Kroger unneighborly conduct

A newly constructed Kroger on N. Goliad, Rockwall Texas, provides convenience to many Rockwall residents. Staff are friendly with excellent customer service.
The store is conveniently located in the heart of Rockwall community. I am one of the voters who voted in favor of the new construction of this store. Hindsight 20/20 - the store is built too close to some residential homes in Quail Run Community. The unsanitary of their dumpsters have diffused fowl smells to an unbearably level for many of the nearby homes. Mine is one of them.

Please be a good neighbor and keep your dumpster odors to minimal level.
Also, please have your delivery trucks on a schedule other than 4am.

I no longer have privacy in my backyard. Now, I am driven away from my own home by the odor from your dumpster.

Kroger recent visits

Hello,

My name is Dominique Washington. I'm a very loyal customer who's shop at the stores nearly every week and have done so for over a decade. I love that the prices are affordable and I get more for what I spend.
I'm contacting your office in reference to the Kroger store here in Memphis TN address 2835 Kirby Parkway Memphis TN 38119. As of the last few months I've had numerous problems at this location. Before that every thing was perfect.
I've got into altercations with security due to my nieces and nephews who I'm caring for. Mainly due to them running and getting lost doing what kids do but I make sure I address them each time letting them know they can't do that. All of the local Kroger's have free fruit for the children so I bring them in often to get fruit mostly when we're low on food. No one has said anything about it. I sometimes send the oldest two in and would tell them to chose one fruit for themselves and the others. Each time I send them in I'm literally parked in front of the entrance waiting just in case they have an issue. Everything was fine at first until I've of the guards approached my vehicle stating that they were inside playing with the carts not doing what I told them to do so I went in to o address the situation. They know better. When I came in he stated that my daughter and nephew were running around playing with the carts and said they couldn't do that so I spanked her on her hand and made them both leave.
A few days later I came back to do my usual shopping. I noticed that the guard followed me to every isle and would sometimes walk ahead of me then turn to stare at me in this odd way but I continued to shopped. It got to the point where I started feeling harassed so I asked him if there was a problem. He stated that the manager didn't want us to come back to her store. I asked why and he actually said it was because I spanked my daughter and I shouldn't have done so in public so we couldn't come back. I replied that I would speak to her because I didn't understand why she felt that she could ban me for something like that.
I went back to the store four days later and did the same thing as usual shop and allow them to get a piece of fruit but I was met by the manager and the guard. She said I wasn't welcomed in the store because she heard that the children were constantly stealing in the store and that my nephew came in and opened of of the chicken containers and walked around the store eating the chicken. The guard also repeated the same thing and even said that was the reason along with me spanking my child. He to said people told him in the store since he wasn't at work that particular day. Of course I asked the children did they do such a thing and they admitted opening the chicken because they were hungry but stated that other than that they haven't stolen anything before that incident.
I asked the manager if I could see proof that they were actually stealing since each of them stated that that's what they heard but she refused saying it was irrelevant I felt it like it was relevant because as she stated their stealing and me spanking my child was the reason we were banned from the store. I asked to see the proof several times but she refused. I didn't understand why I couldn't see the tapes. Thus the reason for this complaint . I've never taken a thing from this Kroger ever. I have no knowledge of the children stealing either. This Kroger is literally walking distance from my home and it'll be inconvenient to drive across town to visit another store.
To make matters worse one of the guards accused me of soliciting money from customers at the fuel station claiming I went to each car begging but this was not true at all! She claimed I was slumped over in one customer car begging. That was false! I went to the fuel station to await my cousins arrival so she could help me with gas since funds were low. I told her this and even had my cousin pull back up to show I knew her yet she still insisted that was what I was doing! I need a full investigation done or if the comps isn't willing to do so then I see no read for me being banned. I understand the children were wrong and they will not be entering that store with me. What can be done? Please get back to me ASAP!

Kroger visa card “ban”

Amazing that a corporate American company who has had a tax breaks this year and likely record profits, would consider a decision to ban the use of Visa card use because of what is paid by the store for the use.

Really?
Any thought corporate Kroger that you are making a decision from a place of greed rather than a place of customer service?
The marginalized get it again.

Visa may be the only option for many for various reasons. People who are disabled or who have no transportation have to be inconvienced to get to a bank because of you? The elderly ( who have become marginalized), may have to order grocery delivery and cannot because all they have is a visa that holds their fixed incomes.

I grew up on Red Owl with my father being the first manager to Wisconsin and assisted in educating employees in customer service.

