whole pig legs and feet
We have been your customers for many years which you will find on my cards and history. Today we went to Kroger on 377 in Haltom City, Texas 76117 where we were exposed to whole pig legs and feet which was the most horrible site I have ever seen in a United States store! I literally left sick and have remained ill since returning from your store. Not all of us eat that way. This is the United States not a third world country where fish heads and pig feet lay all over the place in markets. No one, and I mean no one, should have to be exposed to such a thing, just trying to get noodles and some lettuce, etc . None of us here are vegetarians, etc, so that's not our complaint as we understand package meats are present and for sale, but this was just barbaric! We will be writing the news, Humane society and other chosen animal protective groups to try to get their assistance as well on this matter. We hope that maybe your corporate office will stop catering to specific culture habits and remember we are Americans here not use to such horrific sites of butchering.
customer service at your lewisburg tn location
I have just recently been closer to Lewisburg Tn since I transferred jobs and thought I'd run in the Kroger there since it was close. The selection and the price cuts with the Kroger card are great but when I went to check out I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of enthusiasium by the cashiers. There was no smile no did you find everything you needed in fact I asked if the line was open since the light was not on but there was someone already checking out in that line and got an eye roll response with a well I guess I am now back. I was trying to hand her my Kroger card and she never looked at me just did everything but take the card for a few minutes I felt like in a sarcastic way. I have spoken to another customer there just to see if I was overreacting but she said she senses the same lack of customer value there as well. Just thought I'd let you know before you really start loosing business because of it. i know I'm not going back anytime soon.
I can relate, and agree. There are a few people there who do seem to care and do go out of their way to help; but the majority of the people these days couldn't care less if you found everything, or if you fell down and got run over in the parking lot... It seems you'd get the same response...an eye roll. It's time for Krogers to get with it in Lewisburg...
management
I Love my job I've been with kroger for 22 years and seen alot. I've had my share of not so good management and i was blessed with four great managers that i truly miss. On June 2, 2017 i wasn't feeling up to par, i came into work with my coffee, clocked in went upstairs to put my purse away and print out my sheet for our groc truck. I then spilled my coffee on a desk. I then started to clean it. It took 17 minutes. The following two weeks later i was called into the office and was written up for wasting time! How is this possible? ? Well i was told corporate has rules and i need to follow them. So WHY CORPORATE AM I GETTING WRITTEN UP FOR FRIVOLOUS ACCIDENT! I WAS NOT SITTING AROUND I HAD A ACCIDENT . I CLEANED IT UP. AND THIS magr. Roz williams has the gall to write me up for 17 minutes. ..! Store #347
deli manager
I came into krogers a few weeks back and the Deli Manager (Stacy) had a very bad attitude towards me after I asked her to help me at the salad bar. She is very rude and never smiles or help with customers . I am highly upset about this incident and do not consider shopping there anymore. This is a constant incident . I've made calls about this department but nobody has yet come forward with a solution..
payment not received
My name is Greg Jurcisin with Yarbo's Line Striping. I provided striping servicices at the Cincinnati Fresh Center in Blue Ash under Purchase Order 170038 for $5000.. The work was completed on 3/29/17 and approved by Brian Schaffer, the maintenance supervisor. Since 4/26/17 I have been trying to find out when I will be paid. I have been speaking with Angela Polishuk since 4/26/17 and she said she would approve my paper work on 5/26, the check would be mailed on 5/30, and I would receive the check on 6/1 or 6/2/17. I have had no communication with Angela since 5/25/17. Today I get a text from her that said, "Hi, I got back yesterday, and it should be in my inbox for approval, I haven't come across it yet, but should see it today, I will let you know by the end of the day if you see it or not." I need to know when my check will be in my mailbox. Hopefully someone other than Angela wil be able to answer my question.
Thank You,
Greg Jurcisin

557 in garland tx... The jobs aren't the same anymore... You can't complain about nothing cause if you do they'll find a way to get you out of there... To make a long story short I was fired for complaining about my hrs and money... Now I know that there's a 30-45 probationary period I get that... But to say i'm fired without putting me somewhere is ludacris... Talking about well based on what ben said they dont won't me in other departments... And get this not only did they do that I talked with the union and he wasn't trying to help. Me... So if you think about joining the union think long and hard... Cause they just take your money... I can't go to other stores either because of me complaining... Im speaking out because you dont have open door policy... They get these ppl.in position and if they dont like you they can get you out of there... And nowadays they can let you go for any small reason...
racism from manager
The krogers off dover rd in clarksville tn usually has a few white people who hold signs and ask for money. My husband who is black needed to pick up bread for our son, but was short on change so he asked a woman for money. The lady gave him a dollar. One employee came outside then went and got manager. Both said for my husband to get off property, but this was after the employee smarted off being rude saying atleast he has a job and is not begging. My husband and I have been struggling everyone does, but to see white men not getting kicked off property, and having my husband spoke to like that was far beyond racist of them both!
pharmacy
After a three-and-a-half-year struggle I have finally found a doctor who was able to get me to a point where I could help my wife run our family of eight. My pain was caused by excessive physical labor over the course of 33 years. I have taken every year and done every form of therapy with no results. I have had vertebrae fused, shoulder repaired, and both carpal tunnels released.
