Very disappointed and frustrated. Dropped my 2021 Bronco off for 2 issues 9-11-23. Asked the service helper if this work was covered by premium Bumper to Bumper coverage that i elected when I purchased the vehicle and if a courtesy rental car would be included. I was told that they have had to diagnosis before and get approval for the rental (completely understandable) so they booked a Lyft ride to a place where I rented a car. During the time my Bronco has been in the shop I have not received 1 update from Ford Margate with out me asking for the update (9-14 I requested update, 9-18 update requested , 9-20 update requested) all update requests were replied to but, no proactivity to keep me updated (which previous Ford Service Depts have done). 9-21 I was informed via text that the rental had been approved and my rep was going to update me later in the day... No update. 9-22 @ 3-3:41pm I am notified that I cannot get the rental from the Enterprise near my house (they do not have an account with them, the location I rented from when this all started) I became extremely frustrated because all these moving pieces on a Friday I would now have to figure out. I demanded to speak to the Manager the rep told me that I had no idea all that he had done to save me money... Yep saved me money doing his job and honoring a premium policy that I PAID FOR when I purchased the vehicle. He told me that the manager was "busy" and would call me back... 2 hours later no return call from the manager... I have purchased many Fords over the course of my life. I believe this will be my last!
Desired outcome: Repair completed and some of my Rental Car fees reimbursed
