11/23/22 purchased Ultherapy after speaking with Ms Hernandez, sales representative. Ms Hernandez said that the Ultherapy would lift and tighten the skin of my neck, chest and face. Stating it is like a non surgical facelift.
2 technicians at the treatment center informed me that the Ultherapy would not provide the advertised results.
Attempts to resolve the problem have been unsuccessful. Tavia of customer service said there are no refunds but I could apply the $1,937.43 towards another treatment. I do not trust this company after reading the complaints on BBB and complaints on this site.
I have reported Idiel Image to BBB and Pennsylvania Attorney General.

I do not want to renew my membership, cancel it please. I did not agree to automatic renewal plan.
Ideal Image do automatically renewed a membership that I did not want to renew they did not notify me of the renewal. They just simply attempted to take the money out of my bank. I do not use this service I do not want to renew this membership and I was not given the option to opt out.

Hi, I signed up the contract back in March 2021, and I asked the representative who offered me the contract that I will be out of the states for about quite a while visiting my family which has been almost 4 years since last time. She told me that they can work this and schedule my sessions in a way that would work for me and for the contract period would be okay to go longer. I asked about it the technician who took care of me the last session before I traveled, and I CALLED IDEAL IMAGES CUSTOMER SERVICES and informed them about my travel and the dates, and I ALSO INFORMED THEM THAT I WILL BE OUT OF THE UNTIED STATES AND MY PHONE NUMBER WON'T BE WORKING, SO AN EMAIL IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTAC ME. I was told that IDEAL IMAGES will get back to me in up to 10 business days through email. it never happened! I had to buy international calls and called ideal images and was informed that won't happen. I EXPLAINED everything and I WAS REALLY rushed to sign the contract not to see eveything in that. I know you are going to blame me but I told the representative about it. and I called Ally told them that Ive and issue with Ideal Images and I would love to talk about it and to file a complaint. they did! and it's gonna take some time almost 30 days from the filing date. when I came back I called and was told by Ally that I don't have to make payments before a decision is made. but then I recieved an email from Ideal Images that a dispute was filed and that they will stop the contract and they will refund $2800 ish to Ally account. at that point, I DIDN'T know that they mean cancelling my contract from their end. I called IDEAL IMAGES and was told that I would be charged like the worth of laser for 5 sessions like it was listed in the contract, and when they were informed by Ally about my complaint they tried to contact me on my phone but there was no answer, and guess what! because I was out of the United States and my phone was not active, and they were informed of this before I even travelled. and I didn't have a voivemail from them? so based on that they decided to terminate my contract. and evey single time I CALL , they tell me I should wait.

Laser surgery
I called this company and inquired about laser surgery the lady told me my credit would not be affected but she needed my social . I only inquired never had the service. I just got in the mail a bill for over $2000 from this place for surgery i never received and i need it to be reversed asap as it is affecting my credit and showing late on a payment which i never received service and i called they said they will have someone call me back this place is unbelievable if they don’t get this straight asap we are going to have a problem

Customer service
I had a consultation with a rep about possible services, she gave me a price that was a little above my budget but gave me the option of a weekly/monthly payment plan which I was fine with, as we continued she started asking for my social, I asked why she needed it for a payment plan and she told me it was protocol, I then asked if my credit was going to be involved because I was in the process of looking for homes and it's suggested you don't make any big purchases or open new credit lines so I told the rep I wasn't interested in services if my credit was going to be involved, she told me it wasn't so I continued with setting up a contract. A week later I got an alert that my credit score went down a whole lot! I was furious, I called ideal image and asked about it and they went on saying I signed a contract, I told them that I mentioned that I didn't want my credit involved and the rep said it wasn't going to be in the consultation so she was dishonest just to get me to sign a contract and that wasn't ok. I canceled my membership on the spot and asked if they could reverse it, they said it couldn't be done. I asked to speak with a manager but couldn't get in touch because the manager always seemed to be in a meeting or not at her desk, after calling a few times and getting the runaround, a manager finally called me and said the loan would be reversed and refunded back to Fortiva. I was relieved but after a month I got another alert from my credit and it went down 40 points! I called fortiva to check and see if the money was refunded and they told me it was only partially refunded and that there was still a balance. I called Ideal Image the next day and they said it was because of some skin care package they sent that needed to be sent back in order for them to refund the rest, I sent that oackage back weeks ago and I have the reciept...the dishonesty with this place is constant, and I don't want anything to do with them and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone I know

Cool sculpting
Hello, so I went to ideal image and did cool sculpting. And I haven’t seen results. I’ve been eating very well and I go to the gym everyday except Sundays. I feel like I’ve gained weight. Also, I feel like I have been wasting my money on a procedure that didn’t do anything for me. Also, I had two more sessions left and it says I already did them and now I have to pay for that? I don’t think that’s fair. Also, where I went the people were very rude and didn’t do their job right. I would really like to have a discount if you guys want me to keep paying or a full refund please and thank you!
Contract scam
I kept getting emails to have consult . Regrettably i finally responded. When i was set up with finance lady i made it clear to her that i was not going to do this if it was an hard inquiry she assured me several times that it would NOT effect my credit report but it did!
Went to my appointment just to be told my thighs didn’t qualify. I said ok let’s do stomach. That didn’t qualify either. Was then told NO REFUNDS pick something else. I’m not picking anything else! I want out of this contract since YOU WERE not able to service me. I’m not letting this go and i don’t care how long it takes to resolve.