Today I took my prescription for pain medication to the pharmacy in the Murfreesboro Kroger at 1776 Northfield Blvd. I have filled prescriptions there several times and each time, the pharmacy staff have been arrogant and patronising towards me.
Furthermore, when I called to find out if they had enough of the product to fill the prescription. I was told that they would not share any information over the phone. The store is 40 minutes from my house so driving there only to find out they didn't have the inventory would have been a waste of my already strained resources.
I can overlook terrible customer service but today the pharmacist lectured me about finding a doctor that would try to find a better solution. It was obvious that she was holding my prescription hostage to bend my ear and make sure I knew she didn't approve of what I was doing. I've only been on this dose for the months. She should have had that information available.
I will NOT be returning to that store to fill any prescriptions. It takes 30-40 minutes to fill my prescription. During that time I usually get some grocery shopping done or fill my fuel tank. That pharmacist needs to be reminded that practising beyond her scope is not appropriate.
I've gotten my prescriptions filled for the last few years at Publix, at 2650 New Salem Rd, Murfreesboro, TN 37128. If I walk in to get my prescription filled, they always tell me it'll be ready in 20 minutes, but often have it ready before then. Depending which direction your coming from, it may add some time to your travel, but I've found the customer service at any Publix to be universally better than at Kroger.
drinks
Hello. This is the second complaint I made and has still not been fixed. Our team eats lunch at the Kroger at willow lawn Virginia. The soda fountain NEVER works. On the rare occasion that is does there will be no kids or no cups or no straws. So I usually get a drink from the front coolers. They are normally empty but can usually find something. On many occasions like everyday! There has been raw meaT in these cooler with drinks! I have talked to the employees at the front about this and how gross that is! But still happens frequently! We have get our lunch now and stop somewhere else for a drink.
management/customer service
arrived at your Kroger Marketplace and spent approx. 1 hour in your store, I even shucked 6 ears of corn for your awesome 6/$2 deal and an awesome cherry pie that I was really looking forward to eating. Afterwards, I went to the self checkout and proceeded to pay. I needed to pay with my food stamp card first, then my balance with cash or a card(depending on how much the balance was). I am a hard working single mom (currently in full time college) and recently got full custody of my children due to a domestic dispute where my ex husband tried to kill me with a shotgun, this was in late March. Two weeks ago, I lost my job, and now we are receiving government assistance; that is my business, and no one else's. Back to paying my tab, I scanned my card and it said "not authorized". I knew I had a balance of 39.78 and informed the attendant I did not have the entire balance. She transferred me to checkout #16 with a young boy and the blonde haired middle aged manager, she was wearing a grey suit. They then had to re scan my entire order and I went to pay. I scanned my card and a little reciept popped up for the cashier that said F/S Bal 39.78, he then entered the number and told me to pay the balance. I said I was using a card and he told me to swipe it. Afterwards, it told me I owed a balance of 32 something at which point I looked at the manager and said "how can that be? I just paid the balance." She then announces that my F/S card must not have any money on it and told me to swipe my card again to pay. I said, "Wait a min, why did it print out that paper telling you my balance if I didn't have any money left? The cashier entered it in wrong and now I've just paid for my food out of my account." She looks at the screen and argues with me that the F/S bal due was 61.07 and it took off the 39.78 and now I owe the remaining 32. I pointed to the screen where it said that the 39.78 was debit and that I still owe 32. She said, "Oh, well he did it wrong then. I will just put in your F/S payment now." I had other items, like toilet paper and paper plates, so we don't know at this point if I have paid for food only or if the other items were included in my 39.78 payment off my debit card. I explained to her that I did not have enough money in my account and that the F/S balance was higher than the amount I would have paid out of pocket. She got so angry with me and said "Fine, I will just start all over then and re scan all of your items a second time." The line had really filled up and the poor lady behind me only had two pineapples. I felt so guilty and embarrassed that the manager had announced to the line that not only was I on government assistance, but that I also did not have enough money to pay for the remainder of my transaction. She also managed to accuse me of not having any money on the F/S card at all. It was embarrassing, I asked her to end my transaction and refund my debit amount and I would just leave. She did so and then crumpled up the receipt as I reached for it. She told me that she couldn't give it to me and that the transaction never happened. I told her that I needed some sort of proof that the money went back on my card and she argued with me as she went to throw the receipt away in the trash. I then stated that if she was just going to throw it away, why couldn't she give it to me? She finally threw it at me, all crumpled up and I left the store with nothing. Absolutely nothing. And I really wanted that cherry pie, and I had to go to over to Walmart and make my purchases after already spending well over an hour in your store. I really enjoy the new Marketplace and was so embarrassed by what happened today.
