Kroger pharmacy service

On 8/24/18 my doctor sent Kroger pharmacy on Wessel Dr. a prescription for a lower dose for my thyroid medication. The reduction in the dosage was based on blood work. Too much thyroid medication causes a rapid heartbeat, diarrhea, irritable demeanor and insomnia, among other things. I was having these symptoms. My online Kroger account showed my prescription listed as in progress and not available for pick up until 8/27/18. Over a 15 year period, I have had multiple adjustments to my thyroid medicine dosage and have never had to wait 4 days to pick up a new prescription. I have always picked them up the day the doctor calls it in. I went to the pharmacy drive-up window on 8/25/18. I was told the wait was because it was a maintenance medication and that I had to wait until the next day, and because it was called it on a Friday, I had to wait until Monday (as if the pharmacy isn't staffed during the weekend). I told her I had never had to wait that long to get a refill when the doctor changes the dosage. She was very rude, repeating their policy. She then said she could refill the prescription, but I would have to drive around to the back of the line. Only one car was behind me and no other cars were in the other lane. I have picked up prescriptions from this Kroger pharmacy for several years and have never seen any customers drive around to the back of the line. After I drove around and was at the window again, my prescription was ready but she threw it down on the counter and gave me a nasty look whenever she needed to address me. She asked if there was a Plus Number. I told her it was the phone number listed on my account. She gave me another nasty look, refused to look it up and rung my order without entering the number or asking me to tell her the number. Rude and nasty! I pay full price for my prescriptions due to the insurance deductible. I guess Kroger thinks it is healthy for me to go several days with a rapid heartbeat, diarrhea, insomnia, etc. because refilling my "maintenance" prescription is a chore for them. I suppose they think I should stop my taking my medication, a hormone my body doesn't make anymore, and something my doctor would never recommend, until it is convenient for them fill my new prescription even though it took them less than 10 minutes to fill.

Kroger the carts for the customers to ride in to shop

August 24, 2018 my wife for the third time in a row has gone to this store as it is just up from our house. The Kroger at 14101 Midlothian Turnpike, Midlothian VA 23113. They have 8 of these carts but they are never charged and never able to help get a person through there full grocery experience. My wife has been in here three times and all three times has had to get someone to help bring another cart or get a regular cart to get stuff just to the checkout. If customer care is #1 at Kroger I hate to see what #2 is because this is not how you need people treated when they are trying to spend money in your store buying your goods and supporting your business. This will be the last time we will be able to shop Kroger because my wife is embarrassed as well as tired of feeling like she is a problem for the store and it's employees.

Kroger kroger, maplecrest, kokomo indiana

I'm 71 yrs old, I've been shopping at Kroger Maplecrest for as long as the store has been open! When Marsh closed in Kokomo, IN, Kroger was the closest store to get Marsh's business on South end of Kokomo! Kroger has been a mess since Marsh's closing; it is packed with people everyday, shelves are never stocked and no help! Last week, no potatoes, dairy cases were almost empty as well as freezer shelves, and forget buying items from your sale ad, the store is always out! The normal staples, milk, bread, cheese, paper goods etc., empty! I would have thought when Marsh closed, Kroger would have welcomed the Marsh shoppers and be prepared! In the months since Marsh closed nothing has gotten any better! Many people/elderly shopped at this Kroger store and everyone is frustrated! In all my years I've never seen Kroger this bad, and I never shop at other groceries but may have to chose another grocery if things don't change! I'm really not a complainer, but Kroger South Kokomo is really bad!

Kroger customer service

The last 3 times we have been in to shop my husband has had to bag our own groceries!
We did not go through the self serve registers but to a cashier.

When asked where our help was, they simply say " they went on break" or I don't know where they went.
But every time we go in? I am sorry but we are not going to continue shopping when we are paying the prices we are at Kroger and not getting the service everyone deserves!

After lodging a complaint about your hiring practices in the city of Las Vegas Nevada .You have had ample opportunity to change but no you still refuse to hire people of color in managerial positions . People of color have contributed to making your company 1 of the most profitable businesses in this country .Yet we are discriminated in your store operations sir you have people working in your stores in the deli as well as the produce and meat department in secondary positions or counter help. No management unless they are in a assistant capacity you need to do your do diligence and hire minorities not just women but men . I am sure there are men willing to come to your company well qualified to work and do a a great job . This is America the melting pot of the world we are a beacon of hope to all that come where opportunity is given to those willing to work and earn their way out of despair ?

you cant get through to anyone on their complaint or corporate phone line. I just wasted a 1/2 hour of my time.
their voice mail system goes into an infinite loop.
Your BLEACH containers for the Kroger HOME sense brand is way to THIN.
My gallon of bleech developed a "pin hole" and leaked all over under my laundry tub vanity and ruined stuff.
I won't be BUYING your product anytime in the near future!
and the way your complaint/corporate line is, I seriously DOUBT I will ever hear from you! I don't believe you care!