Oh wait! That was 65 years ago and the world has changed.

ive been working for kroger in texas city since jan 2018 since day one i told them about my experience pay ive been lied to wk after wk month after month i talked to my union representative and he said i must file within 30 days i found some paperwork on the kroger site that says you have 60 days i need your help to get my experience pay and back pay marcus covington [protected] call me anytime

Kroger disgruntled customer

I was shopping in the Hartwell Kroger store (Cincinnati) on Sunday, July 29th in the afternoon around 1:00pm or about. I went into the Deli to get some cold cuts and stepped to the counter. There were no numbers available. The employee asked who was next and I raised my hand. I wasn't sure though. At that time, a man turned to me and said NO, I am next. I apologized saying "pardon me, I am sorry." He said, in a very rude tone of voice - "No you're not sorry. I said again, I am sorry. He said you don't have to get loud with me and you will WAIT YOUR TURN. I said, Sir, I don't have a problem with waiting my turn. He repeated again YOU WILL WAIT YOUR TURN. He then made a gun motion from his hand and pointed it in my direction and said -" Pow - I will shoot you right here in the store." I then asked the employee to call for management. The manager spoke with him and he got loud with the manager. Another customer told me that he scared her son that was shopping with her (a young child). As I went to the checkout counter to pay for my groceries, I noticed the man was standing in the doorway watching me so I called for the security guard. I believe he was waiting for me to leave the store so I was startled. The security guard came over to me as I was paying for my groceries and I described him. I noticed that as I was speaking with the guard, the man walked out to the parking lot. When the guard walked me to the car, the man was gone. I hope that someone did an incident report.

Kroger sterile lubricant eye drops; 30 single-use containers: [protected] 6

I am disappointed. After several weeks of "Product Not Available" on the pharmacy shelf, when the product reappeared, the only thing that had NOT changed was the cardboard box package. The product itself is an inferior product that is totally different from the original eye drops. The new product is much less in quantity, cannot be recapped after opened, and sometimes leaves a jagged edge on the applicator that poses a threat of eye injury when used. Yeah, I know, the instructions always say to discard the applicator after one use. As a person with severe dry eyes who uses eye drop several times a day, I can assure you that the vast majority of your consumers prefer to re-cap the applicator after initial use. Nearly all the similar, non-Kroger products are easily recapped and DON'T leave a sharp edge when opened. Most of the similar, non-Kroger brand items are outrageously priced and that is why your product had become my eye drop choice. PLEASE either return to your old supplier or find yet another new supplier that can provide us with the quality eye drops to which we are accustomed. Thank you very much for your consideration of my concerns.

Kroger fruit and vegetables in plastic bags.

The amount of plastic that I end up with, which is a result of shopping at your store, is maddening. Plastic is not sustainable. I don't want plastic! Please consider selling fruits and vegetables with out plastic. Thank you. I will find another store. Someone has gotten greedy. Greed creates corruption and skews values and common sense. May I send my plastic obtained from your store back to you? Where is this plastic supposed to go? There is no "away". Your campaign about sustainability is a smokescreen. Do the right thing. Plastic is destroying humanity and the earth. Is this long enough now?

Kroger pharmacy

I had back surgery on June 18, 2018. My surgeon, Dr. Shehadi, prescribed Percocet 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. On June 20th, The Kroger pharmacy gave me enough for 1 tablet every 6 hours. When my husband (who picked it up) told the girl it wasn't enough— she was very rude and said it's state law? My doctor even called and complained and tried to explain that it wasn't enough- but they were rude to him too. I guess they think they know better than the doctor does. I understand there is an opioid epidemic - but it is WRONG to make me suffer after having major back surgery! All this does is force people to get the medicine they need from friends or family that have some left over. Which is WRONG and probably against the law. Some patients actually need the meds and would never abuse it. (Like me!) My doctor actually suggested that I go to another pharmacy. I now go to Walgreens.

Kroger this time deli but pharmacy has issues also

Stood at deli counter for 5min waiting while the lady helped other people. Then when they finished they continued to ignore the fact we was standing there. I asked if they was still open and another girl told me "YES, they can help you". She told them we need something and then another older lady told MARIA to come help us and Maria refused to help us. All of a sudden they was closed. Told us to go out to a shelve to get what we wanted and of course it was empty. Some yucky looking sliced turkey is ALL that was there. Wouldn't have paid a dime for the looks of it! We got sent away empty handed! This was at 8:30pm on Sunday evening. Not sure if that matters. But maybe the first 2 ladies shouldn't have said they could help if they was closed! I have officially now been treated like crap by your Deli and your Pharmacy! Think I am done shopping at your store here in Dodge City! The service is awful and the employees and your black pharmacist are rude as hell! Guess Wal-Mart's would appreciate the 100's of $ I spend weekly instead!

