I purchased one washer at Lowes in Rincon Ga once it was delivered the top panel was not sitting into the washer properly .I did not notice until delivery had left because he was running a test cycle and the lid was up filling the washer and he was standing in front of the machine. Once they left I noted plastic shards floating in the water and the machine was making an odd noise. I finally got a replacement washer and it is making the same noise and does not spin dry the clothes , they are still soaking wet and even running a drain and spin cycle once doesn't help much. I am returning the appliance once again but will not purchase this model. My old GE washer finally played out ( stopped spinning the water out from time to time and was leaking onto the floor undetected until I went back to put a load of laundry in and stepped in water ) so I went with the same brand thinking it was a good appliance. This model seems to have issues. I had bought the matching dryer also and it seems a little weak but the washer is definitely not up to par. The old washer had leaked onto the floor so I had to replace that and vinyl , then purchase new appliances, i purchased them on 12/14/2023 and have only gotten a load of laundry done. My husband is disabled and I really need a washer that works . All I wanted to do was to be able to do laundry I didn't ask for all of the delivery fiasco and appliance the appear to be defective. I need them to work properly from the beginning.
Claimed loss: I would appreciate at the very least an upgrade on the appliances.Time ,stress, aggravation,piles of laundry increased b p , waiting on deliveries Im sure nothing will be done but some form of compensation would be nice
Desired outcome: I feel like this product may have some defects and should be checked into .
