My order was delivered several days late. When I spoke with customer service I was told I would get a full refund that was weeks ago. I spoke to four representatives since then One said he would write up the complaint and send it to his boss and I would get a response the following day. Never happened Three tries later
all said the refund was not processed and they would process it. Shame on me still no resolution. So I have sent all the details to BBB. Last call today “Chris” said he processed the refund and would send me an email confirming the refund. Tick tick tick tick
Recommendation: Let the buyer beware
