Sending money transfer western union
Fresco y Mas Store # 0745. Address Winn Dixie# 0745 1145 Homestead RD N, FL
I was at Fresco y mas on Homestead Lehigh acres doing a Western Union I waited about 5 minutes before associate decided to help me. I told her am doing a western union she asked for my ID and went up talking to an other associate after I gave her my driver license, She completed 2 transactions for me one for $113.50 and the other for $ 50. She refused to do my other two transactions $ 50 dollars each for my family living in separate address.
I asked to speak to her manager then came supervisor Donate, she told my transaction looks suspicious associate Isabelle has the right to refuse.
I took my driver license and my receipt I went out to call Western Union why I could finish my transaction, the agent told me its depends on the location.
I really don't understand why I need to give my driver license for a transaction under $500 dollars and why associate Isabelle and Supervisor Donate Humiliated by saying in front of other customers that sending 4 Western union one for $113.52, the others $ 50, $ 50,50 dollars is being suspicious?
Desired outcome: Please Somebody answer .
Seafood Department
I was in the store on Saturday around 4:45 p.m. I was standing patiently waiting while the worker was rapping fish another customer came up and started speaking in Spanish about the fish she stopped what she was doing wrap the lady order and never once acknowledged me standing there I went to the manager that was on duty he spoke no English this experience unacceptable

This week I received a coupon that if you purchased $50 of groceries you would save $10. So I sent my wife in to purchase some items bill was around $80. Meat department
Was totally disrespected by the guy @ the meat department, has to tell the associate @ the seafood to get someone for me & took 15min then when someone actually showed up, they skipped me and started helping someone else. Total disrespect, tried to talk to manager Humderto to no avail. Store # 387. Will never shop there again my family & I. Plus had to throw away the piece of meat that I bought, with concerns that they may have done something to it. Terrible place. Been shopping there since when it was Winn-Dixie. Never again.

10/01/2022 at 5:42 pm, transaction [protected] by cashier Laritza , I was overcharged for 2 sprite can soda value aproxima .79 cents each for the amount of $6.58, this is not the first time I am overcharged by this store. I question how many people get robbed by this store, I will pursue a class action law suit because this is THEFT and Mr Salvador must know that this is happening, ,
Desired outcome: I$100 dollars in compensation for time loss pursuing to correct this theft, and a Class Action Lawsuit will definitely follow.
Liquor store
I am visiting the United States. I came to Fresco liquor store to buy a present to my friend. I have an international driving licence, so it’s my id. Everything is writing on four languages there!the employee asked me to provide an American ID. I don’t have an American driving licence, because I am visiting the country! The stuff didn’t want to sell me the alcohol because I don’t have an American Id . The question how can I have the American ID if I am visiting the country? I am frustrating because this is a pure discrimination of international people! In all the stores I have been , everyone sell my alcohol because it’s is obvious that I have international ID.
Desired outcome: I had to drive back home to bring my passport . Why do I have to do that ? Very unsatisfied with the policy of the company that is basically saying do not be international here !
Customer service
Can you please hire people that can understand what I am saying! Because it is frustrating and irritating that absolutely no one speaks English at all at this damn location . They have no idea what I am sayin . They are straight out of a boat from Cuba with the most disgusting attitude and no damn Knowledge or respect at all ! Do better because I will Never return there with the disgusting service I received while trying to order food in their cafeteria . As if it was my fault she doesn’t speak English . Train them if u want to hire off the beat [censored]es

Parodontax toothpaste
I was at the cash register at the Fresco y Mas on 8th Street and 67th avenue and the cashier said the coupon I had for the Parodontax toothpaste was not being accepted when she scanned it at the cash register. As a result, she called the store's general manager, whose name was something like Yusimani, who said the coupon I was trying to use was not valid. When I told her the coupon was for one purchase of any Parodontax product she said she did not care, that if the register did not accept it, it was invalid. I told her she had no idea what she was talking about, to which she responded that she did because she had worked at CVS and knew EVERYTHING about coupons. Please re-train or get rid of such incompetent store managers. My coupon was completely valid and I was able to use it at Publix the same evening. Which by the way, is exactly where I'll be shopping henceforth. You can't expect to hire such [censored]ic employees and expect customers to continue buying at your stores.
Desired outcome: I am planning to also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since Fresco Y Mas refuses to honor valid product coupons.
Customer service
Why are you open with only self-service. I was buying over 100.00 worth of Meat watermelon, corn on the cob and other items. The Manger was just killing time talking the whole time I was in store. The time was around 10 20. Just check the tape. Also the meat didn't get put up. I hope it didn't get put back in the cool to sell to some one else. I won't be back nor Winn Dixie either,it is the same co after all
pharmacy
My first experience with #0697 pharmacy was very disturbing. On Friday, July 8th pharmacist Aaron Alicea told me my prescriptions would be ready on Monday, July 11 at 2PM. On Wednesday I got a phone call advising that the meds were ready for pick up. When I got to the store Mr. Alicea told me it would take 40 minutes. No explanation , no apology. I told him I was very angry about the bs. His response: "Be careful. Be careful". That's a bit threatening, I think and I'm not going to be comfortable using your services. Your store is not convenient and if I face this every month I will need to find another pharmacy. I think you need to monitor this pharmacist.

