I ordered my English muffins for xmas brunch as usual. I specifically asked that the order be delivered on the last delivery date of December, as my husband and I were going to be out of town until the 17th. When we got home we noticed a box on our front porch that had been left there during a severe rainstorm. the box was completely soaked and destroyed and the muffins inside were soaked. We had to trash them! I immediately called Harry and david and was told they would replace them immediately, as I needed them for our family brunch. I was relieved, but they never came. I called again and was told they would arrive xmas eve. Didn’t come! Called again immediately only to find out they were not coming, but was told they would be here on the 26th, which was too late…. After Xmas. I had to then go to the market to buy English muffins and apologize on xmas because my family looks forward to them. I called again and was told they would send me a 20%discount, which at that point I said forget about it, just don’t charge me for the muffins. I got my visa bill yesterday and saw that I was charged over 50.00 for muffins that we never received. I want that charge removed immediately. I have been doing business with Harry and David for years, and have never been treated so poorly by any other company. Won’t happen again! Michele
