th), she told me that the flight had augmented, the fees had augmented. I asked her what other fees did they had to charge me and neglected to tell me about the day before. She said a fee that someone has to pay with the airline when they are booking a flight in less than 21 days in advance. I argued that the day before there was no such fee and that we were at 20 days before the date of departure and she told me that the guy had forgot to tell me because of the system failure (?). We then settled for a 574 CAD total cost, all fare difference and administration and other fees included.
She told me I would receive the ticket on my email adress in a couple of hours.
I never got the ticket so I started contacting them by email again.
The agent that answered to me on the 9th of June (3 days later), the same that claimed to be able to solve my problem 3 days before (is name is Marc-André) told me that I hadn't receive the ticket yet, because it just hadn't been issued like it should have been 3 days ago...
Now, why and how? I have no idea. But that meant that once again the deal was off.
And once again, the settlement was more costly, now they are telling that I need to buy a complete new ticket for which they will go 50/50 on the price with me. Which comes up to a total of 741, 21 CAD extra that I need to pay. Considering I have already bought a return ticket of 1070 CAD, I doubt that this settlement is the best they could have done.
Basically, they haven't been able to answer my request in an efficient matter of time in order to safe me higher costs. They haven't been able to attend in a professional and reliable way my request.
I will never used that agency again. They work with no respect for the customer's time or money. Still of today, my case isn't solved and I don't have a return ticket.

It has been over a month I have been trying to call the agency several times to change the return date of my flight from the june 5th to any time form June 28th to july 14th based on the fare's availability.
it is worth to mention that I have been on holds more than 10 times for a duration of about 2-3 hours continuously.
I also have to mention that every single time after waiting for several hours being on hold the representative have told me they do not have the information and I have to call them back in 24 hours.
After trying this method for almost two weeks, one of the representative offered me that the call will be provided from agency to me when ever they have found the information regarding the fare difference calculations. In order not to waste my time anymore. I have to mention that no one has EVER given me a call since now !

While the representative was still insisting that I have to keep calling back and waiting for informations I have asked to call with her supervisor.
The supervisor was not available for 55 minutes. After the hour of hold she started asking me same questions over and over and finally she has mentioned
she can not do anything for this situation since my ticket was book on June 10th OF 2016 - and because of the one year duration I am not able to change the date .
I am amazed and shocked how the other 20 representative which wasted my time over the pas two months could not give me such a simple peace of information regarding this rule of the one year duration ! !?
I am not only exhausted and frustrated about this situation but also going to loose my return flight.
If I knew it from a month ago ( the time I have started to look for possibilities to change my flight date) that I wont be able to change the date I could have somehow manage my time not to loos my flight ! and in other word not to loos about 1000 dollar hard money which I have spent for this returning ticket !
I would like to someone get back to me regarding this serious issue as soon as possible.

Booked one of my flights for my trip to Greece/Spain through FlightHub close to 4 months ago. This was to ensure less expensive flights and to secure my trip. Two weeks ago they call to inform me that my flight has been cancelled, and they moved me to a different flight - in which they stated I must pay the difference for. If that is not already ludicrous enough, they just called me last week to tell me that the new flight was cancelled entirely and that there would be no re-booking (of course to force me into paying more for a now last minute ticket). I called them to check and see what options there were, waited on hold for an hour and a half, then the representative told me that she would have to call the airlines and call me back. Surprisingly, she actually called back from a no-call-back number, and she got disconnected almost instantly. I called back right after, and just sat on hold for 5 hours and 7 minutes, before they suddenly hung up the line. FIVE hours and 7 minutes. I am sick and this was my only day to rest and instead I wasted it waiting for them to just never come to the line even though they placed the message that I was the "next caller to be received" for over an hour. I will be taking the proper steps to make sure this business can no longer scam innocent people out of their hard earned time and money.

I’m writing this email to complain from Flighthub company. Several months ago, I had bought a ticket for Iran from Flighthub company for 23th of April. On April 23th, I called Flighthub and asked if we need transit visa for stops in Europe (as this flight had 2 stops, one in London and one in Vienna) and the company’s agent told me that you need transit visa to enter to Vienna airport and you can cancel your ticket and he gave me the Austrian counsel address and convinced me to cancel my ticket. But right after that, I found a document on internet that we do not need visa, as we are permanent resident of Canada, it worth mentioning that I told him we are PR of Canada. So immediately, I called several times to the company and again all the agents told us that you need visa and we can’t do anything, at last they asked us to provide them with a proof, so we sent them the document, but they refused to do anything for us and as we had planned to go to Iran, we bought another ticket for the price of 4444 $ (our previous ticket was 1818 $ and we also paid about 600 $ for cancellation fees). We were incurred about 3400 $ extra just for the wrong information of Flighthub staffs. I also wanted to add that the first ticket we bought was for 11 PM of 23rd of April and the second ticket for 10.30 PM of the same day which shows that we didn’t cancel the ticket for any other reason.
I really appreciate it if you would help us to solve this problem, as we are newcomers to Canada and we have been incurred a huge amount of money just because of trusting Flighthub and they do not hold themselves responsible

delays on customer service phone lines & very bad quality of communication
On 5/26/17 tried to call FlightHub customer support number [protected].
It is the only type of communication they offer to customers and there is no information where this number will lead your call. Only after about 50 (!) Minutes of delay on the line, a lady responded, received details of my problem (my airline cancelled the flight to which I had tickets purchased at FlightHub.com) but could only confirm that I had to call to the airline company and informed that she may transfer me to them. The quality of communication was too bad to understand even 50% of what she said. The transferred communication wasn't expected to be better and so, I ended this call after 70 minutes of being on the FlightHub customer support line with only one, really surprising result: My phone company has identified this phone call as international, to Canada, OH and charged me for this call for $34.30. So, I wasted not only my time but money! Does anyone else wants to try having deal with FlightHub.com?
