Placed an order for a large gift basket weeks ago. I logged on to check the order status and found all items were canceled, but never received any emails saying my items had been canceled, nor did I receive a refund. Tried contacting customer support on two different browsers, as well as the phone number listed on their site. No one responded to chat. After 1.5 hours, I finally spoke to someone on the phone, who told me the best they could do was a refund in 7-10 business days. They said all their baskets are on backorder. Obviously not satisfied, I asked what else I could order, or what could be done to make it right? And the person hung up on me. It's been hours since the customer service agent hung up on me, and I have not received any email confirming cancelation or refund. After reading other customer reviews/complaints, it appears this is common, so I contacted PayPal and reported fraud.
Claimed loss: $100
Desired outcome: Stop scamming customers, and make it right. Hanging up on people who've paid and have been waiting for help is not a good look.