Kroger minute maid fruit punch

I purchased a minute maid fruit punch from Kroger located on Poplar and Cleveland in Memphis TN about a 1 or 2 weeks ago which i kept refrigerated. I began to drink the juice on 7/23/18 and then I started to get sick. The expiration date is 8/03/18 but the juice is filled with mold that I have been drinking. I have been vomiting and having diarrhea for about a week. I been have to the doctor and was prescribed medicine because of this.

Kroger digital coupons

I spent an hour choosing digital coupons but after I looked at my receipt none of the digital coupons showed up on my receipt!
What's up with that?
I feel I have been cheated by Kroger!
Why can't you offer BOGOs like Publix?
My time is as valuable as yours!
Putting a customer thru all the trouble of viewing all the digital coupons and then to see not one coupon showed up after shopping at Kroger!
I have had numerous complaints with your store that have not been resolved.
Someone keyed my vehicle while I was shopping! Panhandling in the parking lot!
Store is dirty and unkept.
How do you stay in business?
To top it all off I went to use my points for gas and thru some malfunction I could only get .10 a gallon off rather than .30 for 300 points.

Kroger deluxe churned ice cream

I bought the Deluxe churned peanut butter fudge swirl lactose free ice cream and all the fudge part was in the middle and the rest was just vanilla ice cream so I don't know if that's how it is normally made but the advertisement on the outside of the container shows that it is mixed in the entire container. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Kroger store management

I work in the Produce Department at Kroger #585, and this store manager named Brandon Miller made the entire store a toxic work environment all day on Wednesday July 25th, 2018. He is extremely rude to certain employees over not conditioning up any walls or filling up any tables "properly, " and he would never leave any employee alone about whether or not they have any more of what needs to be filled up on the display floor. Some employees have already tried arguing with him before, but he always thinks of it all as just "excuses" from them, and he always seems to get away by just being "funny" about it in a sarcastic way (if you know what I mean?). Last month, Brandon backlashed at a Nutrition employee named Travis, who is bipolar and suffers from depression by the way, over the real reason why the shelves have always looked "bad" was because of HIM, and it angered Travis severely throughout the rest of that day. And just recently, Brandon yelled at yet another Nutrition employee named Norma, who always takes her time stocking up the shelves and conditioning up the holes on the wall every day. However, he was annoyingly yelling at her out loud in front of EVERYBODY on the display floor, which is SO wrong! Norma couldn't take his bologna anymore that she then LEFT him halfway through his conversation and did her very best to IGNORE him afterwards, and she did NOT care about being written up by him or not! Lastly, Brandon is SO insanely strict over food being forbidden in the Produce backroom too. A few weeks ago, a Produce employee named Bill, whose a great hard-worker by the way, ordered a box of pizza for all of us to share and eat, but then Brandon came in later that day and asked, "Who ordered this pizza?" Bill said he did, but then Brandon got all over his case and said stuff like: "Are you trying to get me fired?" and "You must be trying to make me look bad, don't you?" and "You know there shouldn't be any food back here!" and "This box must be thrown away right now!" and so forth! I was there in the same room when it happened too, but I was really trying to do my very best to ignore him and mind my own business. After Brandon finally left the room, I asked Bill about how he felt right now, and he too was very irritated by Brandon, because all Bill did was bring just ONE box of pizza in case any of us was hungry, which was SO sweet for him to do! As someone who has worked at this Kroger store for 3 years now, I've learned and experienced a whole lot with many of the other employees who've worked here far longer than I did, and the whole point of working at Kroger in the first place was to not only get work experience, but also to get along with everybody else as well. Brandon, on the other hand, seems to only be focused on his obsessive policy rules that he completely fails to understand the real situations going on in terms of backstocks, everybody else's shift hours, and especially the sensitivity of other employees. What happened this past Wednesday has baffled my brain completely on what an abusive dictator he has become, and my good mood always vanishes whenever I see him walking towards either me or my department, because whatever respect I did have for Brandon is now forever GONE. I would like to have a store manager who actually knows what they're doing and knows how to handle real situations going on, instead of having a giant man-child who secretly acts like a toxic bully to everybody else and gets away with anything from the corporate business heads! This is NOT why I wanted to work at Kroger in the very first place!

Kroger paper bags

Very very upset I received paper bags with NO HANDLE ON THEM I could barely bring them inside and they got ripped several times and caused me to drop something on way inside. I will never go to Kroger's again if they don't think bags are important enough to need. Because this app says I should make this longer I am going to type random letters.

Kroger parking

I find it unacceptable to have close parking for mothers with children.
I am almost 70 & I have to walk far so young folks can park close. I've had 6 kids & never did I have an issue with walking
However I feel discriminated against that there are no over 55 parking spaces
Most elderly do not have handicap parking stickers. Please consider adding close parking for 55 & older which makes more sense to me.