Kroger poor management

You have some type of construction truck parked at entrance/exit to Kroger lot.
Reported twice to mgmt. that truck is in way of cars entering and exiting lot.
Two times I have almost been witness to accidents. One mgr said truck is their because work done is right by the door. Have yet to see any workers in area.
If work has to be done and truck needed, this could occur after hours. Or truck could be parked across from work area or in street.

This would be quickly rectified if an accident or hazard occurred in area.

This is stupid.

Kroger false advertisement/dishonest business

08/20/2018 08:17pm

There is no client number. Ref# 08791C

I am really upset about this Kroger in my neighborhood. I go there just because of convenience reason. Other than that, it never meets my expectations.

I go there today because of the Kroger coupons.
I just purchased two Cheerios with a Kroger mailing coupon (I do not have it because it is already consumed in purchasing the Cheerio). Yet, I found my receipt did not deduct one of the cheerios. The coupon from my recollection is between 11.5 OZ and 18 OZ is free. I purchased two because of the incentives of Honey Nut Cheerios (Free $10 ticketmaster when collect two codes from participating cereals)

I asked my family lawyer if I should filed a lawsuit against Kroger. He asked me why I do not shop in HEB instead. I told him because of a distance. He said if there is enough statistics proving Kroger has taken money from customers due to this behavior, it can be a case.

I hope you guys can investigate and fix this behavior whether it is intentional or not

08/20/18

I am not a shopper, so typically I do not like buying groceries. While Houston is so hot, it is perfectly case to eat ice-cream. I have received these Kroger coupons, and went to shop. (Again, only because I got coupon to create incentives for me to go there)

During check out, the cashier told me that the coupon could not be honored. I bought a DC Super hero ice-cream just as described in the coupon. The cashier said I need to buy TWO DC Super Hero ice cream to get the coupon discount.

Although I did not buy the ice-cream (so no monetary loss), this is a scam to attract customers shopping in Kroger which I found unethical if not illegal. I asked number of friends and they told me that I was correct and would interpreted at buying one DC Super Hero Ice cream and the coupon should be honored.

Please investigate and check with Kroger marketing department. If my interpretation is incorrect, then I hope Kroger will be more clear in the near future in terms of wordings on coupons. This is not the first time I have trapped by their advertisement scam. So I have decided to report it.

The coupon is clear: buy any 2 Dreyers OR DC Superhero. It doesn't mean buy 2 dreyers or 1 superhero. Otherwise it would state that.

Kroger baggers/poultry

I went in the Kroger in Greenfield 15 minutes from my house to get ingredients for dinner after a 12 hour day at work. The customer service was good and people were friendly but when I got home my 2 packs of chicken were not in my car. They weren't put into my cart after I checked out. I had to drive 15 mins back and by that time it was too late for me to cook dinner. I am very disappointed with Kroger since I frequent there for all of my grocery needs.

Kroger service received from a male store manager

Recently, I was treated less than professional by your store Manager. I was refused a rain check for 2/$5 Butterball Smoked Turkey Sausage because it wasn't in the print add.

I attempted to explain that I look at what is advertised & emailed to me by Food4Less/Kroger. The printed add, if not left in my hallway, only see when I come into your store. The print add is couple pages and couldn't very well cover everything on sale like Jewel does.

The Item was clearly marked on sale but all of the displays were empty and I think that it was only the 2nd or 3rd day of the current Sale to run through the following Tuesday.

The item mentioned above was advertised in the SAME add as the Land O Lakes Butter 2/$5.

Sometimes sale items may be advertised in a commercial. Someone needs to retrain this Manager that Kroger advertises through online media and it should be honored. He did not make me feel valued and went on to the next customer. I left & drove all the way to Jewel to buy my turkey sausages.

So much sells out so fast because people with Assistance are shopping with 2 & 3 shopping carts, I'm not! I'm on disability using my cash or cash on my card.

Suggestions:
-Maybe there should be a limit of 2 or 4 per person in lieu of 5 or unlimited.
-Put some comment cards at Customer Service, Deli, Meat & Produce Depts.

I like the restructuring of Produce! These past 2 weeks are the best quality of green peppers that you have had in years! Why can't ALL products be labeled with prices and more scales be added?

I spend more at Jewel because I save from $5 -$30 EVERY visit. Lately I have saved only 0 or .50c in Food4Less!

Someone needs to recalibrate your computers & receipts to reflect TOTAL savings like Jewel does! I will try to attach my Screenshots of the emailed sales from your company or I can email or text to someone directly. If you don't understand and want to view my Jewel receipts let me know, we receive paper & emailed receipts.

