I purchased my 2016 Kia Sorento in January 2023. Every service was done on time or early at Kia of Puyallup, where I bought my car. July 6th on my way home my car stopped. No engine light, no alarm no nothing. Called Kia of Puyallup and they couldnt see me until September 14th. Kia of Auburn said to bring my car on July 27th so I did. My car sat for over 3 weeks when they finally told me my engine was "blown". I explained about my extended warranty but when they called the warranty company they were told I did not have an extended warranty. I then called Kia Auburn again and they gave me the warranty number which I promptly called the warranty company and was told my warranty was still no good. After 1 month of fighting and arguing with the warranty company they finally said that I did have a warranty. Now I am waiting for my engine to be torn apart so that the warranty company can come look at it and decide if they are going to pay for my engine? I have called Kia of Puyallup numerous times, I have been calling Kia of Auburn 3x a week to get some answers. I would like some help.
Desired outcome: I would like to see my car that I have taken amazing care of get fixed with the extended warranty I paid for. I dont want another car, I want my Kia.
