Hi sir/madam,
Previously i've a grab pay (credit card) registerer with Grab and i'm using it without any problem. Recently i found my grabpay (credit card) been removed, so i re-registered again on 17th October and Grabpay charge me rm1. However, i just noticed that it been removed again.. why? How can this keep on happen? Today i have to re-register again, it charge me rm1 again.. how can it keep on happen? Please do help me to understand how you are going to solve this issue?
grab driver
Grab driver has parking at un authorised/private parking at Plaza Sg. Besi, Kuala Lumpur at 11.33pm dated 25 October 2016 (2311 hrs). The car registered under no. BNH 4990 Proton Exora. The car has been clamped. The driver call several time but was in the toilet. I called the driver but did not pick-up. The resident told me that he smash the wheel clamp and take away my wheel clamp. I want the driver to returned the wheel clamp complete with the pad lock in good condition plus the RM 50.00 (Ringgit Malaysia : Fifty) for the penalty. I called Grab Customer Service (Mr. Fadzli) and mentioned to him the case and sadly the Grab pages did not have complaint section. According to Mr. Fazdli there are several driver (account) using this car.
fare totally low for 16 km

cancellation preference for customer's booking
I cancelled my booking 5 times due to a long wait. After that, my booking is not accepted due to this while i have calles grab help centre and give such reason. So, my account is freezed for 24 hours just because of thar cancellation.
Hello, i cancel with a reason. Grab shouls not do that to the customer as they always right. This really frustate me as i am the hardcore grab user.
price charge
Today, we call a grab trip from Queensway Mall to Gurney Plaza. The bill charges RM4.00 but the driver demand payment of RM14.00 from us stated that, it is impossible the price so cheap from this destination.
I don't care what it says, we pay what we see but driver refuses, so we still had to pay RM14.00.
I have logged KPDNKK on this issue which I demand explanation from your side Grab!

Dear whom is concern,
I have attached the driver details. This is regarding the driver went the wrong place and I waited for more than 10 minutes. And when I text him at the right place. He took the wrong turn which is against the traffic. Hence this lead him another 5 minutes delay because of going through the wrong junction. I could not afford to wait that long. So I cancelled on him.
I do not know if he is using Gps or not as I doubt it which he keep missing turns and not able to identify where is my location.
Please take this seriously as I am a frequent grab passenger. I have never experienced this mistake. Please improve grab driver efficiency
grab driver in sibu
Right after each booking a grab driver would like to call the customer and ask for some unnecessary details. This is absolutely only specific for Sibu grab's driver. If you do not answer his call, he would interrogate you angrily. I have suggested to grab drivers, if any point in time that you feel uncomfortable to pick up any passenger, please feel free to cancel. Come on, Sibu is just such a small town.
could not get grab drivers for almost more than one hour
I've been having difficulties to get any grab drivers for almost more than one hour today and THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME this problem happened to me.
The apps keep showing "sorry, our drivers seem busy" for more than one hour!
It's not like there are no drivers in my area but none of them accept my booking and make me waiting for more than an hour to get a driver!
Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thanks.
fare price
Hi, Im a student from a public university around Shah Alam, Selangor. I've been using grab ever since i was in my first year, and so far, thank God the services received was good and satisfied. However, I'm a bit unsatisfied (and i don't think I'm alone!) with the fare applied as it was a bit unreasonable with the status here as a 'student'. I understand that probably Grab increase the fare for 'business' matters, but what i truly hope that Grab would consider is that not everyone could always afford the fare and that includes myself that came from East Malaysia, as student like us always need a transport to go anywhere. Secondly, i just wonder why do Grab have to charge extra for an extra stop that lies on the same way when we actually pay for the furthest destination. Pls Grab, that doesnt make sense, we don't even ask the driver to drive around wasting his petrol. All we asked was a minute stop to drop some of us at a point before reaching the destination which lies on the same way. And there you go, i never knew that stopping for a minute would charge us an extra rm2-3. Ugh. Thirdly, when i key in a destination, i figure out that there's a longer route that Grab recommends and it's much expensive (of course!) when we students know a shorter route. Why do we have to spend more on extra kilometres when we know a shorter route? That's all my complaints all about. Probably some students are not affected by this cause they don't have any financial issues or they have their own transport. I don't really care if Grab have promo's or not (well it's better if you impose that) but what i really concerned about here is the unreasonable price for a student. I thought of changing tranport company but still i guess Grab is the most reliable transport app as it's easy to book, with all the safety features, much more now I'm on my way to Gold tier. So, i hope Grab could look into this further and your consideration upon this matter will be highly appreciated.