Meat department
Wife went to Fresco in Deltona,Fla .She was going to buy a Gainey type of meat that was on sale.The meat cutter advised she could only have 2 packages up to 4 pounds each.Meat cutter came out with meat and my wife asked to have the meat ground up for hamburger meat.She was told new policy forbid him.Guess Fresco has lost a customer for not being customer friendly or customer service needs.

Poor customer service
I went in today for a few items and Briane helped me. When I walked up, I smiled and she didn’t smile back or say hello. When she was done ringing me up, she handed me a receipt without smiling or saying have a good day. Your prices are a lot more now so why wouldn’t someone go to Publix where we can actually get friendly service? Your cashiers act like your a bother to them and need to be retrained on customer service skills. If they are that unhappy, maybe they need to go work over night so they don’t see anyone.
Desired outcome: For your customer service reps to be friendly which should be a qualification. If not, they need to be written up.
Meat department
The butchers hide the tickets for the line in order to skip their friends. People have to stand for hours in the line to get the service. The butchers doesn’t clean the meat well and ground beef comes out full of fat. I would say the ground beef I bought has pretty much 50% + fat. This is happening in Fresco y Más at 5850 NW 183rd ST Hialeah, Fl. 33015.

Discrimination and verbal abuse
Today 5/9/2022 at 11:52 PM my mother and I were verbally assaulted by the manager and his assistant manager a Fresco y mas on 1630 W 49 ST in Hialeah Fl. The new store policy for hours is 7 am to 12 am, we arrived at 11:52 pm the store doors were partially held by the security guard saying the store was closed. The store is the one located at 2750 W 68th St STE. 201, Hialeah, FL 33016, I’ve been a customer of this establishment for more than 10 years, I’ve never had an issue with anyone at this location , until today 04/16/22 at 8:00 am, I usually come at this time every Saturday morning to get my needs and this time like every other Saturday I picked up my stuff and once I get to the register to pay, I saw they were charging me for 2 El Latino plain yogurt $5.99 each one, ( something that I usually pay 3.49 for it and also that’s the price the sign says) when I ask the worker at the register she decided to call her manager, she came and said that she has to go check and once she came back explained to me that the prices when from the bottom up and that the price were the right one, now until there everything was ok when I ask if the price when up since this is the only yogurt my son drink & I know for a fact that I’ve been paying 3.49 for this product that’s when her disgusting attitude started to come out until the point that she just walk out and didn’t resolve the situation in the professional way she was supposed to even try to take the yogurt out of the bag telling if I wanted it or not, living me with a very bad taste of customer service at this location, I wasn’t disrespectful at all specially because since is the store I’ve been coming for years and I know her since she was a simple cashier, I decided to react with the professionalism she didn’t have, pay for my stuff and walk out, just wanted to advice that a respectable company like this one shouldn’t have such an unprofessional representative, I feel really bad about the way she treated me and I’ll spend my money and time to hold her accountable for her actions, believe me when I said I’ve right now nothing better to do. I promise that if you as a company don’t take actions I will, I refused to let her treat any other customer like that. If she got problems we all do welcome to life.

En el strore de 18300 SW 137 AVE MIAMI ,FL, 33177 de 7 carros de compras para desabilitado hay 4 fuera de servicio hace mas de 3 meses sin reparar y de los 3 restantes la mayoria de las veses estan sin cargar baterias como discapacitado puse la queja en el store y no consigo que se pongan en lugar del desabilitado que se le hace dificil hacer las compras en este local , espero como cliente que se solucione este problema ya que este problema en muchas oportunidades tuve que hacer la queja, desde ya muchas gracias por su atencion.

Fresco issued a $7.00 coupon if I spent over $35 on my next purchase it was in the bottom of my receipt, when I tried using it wasn't accepted even though I complied with everything and the kicker is they told me that apparently someone had already used it even though it was in my personal belongings
and no one has access to it now that is the most stupid thing I have heard in my life..
Why offer something that you are not going to honor, that is deceit on a store
