unfair rates and treat from grab
Hi, I have been taking Grabcar to work for a month recently. But for today I cannot book any Grabcar and keep add on money for just 1.6km to my work place around BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG area. Doesn't the company feel expensive, getting RM8 for just 1.6km? Most importantly, I have waited for a 30-minute car, but in the end there was no Grabcar. Can the company make any improvement on this matter or problem? So that those people that taking Grabcar to work can get a better service and can reach work place on time! Thank you.

Hi, I am a grab driver from Penang bearing plate number PKV5070.I feel the company had to create the app in such a way that we can set option to either accept passenger to
Mainland or not. To us it's a business. You can't expect us to send one way and back empty as the rates is already cheap. GRAB only consider your own profit but what bout us driver? If request to cancel a lot, than we are suspend. Another thing is during midnight, when we send to rural area is still same thing.And sometimes when we receive the job already overshoot and have to make a bit u turn which I rejected. Can't your apps be more efficient? Pin location also waste our petrol to find and the end customer cancel. During traffic jam, rates still cheap. You think our car don't consume petrol while waiting for traffic? HOW can you compensate us in this situation? What have you done to make it better?Our cost is high for petrol and maintenance and we have to see set AA option just to enjoy a lower deduction by 5%.Your offer to us by discounting on maintenance is useless. Every shop charge differently.We work hard to earn a bit extra and the end what we get in return. I am very dissatisfied with grab, we are not beggars, we work for it. Have you ever treasure the driver. We contribute to your company profit and without us, you will not be what you are today. Just because customer complain, we are suspend. Customer to rebook for other driver. I never scold my passenger before even if they slam my door very hard, bad odour or even dirty my car. What else do you expect more from us?

I have a complain to file against grab aar service at our airports. Today I just rush back from overseas because my grandfather just pass away yesterday. I was planning to book a grab car to my grandparents house for the funeral. However, I was turned down by more than 5 grab driver without any valid reason. I came to realised that the grab drivers has the right to pick passages location. I always thought that grab app is suppose to make our life easier apparently it is not. During the past, when uber existed we face no such issue. I am going to share this sad and bad experience with all the people around so that they can be more prepared for their trip in the future.
Grab services has deteriorated over time. The source of distrust is the inability of Grab Malaysia to implement its policies, thus allowing Grab drivers to manipulate their customers.

Tapi bila tiba ditempat yg perlu pick up sy. Driver dengar kasar telah memarahi saya. Driver Dengan begitu kasar menjerit dan memarahi saya.

This rude driver (Perodua Alza plate number VQ8726) refuse to open door and give a sign language from inside that his cancelling the booking. I was standing outside his car as at first I don't understand what he was trying to say. After waited for few minutes, I knock his front food again and ask him, he than showing the same sign language and showing his watch. I got down within 5 minutes to the guard house and he don't give a chance for me to explain. I'm a loyal customer of grab but today's incident make me feel why we are giving an opportunity to this kind of idiot who act worse like animal. I want this driver to be remove from grab as believe I'm not the first customer he acted such way. He don't have sense of humanity and should not be given an opportunity to serve customers.

Hi grab, today I met one of your grab driver that is very rude. I was booking this driver and trip travel from wangsa maju lrt to pv16. I was waiting for this driver for 20mins. After 20mins the apps show that this driver reached lrt wangsa maju but I couldn't find his car. After a few mins, this driver told me his car is at opposite road. I walked to his car and go into his car. Although I was very angry about his pick up service but I cool down myself and didnt say anything to the driver. This driver asked me :are u bommi and I replied yes. After asked my name, this driver asked me to go out of his car and drive away?!?! I was waiting for this driver about 20mins in the end he kick me out from his car and I didn't scold him or do anything.
This is the first time I encountered such a rude driver from grab. All these while i'm a grab user and he is the worst.Please take action on this driver in the screensho below. I believe it is important that you know and also other future grab passengers will take note that this driver is unfriendly, unpleasant and very rude. Thank you

I waited 10minutes driver did turn over n i have called her no pick up..After tht she call n said that she couldnt find my location..I said i give correct location n she request ask mme captured picture n send...i said its ok i will cancell n booked others..Then she search came infrnt my house n shouted y i cancell..My simple question she does knw the location nearby how savely she will send us back home..N she very very rude...

On 13 th nov total 3 of us took a grab car from klia 2 -the driver maziah bt mansor car plate wb9610y .. thing i not happy with :
1. When she arrived later than the expected time about 15min) that ok .. i still able to accept it .. she told us since there are 3 of us -it should be grab plus ! Not standard grab (when wat i know it is 1-4 for standard grab so why it sudden become grab plus ) but tat ok we already waited 15 min we juz wan to go to our hotel asap (so she ask us to pay rm 15 as grab plus, and ask us dont complain to grab car center ) that why i wonder how true is grab standard differ in airport only allow 2 passenger or else it is grab plus ?
2.how come the driver of the grab car that i booked differ appearance from the pic pasted on the profile -it is same car no and plate -i suspect the owner actually is renting her car to other driver -so i think grab center need to investigate about this issue
The picture shown in the profile is a malay lady with "tudung". But the one drove us that day is someone "free hair style" and she in bigger body mass index .. i dont think i have visual problem as my other 2 friends also notes it is differ driver !
3. Another is -do we still need to pay tol ? Cos if we still need to pay for tol for rm 65+ rm 15 (cheated plus) + rm 7.80 so isnt it much expensive than what we pay frm airport taxi itself !