different prices for same destination
I am puzzled as to why there is a difference of price for the same destination. On my phone, from A to B the amount charged is RM7. However, on the next day when we use my husband's account, its RM9, for the same destination and with no special request for larger car. My grab account is using Credit Card for payment while my husband's using cash. Is that the reason for the differences in pricing? Do kindly advise.
Different price may cause due to high demand on the time you book. GC have their own rush hours or high demand extra charges. So to be your comfort price at RM7 ringgit, avoid booking at from 6am-9am, 12am-2pm, 4pm to 8pm, 10pm -12pm (high demand hours aka Mega Peak) .
To avoid rush hours charges, open Google map to check the traffic before you place a booking. If the traffic jam, it also will be higher charges.
impolite driver
Am a forgenier I had a bad experience with a grab driver, I ordered a Grab pick up from the mall today in Kuantan and got into the car and the driver was screaming impolitely and telling me that am disrepcful for no reason at all and I quoted he said " who do you think you are ? "

I upload his picture in this report, I have to say that i am student in Malaysia for almost 2 years and I see how people are very nice here, plus I have been using grab throughout those two years regularly and sometimes daily, but the biggest disappointment from this driver which I never thought such a company with high quality would uphold such impolite driver, I can not explain you the amount of insult that guy put me in, if grab can not solve this issue I would like to take a legal action regarding abusing my human rights

Last Monday night, at 7.52pm, date 22 October 2018, I ordered a grab from Asrama Puteri Desa View to Andan's Cafe.At that time, I went with my friend because I was very ill and my friend had to hold me.Luckily, the driver saw me that I'm very ill and take us to nearest clinic instead.By the time we arrived at the clinic, the driver said that he will wait us until I finished my examination and offer to drive us back. After we finished, we came back to Asrama Puteri Desa View and after the driver has gone, I realize that my phone has left at the seatback of the car. My friend tried to call my number until the driver pickup and the driver said that he will give back the phone to me because he had to drop off other passenger. My friend said that she will wait until the driver come back and return the phone but until today the driver didn't return the phone. The driver's phone number is [protected]. I am both a rider and a driver for Grab in Malaysia and I can honestly say that this company lacks the human aspect. There is not much point in calling their customer service because they cannot answer anything other than what is in their brochures. I am a consistent 5 star driver ever since i started and my acceptance rate is always ways above the required limit but apparently they suspend me because my cancellation rate is higher than other drivers which is an unspecified amount. Even though I have significantly reduced my cancellations but due to the fact that the cancellation rate benchmark is an unknown value Grab uses this opportunity to suspend any drivers they want. For those that are unfamiliar with the cancellation rate, it is the basically the percentage of which you cancel trips given to you but due to certain circumstances such as you being stuck in a traffic jam, you have already missed that turn into the freeway, etc the best course of action would be to cancel the trips given. It does not help that the application used is extremely flawed and that the trip assignment is based on radius or proximity between rider and driver rather than actual route. For example. a rider is waiting by his house which is next to a freeway and the driver that receives the trip which is 1 km away receives this but he is already past that turn point into the suburbs and the next turning would be 15 minutes away in heavy traffic. The Grab application always shows the shortest trip time without traffic which also gives the wrong arrival estimation to riders causing them to cancel trips half way and this would still affect your cancellation rate. There was absolutely no way in discussing or appealing this case apparently according to the customer service hotline and that they have no idea what is the next course of action or if you could drive for other e-hailing apps while not using grab which in many cases people got banned from Grab. Speaking to the customer service is like talking to an automated voice machine. I implore anyone to call their customer service and make a complaint to see what I mean because they really sound like they are about to die and could care less about you. I guess this is what happens when you are the biggest provider in the area because to them losing 1 driver or customer doesn't mean anything since you will get another 5 the next day.

