The following communication is another example of this same scam. Most people want to believe that they could be winners. However, they willsent you a cashiers check. You will deposit it. They then ask you to send them some sort of service charge or fee. A month later the bank notifies you that the check was no good and you are legally liable to pay the deficit in your account which is probably thousands of dollars. I don't know how they do the car part, but you can bet you either will never get it or it will be reposessed and you will be liable for paying for the car. Sorry this is a scam. Dr. M

I too am someone who got this EMail and so I looked it up and this popped up so I am thinking it is a scam. I also called the phone number and got someone and when I asked them is this the name of who the person of the email was they said "yeah"? I then really thought this is a scam. NEVER GIVE your personal Identification. check it out and then see what comes up.

We are compelled to return to an old problem. Your Responsible persons from the Ukrainian division are continuing no do nothing for fixed small problem. They are wait when we will simply buy the broken detail. According to my rights as consumer, I have month for the problem decision. But the company carries out simply unscrupulous to the policy on a deceit of the clients. It turns out, that having spoken by phone and having calmed words of the client impudent ignoring proceeds. Till May, 14th there were some days. After 30 days I wish to begin process against company KIA MOTORS. More indifferent relation to the clients I did not see.

It was my very big mistake for buy a KIA car.

Good afternoon dear Sirs.
We are hereby inform you that our car is on a guarantee of KIA Motors. There are passed service of 20 000 km on service centre M-Service Kerch. Crimea Ukraine. Manager of this stations has established damage of the lever of a manual brake. According by procedure and regulations was written report about damage and sanded request list to the Maine office of KIA MOTORS UKRAINE. Kiev city. From our side We have written the letter by E-Mail to head office 'n.starovoytov@falconauto.com.ua'- contact manager. But people working at head office simply ignore us. Full indifference from the people of KIA MOTORS. Do not wish to answer letters. After 30 days we will prepare documents in court and to return our car KIA SORENTO to the company. Not desire to carry out guarantee certificates popular measures compel us to go on these not. We are hope, that the company will react correctly to our lawful complaint. What about the reputation of one biggest car makers in the world.

I asked them to previously provide your passport details ?

I also asked them to provide your lottery registration details!

When I punched in their Ph numbers into Google guess what

they come up with:

"419" Scam – Fake Lottery Fraud Phone Directory" !

When I called their numbers they are always out of range !

This is nothing but a fraud, and they are not at all a real organisation.

We will be reporting them to our Government authorities. They should

be ashamed of themselves ! Needless to say we won't be providing

Any account details.

Dear KIA MOTORS,
I am facing an issue with my SOUL 2013 engine 1.6 MPI which is driven only 3000KM, the problem started before my first service at 1700KM. Problem is that from the initial start of the car up to 2200RPM acceleration my whole car and the car seats are vibrating.
When the car is cold it is normal as soon as the car get to normal heat the vibration increase, On my first service I told them and they said we will change the oil and the filter only come any other day so we can inspect it, now I went for several times but your service center can not solve my problem and at last they told me this vibration is normal in KIA SOUL. My question was to them if it is normal why it came after 1700KM.They put the computer and showed me nothing wrong with the engine, I ask them I did not complain you about engine problem I told you the vibration.

It is clear to me that KIa has designed their vans in a way that allow's the Kia company to avoid honoring there warranties. After 77000 miles the engine in my sedona has broken. They claim there was no oil in the engine yet the oil ight in the van did not indicate so nor did the check engine light indicate there was a problem. The vehicle simply lost power and that was it. Now they are trying to blame me for the engine problems, claiming I did not take care of the vehicle properly. Now they want me to authorize the dealership to break the engine down to identify the engine problem. This makes me responsible for the cost of engine tare down which will cost in the thousands plus repair cost. They have already blamed me so now I am responsible. Great way to get out of honoring the warrenty. Again they have designed their vehicles in way that would result in thousands of dollars in repairs. It cost me over $900 dollars just to have spark plugs replaced.

Kia Cerato

I came across the "Management Philosophy" on the web page and I find you are service and customer orientated but I am afraid that does not happen in Malaysia. It's pretty disappointing and that is why I am writing to you as I need a justification.

I bought Kia Cerato and collected my car on the 29th of Jan 2014. Shortly on the 28th Feb 2014, my car tyre went flat as it was cracked. I was lucky that I had made a stop at petrol station to purchase some things. So on the same week which was on a sat (on my day off) I took my car for servicing and that's when I brought up the issue and showed them. They were not very helpful and I was told to contact Continental Tyre manufacturer for the claim. I bought my car from Kia Motors MY and it's brand new car with good tyres. The tyres were relatively new and rest of the three tyres are still fine. So if I had hit on something and cut the tyre, wouldn't that happen to at least the other tyre(s)? I did not buy those tyres from continental. It's kia cerato that I bought that came with good tyres.

So after that, they did proceed with the inspection etc and report showed it's not under warranty and said it's unavoidable. What is 5 years warranty? And why is Kia pushing this issue to the Continental tyre manufacturer? Shouldn't I be dealing with Kia Motors?I feel this is a rip off. The car is merely 1 month old and definitely qualifies for warranty replacement.

None of the personnel were helpful or trying to resolve the matter. I believe this is not the first case as I had Kia dealers telling me the same scenario. I really need your help and justification on this matter.

I am Dr. Tamer metwaly, Egyptian associate professor, Now at Ha’il University, K.S.A, faculty of Education, department of Islamic culture.
I've bought a car Kia Mohave 2013 agent Kia Installment system on 30 9 2012 Hail (sole agent - the old car) and after a little (in the same year) observed abnormal sound in (Gearbox) continued with the agent with a barrier (which the periodic maintenance for my car, but not for Gear must go to the center of the president by his testimony)
First time:
I checked with a barrier agent detects and said that the sound is impressive despite the presence on the movement of the car, and advised me to wait until an appointment from Riyadh or Dammam because of Hail does not have the possibility of decoding and repair Gearbox.
The second time:

After returning to Saudi Arabia, called the unified number and got an appointment I sent my car on my expense for the maintenance center president in Riyadh exit 18 on 20 7 2014 and I began to feel uneasy to be treated so I contacted the ministry on 23 8 2014 and made a rhetorical No. 7, 752, 711 and the date 23 8 2014 and then second complaint 8114044 number and the third number [protected] (from my mobile number [protected]) and the Ministry delegate intervened and asked me to close the record on its security with the agent promised to reform and after a while returned my car on my expense without reform on 15 11 2014 (my possession and shipping documents back and forth). It took over six months. Without compensatory car or financially. I my case with the agent became very famous because I am a university very well-known professor at the universities and the thousands of students.I became sad because I was bad optional front of my students who have all kinds of cars, but because of the Kia agent.I repair this situation and compensatory financial and psychological damage that began in the first year of the optional Kia agent algebra Arabia
