I have been attempting to place a sympathy order to arrive by 4/5/25, but my celebrations passport account is still showing as inactive since 3/8/25. I have called at least 4 times to get this corrected since the automatic renewal payment was made. Each representative promised to take care of this - but did NOT. At this point I am very frustrated and would like to just get this resolved.