I would like to see these products added & an explanation why Town Crackers were removed over-night:
Lee & Perrins Worcester's Sauce - Low Sodium
Folgers Instant Coffee Pks - in Decaf
Knorr's- Teriyaki Rice
(Assuming Kroger wants to be health conscious!)!
Jewel has pre-printed Rain-checks for popular items that sell out quickly - saves a lot of time for the store and customers.

I expect an explanation and an apology.
Guyletta Waller

Kroger buy 5 save 5 mega sale

My name is Natalie Mitchell and i am writing concerning my recent visit to Kroger. I went to Kroger on 3165 S. 2nd Street Louisville, KY on August 19, 2018, between 10am and 11am. I went to purchase the buy 5 save 5 Kotex pads, pantyliner and tampon sale. While in the store I gathered my items items and went to check out. I immediately noticed the items were ringing up wrong. In stead of ringing up $2.49 before the Mega price was deducted, the register was ringing up each item $2.99. After I reach the end i hit pay and based on my figures I know that the price had not rung up correctly. I asked tbe udcan person to help, she didn't know how to help and voided my items. I was them instructed to go to customer service for assistance. I immediately went the lady at customer service rang up my items and tbe same thing happened. She didn't understand what was wrong and went to speak with Joe her supervisor about why the items were ringing up wrong. Basically Joe, the supervisor she never came out to help me and the customer service lafy had no clue what was going on. I would lime a resole to my complaint. The items were not ringing up as the sale price i knew that and explained that and no one meaning management made any effort to help correct this error. And I would like an explanation of why and i am asking is that Kroger policy for supervisor to not do their job? I look forward to speaking with you. I may be reached at [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com. Best regards, Natalie Mitchell

Kroger customer service, manager, and professionalism

I would like to express my concerns about the Kroger Store located at 218 E. Pettit Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46806 within the Southgate Plaza. This has been an ongoing issue for some time, but recently it sadden me and this matter can't continue to lay on my heart. I usual don't visit the Kroger store within my community because it is awful, but last night around 9:30 P.M. on 8/18/18, I decided to visit the store due to another nearby location not having a certain brand of ice cream. When I walked into the store, I noticed how long the line was as usual. There was only one cashier working along with the self check out lanes.

The line nearly reached the back of the store. This is one of the reasons, I don't visit the store that is literally 5 minutes near my home. I observed the manager on duty standing at the front of the store laughing and talking with the on duty security officer. I approached him and asked in a polite tone, "May I speak with the store manager?" He quickly reported that he was. I went on to question, "Are you short staffed tonight?" He reported, that his other cashier was on break and that he had recently fired someone for selling cigarettes to minors.

I inform him that I usually don't come to this Kroger location because it has been awful for years. He nodded and apologized for my inconvenience and went about his business. I thought to myself, if I was the manager I would have a register open as well to ensure customers are not waiting so long to be helped and to ease the load on my only cashier. As I passed all the peopled standing in line, I realized how content everyone was. This issue has become normal for the families and people within this community.

I thought, have they ever visited other Kroger stores within the city? There is no other Kroger store managed liked 218 E. Pettit Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46806 within the Southgate Plaza in the entire city. This is a known fact because I travel throughout the city due to work related duties and often stop at other Kroger locations to purchase dinner or whatever. The last time I visited the Kroger at 218 E. Pettit Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46806 within the Southgate Plaza was about 6 months ago prior to this incident. It was the same situation, I was so frustrated I went home and researched if there were any open management positions open at that store, but there were none available even though I never thought of running a grocery store. My heart is heavy for the customers who don't have the means to just visit another Kroger location or have been conditioned to accept that this is just how it is for this community.

I will post a video that was taken quickly because I didn't want to offend or upset someone for videotaping (video would not upload on this site). I started recording after retrieving my item and returned back to the front of the store. I'm hoping that serious improvements can be made to this location. I believe the store does not have to match the environment that surrounds it. The people within my community deserve the same service as any other person who shops 15 minutes away, within a better neighborhood.

This none caring type of attitude has unfortunately rubbed off on the staff members and management as a whole. Their attitudes and body language speak volumes. I will continue to attempt to reach a solution for this community. This is one of the talks among the people of this community, but no one once to take a stand. This Kroger located at 218 E. Pettit Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46806 within the Southgate Plaza is the only grocery store option within the community next to Walmart a couple of miles away.

There are limited options so people just except very poor service and conditions. Please help!

Thank you,

Natasha Jones

Hello, I bought some Jimmy Dean sausage bites from Kroger on last week. My kids just opened the box and ate some this morning . While i was in the freezer closing the box up completely I just started to read the box nutrition facts and noticed these things expired 2 months ago. Today is August 18th. I bought them around August 13. I also have my receipt . This product expired on June 5 . Why in the world is kroger selling 2 1/2 months old food? People could get sick from stuff like this. I tried calling the coporate number but they are closed so I am emailing in. Please have someone reach out to me regarding this matter at [protected]. Look forward to hearing from you soon!