Same thing happened! I specifically asked her if my credit would be affected and she said no...she was dishonest just to get me to sign a contract and Noone acknowledged that, they kept throwing it in my face that I signed a contract and there was nothing they could do! My credit dropped 54 points! And I was in the process at looking at homes with my family, they don't understand they are messing with people's lives!
Cool sculpting
I signed up on August 3, 2022. After being signed up I had video chat with an aesthetic consultant. I was told I was a candidate for 2 different procedures. I was then asked to open a loan with Ally Bank to pay for said procedures in the neighborhood of $3,800. After arriving at a clinic for session 1 of procedure 1, I was immediately told I was not a candidate for one of the procedures. I asked if they would make a refund, I was told that the extra funds could or would be used for additional sessions for procedure 2. The next day I returned for session 1 of procedure 2. Shortly after beginning session 1 an alarm went off and the technician ran into the room and shut down the equipment. She said I would need to reschedule session one 40 days out. Long story short, I have made 2 loan payments for one procedure I'm not a candidate for and a 2nd procedure that has still not happened. I have already terminated the loan with Ally Bank and wish to do the same with Ideal Image. I have a new slogan for your company with 210 outstanding complaints, Ideal Image is not so Ideal. I will be contacting the BBB next. I certainly would like a response, or able to talk with Brittany or Tyler.

Ideal Image has not followed their contract yet is holding me to the one I signed with them. Their customer service is absurd and unhelpful.
I began laser hair removal in February of this year. (2022)
I didn't confirm 24 hours in advance for one of my appointments so when I got to the business they informed me my appointment had been cancelled. Since I wasn't aware of that policy but had it explained to me at that time I understood it was my responsibility.
After that my appointments began being cancelled by Ideal Image. They never gave me 24 hour in advance notice and one time cancelled hours before my appointment. I even flew home from vacation once so I could get to my appointment, they cancelled it hours before and I was out my airline cost. Note...they cancelled with my phone number, keep that in mind as you read more...
At that point I began trying to get a hold of customer service and was met with, "we have notified Erin (my case manager) and she will get back to you within 24-48 hours". On August 16 I had an email from Erin saying she could not reach me since my phone was disconnected, what? Remember, they cancelled my appointments with that number. Anyway, I replied to Erin's email confirming my number. No reply, no call. I sent over 10 emails to Erin with no reply. I've called and she's never available.
So, I started commenting on Facebook ads and customer service reached out to me. They stated someone would get back to me within 3-5 business days. Nope, didn't happen. I called customer service again and was told no one was available and they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours.
I've been told TWICE by customer service that the "Austin office is a mess and we don't have enough providers" yet they sold me a 5k+ package and never made me aware of that issue.
Ideal Image states they are here to build confidence. They've done nothing but erode mine. This is frustrating and definitely a helpless feeling.
Desired outcome: Please refund, reply, and help others in this same situation with your company.
treatment package contract
I have signed up for 10 sessions of laser hair removal for my keratosis pilaris. I asked to give it a try first but insisted that the result is appropriated after 10 sessions. It was paid through Ally Lending for the amount of more than 5 thousand. After my first try it was unpleasant experience and made my skin more sensitive and decided not to continue the remaining sessions and will pay only the first session. The person talking to me said that it is non refundable anymore because I have signed the contract. Now it gives me more depression as I felt helpless as a customer that since you had a bad experience with the service still they want me to pay the entire treatment package.

The sales rep. Che Whitson, charged my credit card $1816.20 for Botox I guess 58 units. Plus the life time 1 year membership of $250 for future treatments. We talked about future treatments that I would like to try… she NEVER stated that I was purchasing these products. She just show me what a payment plan would look like if I needed to finance with them. I did not but I got paperwork showing me the costs. That Initial visit was on September 9th with Che she was my sales person. I agreed at that time to come in the next morning at 8 AM to have Botox with Jessica. She told me because I paid the $250 membership that I would get a free treatment at sometime in the future. That is all that I thought that I was paying for at the time the next day I went and had the Botox done I wanted a receipt, they did not print out a receipt for me. The nurse Jessica that performed the Botox on me just wrote down on a piece of paper what was done and how much it cost. $516 plus my $250 membership. I thought that was strange that she wrote it down,but left with the paper. This weekend I got an email bill from my credit card stating that I owed $1,816.20 Che also took my Allē points and did not apply them to my Botox which was $75.
I came to the office this morning to rectify the charger and the front desk was very secretive with me they told me that they were not allowed to print out any receipts without a nurse.I explained to them that at the time I was there on the 10th of Sept. the nurse Jessica was standing at the desk with me and Jotted down the price on a piece of paper. I wanted to speak with my sales person Che Whitson and the lady at the front desk stated that it could be an hour or two for her to be free. I waited. The woman at front desk went to Che’s office and shut the door to talk and when she opened the door I walked in to ask her to explain my charges.
She talked in circles of what was your companies policy was and that I sighed a contract first was said by e-mail then said by my phone. These are both falsehoods. She became frustrated with me when I also asked about my Allē points that were taken from my account. I believe that something unethical and irregular is going on in this Webster office. I want a complete refund of $1,816.00 minus the Botox of $516.20