My wife n l were in Pattaya from Nov 2nd - 5th. While checking my google activity, l noticed 3x Grabcar activities on Nov 4th, at 7.17pm, n 2x at 8+pm. On investigation, I found out that the activities were for delivery of food 3x to Fennel Condominium in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. How can this be, as the transactions for the payments were channelled through my smart phone, but none of my credit cards were charged?

too often driver is cancelling trips after accepting!
Hi Grab, I have been getting several request by drivers who accepted my ride booking and ends up asking me to cancel it after with the reason "I do not go to Sunway area" or other reasons etc. I commute with Grab for work and this is utter nonsense as it affects my time management. Please address this ASAP. My 3rd encounter in 2 weeks and not even addressing my past experiences as well.
driver demand us to pay additional charges - forced
To whom it may concern,
On 25th Oct 2018, we have booked a grab car via Grab Apps. Referring to the destination we allocated, the rate charges from Grab is RM4.00 as clearly stated, however, when the driver reached, she said nothing about it which just pick & drive to the location we required.
Upon reaching the ends point of location, before we drop off her car, the driver stopped us & say's we need to pay additional RM10.00 with her reason stated that, this destination trip charges is not logic at all that only cost RM4.00.
We refuse to pay because we pay as what it charged. Then the drives stopped us to dropped off & demand us to pay, otherwise cannot dropped off from her car. In the stressing condition, we feel unsafe so we just paid first then only log complains. We have log complain in several grab website, but it seems our case wasn't entertained or the technical issue. Therefore, we decided to send this last complaint form on this website & we shall proceed to KPDNKK on further action toward Grab.

too much driver
Hi, I'm one of the grab car driver in Penang, found that too much of driver in Penang from outstation, could I suggest that please allow for only penangites drive in Penang ? Cox really too much outstation driver registered in Penang, at least must provide electricity or water bill with Penang address resident can register and drive in Penang, fair to us ! We chat even survived nowadays with only driving grab car due to driver are too many and passengers not enough share for us, hope grab car company will consider about this issue as soon as possible !

On 10.11.2018, i took grab from kulim to penang airport. The driver request me to go a place to send the cat. I said, u can go if u can send me to airport at the right time.i found that he went a bit far to send the cat.finally i was late to reach the airport and unable to check in.Because of this i have to buy boarding pass to the nex flight and also waiting here for another 3 n half hour.because of your grab service, i waste my money and time.i want customer service to reply asap. Tq.

6 seater only can seat 4 person???
I book a grab on 29 October 2018 and booked with 6 seater from airport to my apartment . When I get the grab, then the driver start to chat with me and ask how many person of you and how many luggage. I reply got 5 person and have 4 luggage like that. Then he call me by phone and say my car can't fix so many of you, then I said where got 6 seater grab car can't fix us. We only got 5 persons. Then he ask can you pay me cash cause I need the money urgent. Then I reply can't cause I book by using grabpay why want me to change? How come the driver can ask the customer like that? He said I can help you settle later izzit okay? I reply can't. If I double pay then who will pay to me? Then he don't talk and ask me to cancel. I feel very angry with this kind of attitude grab person. And I not happy with the service which is grab car 6 seater only can seat for 4 person? Then what for 6 seater car for? Izzit just want to cheat us money? The driver name is Faizul Rahman Bin Pahamah. Booking ID is ADR-[protected]-5-020. Please check and give me a good explanation as soon as possible. I hope you can settle this kind of driver.

DBV 5673 Grey Persona with Grab's sticker. Male. Is driving recklessly, at Kampung Pauh Kota Bharu Kelantan. He took over a car from left when the car is getting into the right lane slowly(from 2 lanes, to 1 lane) and he is from the left, and almost cause an accident .
When he drives a car with Grab's sticker on his car, he should not drive recklessly. It will give your company a very bad image.
Please advise him to be more careful

Im very upset because im always using grabcar the get to work but because of it i always late for work eventhough im get out early and make the booking but the driver always coming late.. The most upset thing is the driver left me hanging while waiting for him over the time expected for him to arrive.. Plus the fee also suddenly being raise.. If the fee is expensive but the service is like this its really not far for customer.

Today I ordered a Grabcar from Bermaz to IEM. And he dropped me off at Amcorp Mall, saying my company is in Amcorp Mall, and he couldn't possibly drive into the Mall where my office is. So absurd !
He said I entered the company which is in Amcorp Mall. If my location is at Amcorp, I wouldn't have entered IEM at the first place. I was forced to get off because he said he has accepted another call to pick up another customer.

I forget to chg payment method by cash, after i reach i pay again, and my amex already cut thr money, after i reach my shop i get msg from amex, y did the driver didn't know the payment method ? When i call back the driver was telling a lie wtf, and then tell me will pay back, 25 oct until today 29 oct ...
