I ordered two trays of honey bell oranges for my cousin, to be delivered the first of January. when delivered they were frozen, and some were black. three orders placed 11/08/2024 #W00604141155658. Tracking # FEDEX [protected] delivered 1/17/25 @ 2:02 PM. I called customer service 1/23/25 @1:00 PM and the lady that I spoke with said that she would take care of it. I tried with the chat and got nowhere. They said to try the website. I would like an answer