Kroger stories written on google web page

I work forKing Soopers. I try to keep up with how our company (Kroger) comes across in social media. Why are the stories posted on Google feed mostly negative. Do we have a say on what is posted? Most of the stories are bad. Today is about a man peeing in a deli. While Whole Foods stories come across positive most of the time. Just wanting to know why?

Kroger customer service issue

I have never filled out a complaint before to any business, but after this past weekend experience, I'm going to start. My husband and I went to buy groceries this past Sunday, at about 7 pm. We had a full cart of groceries. When we went to the checkout, the only option for us was to do the Do It Yourself checkout. There was one Kroger employee (female) standing there and looked like she was watching everyone. No one would check us out at a regular check out. We left a full cart of groceries right there at the check out because no one would help us. While I'm complaining, I might as well add that the shelves are rarely stocked. I'm serious. I've seen when the corporate people are in. There's staff and full shelves. I challenge corporate to make surprise visits or go in disguise. You will find an entirely different situation. There are great people who work there, but then there are some who I would be ashamed to say represent my business.

Kroger the rude manager

I just had a baby and it's very hard for me to move around or get around so finally my mom said she needed to go get food I went with her. Well I stopped shopping at Kroger in first place cause of all the bad stuff from before well yesterday topped it off. My mom gave me blue rain check not a green one but blue. To use well it takes me about an hour Maybe longer cause I can't move well and I had my baby with me. My mom goes first she had problem with the lady with her rain checks but used them my turn i give her my rain checks she was nasty old lady not nice at all goes get manager Pam btw this is Kroger's on Smithville Dayton Ohio. And this lady was beyond rude to where I left everything I mean my babies formula and diapers food all of it over some 99 cent stuff that I wasn't even really worried about but I will not let someone talk to treat me that way so my mom calls corporate and make sure that the blue rain check don't expire and they don't well then I called and all I get from this is I'm sorry she treated you that way. Really I will never ever go to another Kroger's if they allow there workers even their managers treat you that way. No no no. My mom and I will never shop here again I'd rather go Walmart yea they may cost a little more but I wouldn't have to walk for an hour in so much pain for nothing as I did at Krogers. Then corporate didn't do anything but tell me I'm sorry like really. I'm in alot of pain today because of all the walking I did yesterday cause I had to leave all my stuff I had to go to Walmart and get it all over again. But all I get is a I'm sorry there's nothing we can do about this. Well there's something I can do and that's to let everyone I know know about this and post it all over the internet to let everyone see how badly Kroger's and there team is.

Kroger cashier

Hello,
I would like to make a complaint about one of your cashiers that works at the Kroger in Jefferson, Ga 30549.On Friday the 10th of August I had went into the store to purchase some dog food. I had two $2.00 off coupons that I had received on my prescriptions. I decided I would make two separate transactions since I had two of these coupons. The cashier rang p my first transaction and she looked at the coupon real hard and then proceeded to scan it so that I would receive the $2.00off. Then I put my other items on the belt and gave her the other coupon I had. Well she looked at it and politely told me it was a copy of the other coupon which infuriated me. I told her it was not a copy that it had come off of one of my prescriptions and that I did not copy it. First of all I worked in retail 18 years and I know you don't make those kind of comments to the customer and also I shop at Kroger all of the time and have never had any problems except that the cashiers don't ever ask you if you need help out with a 50lb bag of dog food but that is beside the point. I am a senior citizen and I still work and I work hard for my money. I try to save whenever I can and I sure don't make copies of coupons that I receive to try and rip off Kroger. These teenagers need to learn some respect and keep their mouth closed. Next time this should ever happen I will go to the store manager. I do not appreciate being I more an less a thief. Thank you for listening to me. Hopefully this will not happen again Sincerely Patti Martin

Kroger management, dillons stores hutchinson ks

I recently was employed here. I was told to break numerous saftey codes in order to complete my job and "meet standards" which are completely unobtainable. I was also harassed by my supervisors and laughed at in a group setting and told I was "so [censored]ing slow" I was also not given the right equipment (freezer boots) showing they did not care for me at the least. Any time I would need to go to our warm up room because my feet turned numb I was harassed and told I need to go back to my job. I was not given down time and told I couldn't put downtime for things I should i was set up for failure and laid off before I could become union to be have support from them.

Kroger no complaint

When can we expect to see Home Chef boxed meals in our store? The current ones you have are ok but would like to see a much bigger variety. This is a good store BUT you went overboard with the reserved parking for pick up customers, handicapped, mothers with children. I go there many times during the week and over half of these spots are empty. The weekend parking is horrible.