Ideal image refund
I spoke to a consultant named Rijana on Thursday night 10/29/2022 regarding ideal images services. After along consultation which is video recorded per the consultant. She stated if I want to cancel for a refund I must do with in 72 hours. I then signed up. Gave payment information. Next morning. I needed to cancel. Was not want I wanted and neither did my husband. I called [protected] to cancel my service at 0738 am pacific time. Case number is [protected]. Which was with in 72 hours. I had a call from ideal image that I missed Tuesday 10/4/2022 at 0935. I called back and left message to call me back 1327 pm pacific time. During this time $2000 taken out of account 10/29/2022 another $2000 10/1/2022 and $1000 on 10/5/2022. I get a call back from Tavia 1032 am Pacific time. Stating ideal image does not give refunds. Now another $174.25 is being billed for a cream as of today. I reached out to the consultant and she texted me saying she believed that idea image gives refunds
I want my refund. Your consultants need to be educated better. And be honest with clients.

Went to Knoxville tn backside drive ideal image spoke to the sales consultant recorded this conversation I explain I didn't want to spend money and it not work she assured me it would and I would only need one visit and if I decided I wanted more could do so. Talked me into the membership so I could get the laser treatment on my face. I went to th laser appt first was told for best results would need more than one treatment I was aware if this .then went for the cool sculpting treatment in my chin .was to come back oct 1 to see results .I went back and voiced my unhappyness and not seeing any results not even a little told them I wanted to file a claim as I spent 2800. A lady named Mary called me today and said to bad I apartly signed papers saying results aren't guaranteed and treatment plan can change I told her I had a voice recording of the conversation that took place when I signed up she wasn't interested .then proceeded to say I was told on more than. One occasion I would need more than 1 visit that is a total lie that never happened they took what they told me about the laser treatment and moved it to the cool sculpting to cover themselves total scams .I want to report them for unethical practices and robbing people .

My skinny high school student was scammed over the phone by a sales consult telling him he needs a debit card to hold his appt. They said he needed cool sculpting ! They then took out $1400 immediately and he called to cancel appt which was a month away. They said not refunds and he signed a contract. He didn’t even know he signed such a thing. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE I NEED A SOLUTION
Who can help me with this:
I got the first and the last session at the end of July, since the second was rescheduled on my part for health reasons and that second session has not been taking yet. Everything is fully paid with the loan provided by Ally, which I never stop paying because I do not intend to lose credit because of them.
I tell you that there are already 6 canceled appointments. It's been 3 months trying to get an appointment and not only that! yesterday I received a call telling me "tomorrow" for today! "we are open at 11:20 am and if I will be available" and of course YES! I've been waiting for the second session so I went today and they told me that the "appointment" it is scheduled for Friday, it seems to me that the person who called me thinking that "tomorrow" for today is Friday! I don't know because they didn't give me any reason. so I waste my time and fuel because I live 45 minutes away and what happened next? Yessss! They called me to tell me that tomorrow they won't do it because they don't have the staff to do it and a week ago it was because the machine stopped working and always an excuse.
Tell me if this is fair?
I have to keep paying the loan for a service I never had.
I need a solution knowing that I DON'T WANT THE IDEAL IMAGE SERVICE ANYMORE.
Please contact me as soon as possible because this is unbelievable and unacceptable.

Ult Therapy
Date of service - 8/29/2022
Was told Ult Therapy would be a one day procedure. Got half way through my treatment and told I would have to come back because they did not have the necessary supplies. Very inconvenient. Told 3 different things by 3 different people regarding treatment, follow up and results, which is concerning. It is also concerning that I have been trying to get this issue resolved for the last 4 weeks. I have called multiple people, emailed multiple people, and brought this to the attention of the local, regional, and national levels. I am having a difficult time getting anyone to respond.
Desired outcome: An acknowledgement that this situation has not been handled well and financial compensation as I incurred unexpected expenses.
Botox appointment
I was called on 800 number, i made an appointment for october for botox. She asked if i was getting what i got last time. I said probably.
I was never never asked about charging my card at that time. She generated an email and said i approved.
I talked to a guy at corporate and he said that i was the one that sent the email. I never touch this email ! she generated it.
I refused to let them have my money up front, because i have to pay my house note. He would not return my money. I was going to pay as i have done for 2 years, when i get there for my appointment.
Now, this business is disgusting