Kroger u scan employee

I am a very valued customer of Krogers store on Pontiac Trail/Beck Rd.
I shop at this location at least 4 times a week, sometimes more. This morning at 7am I was at u-scan self checkout and I noticed my free Friday download did not come off of my bill so I pressed the "call attendant" button for assistance. I seen that the Kroger employee (Ilene) was helping another customer so I politely waited my turn. In the meantime I hear call attendant from another u scan. Now keep in mind I was on a tight schedule to get in and out without time to waste.
Soon as she's free she goes over the the first customer she sees waiting, I said "excuse me but I was next" without even looking at me with her back turned to me I hear a mumble word "no he's been here awhile". So she took care of the gentleman before even asking what did I need... I said to her, "listen, i presses my help button before that gentleman so I was next but whatever now, can u just assist me so that I can get out of here. So again she says "u weren't next he's been at that station for a long time". Now I'm my head I'm saying why is she going back and
Fourth with me regarding something that I know I did. So now I'm irritated because this is unnecessary! Instead of apologizing she's being extremely rude now! So she ask me to show her my downloads which means I need to log in and find my coupon. I said " My internet is extremely slow and I don't have time so just forget it". She said
Well I don't even know what the download is, REALLY AND U WORK HERE! I showed her what the item was the big advertisement picture was right n front of us! So
Again she's being not only rude, but inconsiderate and anal!
The only reason I'm bringing this to corporate attention is because this is the 3rd incident I've had with this same employee! It's to the point if she's the only one working I will NOT shop there! I spend so much money at this kroger location and I refuse to be belittled by any employee or person period! She acts extremely racist towards me and she always talk back very rudely when asked a question!
I let the last incident slide when she had 10ppl waiting to checkout she's slowly moving adding more bags to each u scan register so in doing that she has one closed at a time.. but mind you there are bags on each revolving area, she just wants to add more! When there is 10 ppl in line! Then she proceeds to tell me that "I can leave if I'm in that big of a rush"!
I refuse to continue spending money in a store that have ignorant employees... I say ignore because she's racist! And that's ignorance! She moves like a turtle and her demeanor is very UNPLEASANT!

Kroger I am complaining about a worker in one of your louisville kentucky stores

I was in the store several time over the past few months & noticed on just about every occasion I was there there was a supervisor in a red vest named tony who was mistreating co workers. Making passes at some of the girls who looked underage and treating others like they were garbage. This is disrespectful and I will keep complaining & not return.

Kroger management

On Friday July 20, 2018 I was at your store located in Warren, MI address 13700 Fourteen Mile Road at 3:55 p.m. There were no shopping carts which has happened on more than one occasion at that store. All of the carts were in the parking lot and people were having to go out and find a cart or ask someone who were done shopping if they could use theirs. I went to the customer service desk and ask for a manager, a person whom tag said Mike ask what was the problem I told him there were no carts, he said he knew it and it was being taken care of. I waited another ten minutes in the area where to deposit bottles for someone to get some carts and no one showed up. I then went back to the desk and the same person was still talking to the guy he was talking to previously and said I said I am working on it. I ask for the corporate office number and he said you are going to call because of some carts, I said yes. He ask the other guy and they gave me a wrong number. I left but heard the comment that [censored] is going to call corporate because of some carts and the other guy laughed. Normally, I would ignore a situation like this but this reached another level. I would like to be contacted by someone from corporate because this is not going away this easily. I would like to no what is going to be done. Thank you.

Kroger wrongly terminated

I was put on academic leave that was approved by the HR manager. While on leave I requested to be transferred for the summer to a store in Memphis from Murfreesboro. That transfer never happened. During that 2 months of waiting for a transfer that never happened, I was in contact with both stores through management at both stores and finally after I was set to return and told that they gave my position away, they concocted a lie about a customer complaint that no one made me aware of and no one has documentation of! I was wrongfully terminates and my parents and I plan to take legal action. We have already contacted the news and the EEOC.

Kroger my fall at kroger store 3871 peachtree rd ne, atlanta, ga 30319

I fell on the floor at the Kroger Located in: Cherokee Plaza
Address: 3871 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319, Thursday at 8am, when the day Lashondra (?) supervisor just arrived.
I fell because ofe liquid of some kind was on the floor on my way to the rest room after shopping there. My feet went out completely from underneath me and I landed on my side. I didn't feel any physical injury at the time, but now almost 24 hours later, I realize I was injured in the lower rib area and I;ll be making out an incident report this AM.

I will also be contactig my Doctor to get examined and xrayed fro any possible rib damage.

I also want to let you know this is a very serioous occurance for me because I currently have a tumor located on my spinal chord and if that had been affected, or has been affected, then there's more details that will be provied to you.
Any injury in that area for me can paralyze me in some way from te neck down.

I'll be expecting to hear from someone n your customer compiance or service office soon.