I've receive a warning message from grab just now about my cancellation and the feedback link can't press in.
What I want to say is u made us to chose the AA thing then passenger keep cancel our trip also our fault? Passenger cancel the trip most of it is because of we are far away & need to take a long time to reach the location, so I will text them & tell them see they want to wait or not.
So after all the cancellation for me as a driver, passenger cancel the the trip with what reason i totally can't control it right?
If I keep getting warning because of most of the passenger cancel my trip due to peak hour then what for I use the AA system? Passenger even complaint about the grab it's difficult to find driver when was peak hour or in KL area, sometimes I drive in KL or ampang area also cant get a job and being forced to go other area see got job or not.
One last thing, If grab GPS system got problem please go and update the bloody hell system. Why say so? Because when peak hour especially at KL or ampang I open Waze & tell passenger how long time that I only can reach the location and most of the passenger complaint about that "GRAB" apps only write "how many minutes" away, so u think we grab driver can do what if they want to cancel the trip because we giving them the ETA from Waze...?

Today, 17/10/2018, I had ordered a grabcar service using the GrabPay Cashless method from Kota Tinggi to Aeon Tebrau but this driver insists me to pay more although I had paid through my debit card via . He told me that I only paid half but then again I had paid using the cashless method by that means my account had been deducted. Please review my issue immediately.
bad attitude grad driver (pmf 8115)
Dear Grab Management Team,
We would like to make a complaint on the attitude of the grab's driver that today we had met. His name Khor Chin Han with plat number PMF 8115 (Perodua Axia). We booked a grab car around at 2.55pm, and this is the time with heavy rain. Honestly, we had 4adults & 2childs (not older than 5years old), but the distance we would like to go is not more than 150m. Once he arrived our destination, he doesn't even stop his car in the proper way for us to go in his car after we squeeze in his car, suddenly he chucks us to go out from his car, he told us that we are too many pax and will absolutely spoil his car. "Spoiled his car", this shouldn't be the attitude and answer to customers. He shows his bad attitude toward us, we understand we are over pax but he did not supposedly show us his bad attitudes towards us. This is a totally bad experience we event met. Cause his attitudes are totally shouted us and chuck us to going down from his car! We got try to discuss with him that possible lets the kids to go in the car and just drop the two kids and one adult to our destination because is really heavy rain on that time, and the other adults we can go back by walking, but he was not willing to do so!

I have received a job which however the passenger has put it incorrect location. I have try to called the passenger and ask about the correct however the passenger did not respond it and atvthe same rime the passenger has cancelled the trip with unreasonable reason.

ini bermakna saya seolah olah tidak pergi ke tempat pemandu menunggu. bila saya cuba call, pemandu grab enggan menjawab dan saya terpaksa menunggu lima minit untuk dpt membuat petmintaan baru.
malangnya pemandu seterusnya pun mempunyai attitide yg sama dan untuk kali ketiga saya mendapat pemandu yg pertama tadi dengan attitude yg sama.
apa yg saya tidak puas hati ialah, pemandu sepatutnya tidak menunggu lima minit utk cancel jika mereka gagal memenuhi permintaan saya yg mana menyebabkan masa saya terbuang.
paling menyedihkan saya baru menggunakan kaedah pembayaran secara topup kerana saya sudah mempercayai perkhidmatan grab.

This issue was happened on 05 October 2018 on 2.26pm where I book the grab car from 2628 Cafe Restaurant to hentian duta kl. When I already in transit car for the above car plate no, the driver attitude very rude and talk nonsense things and impolite, suddenly he told me to get out from car and cancelled my booking. Inside conversations, he said "this is my car, if u don't like please get out from my car", then he straight cancelled my booking. In that time, I really dissatisfied and disappointed for the grab service company provided. Between I would like to lodge the complain to this driver and hope your company will strictly take further action to this driver by penalised his grab account. Hope your company to strictly looking into driver attitude in order to provide the best service to passenger.