Cashier name was MASON

nelsonville oh pharmacist michael flores
I use the pharmacy there for all my prescriptions. I was recently prescribed Suboxone. The pharmacist refused to fill my new weekly script stating it was two days early when in fact it wasn't. He treated me like dirt, he was extremely rude, wouldn't even speak to me about the fact that he was wrong. I had to wait until the next day when a different pharmacist was working and have them fill my script. The other pharmacist actually listened to me and filled it. Michael was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never go back there again
surveillance camera s
I wa s questioned by a man in hi s police uniform and I am going to question the Galveston TX, police department
I will ask who he is Where he is from
Doe s he have any right to harra s s me based on assumption s of me wearing black
As I wa s walking, at approximately 13:00 on June 07 2017, a black vehicle drove right into on coming traffic
And I wa s walking N, I stopped walking as he pulled into on coming lane s and pulled in front of me into on coming traffic and stopped after driving in hi s black vehicle S
He stayed in hi s vehicle and looked at me and asked me...
He asked me ' Did you take any beer from inside the store "quote unquote"
then he changed hi s word s he wa s questioning me and he asked me ' No
I said, did you buy any beer in the store because they have you on their survailance camera s and I don't want you inside the store don't go back there again.'
I said, ' No, no sir, I only bought what I bought and left the store.' I said, that s all,, I did'nt go in the liquor department.' He said don't go back in their.'
I said, 'I did'nt take anything from the store and I did'nt buy anything beside s what I bought that was'nt beer
He said, no but what I'm asking is have you baught any beer, I'm warning you I'm going to go check the camera s at the store and they said it wa s someone in all black and your wearing all black you know.'
I basically repeated myself answering back to the man in a phony uniform.
fake uniform.
He said, ' I saw you at the store three time s and
I stated, ' yeah, I wa s at the beach walking and I wa s right here by the store sir.
During that harrassment he ask me where I wa s from and why wa s I in Galveston, TX.'
I told him I came here to live here.
he said at the end of the harrassment. Everything is cool and drove off after blocking traffic for about three minute s with hi s vehicle running and him sitting inside of it and asking me nonsense and didn't even check the survailance camera s yet basing on assumption s making threat s that he isn't going to be nice to me if I go back into the store and he find s out that it wa s me. I also told him search my bag s a block away from the store where the incident occured and told him we can go look at the survailance camera s.
He told me to shut up repeatedly and he wa s very suspiciou s as hi s description revealed I knew hi s face as a individual I do'nt like and I know personally.
The store need s to resolve their occurring incident, I have nothing to do with it and if I go into the store and I see that same person in hi s fake uniform I am not going to be nice.
I feel that it is espianoge racist discrimination targeting harrassment and that my individual right s as an American citizen have been provoked and violated.
My name is Robert Xavier Barrera. I am 32 yrs of age. I love being outdoor s.
I love running. I love being on boat s. I love to work as an honest hard worker. I love having an education to persue further into finding goal s to reach and I would love to work with search and rescue or be something to help people and nature and wildlife and constantly I strive and constantly
I'm doubted.
If the police officer would like to have anything to say I would like hi s name and I will state it here on the complaint s board and
I will also state how the aggressivene s s of the officer proceed s if he speak s to me again and it is to my belief that he is a complete fake
uniformed police officer and that if I am being targeted I will retaliate!
check out
I was checking out at the Mt. Washington Beechmont Ave Kroger in the self check out. I had about $200 worth of groceries. I had 2 24 pack of Gatorade on the bottom of my cart. I asked the man working at the self check out if he could scan those for me and he proceeded to call me a "lazy [censor]."
I spoke to a manager and they gave me a $10 gift card. But this isn't about the money, it's the pure disrespect that I experienced.
I work 3 jobs and am in college. I am not a lazy [censor]
service
Shopped at Kroger in Russell, KY on both Saturday 6/3/17 and Monday 6/5/17. Saturday shelves were not stocked... could not find many items. Only one lane open plus a 15 and under lane...which i used since I got tired of waiting.
on Monday when I arrived there were absolutely no carts or baskets. Of course since it was raining I guess the workers didn't want to get wet. Finally found an abandoned cart inside the store to unload the stuff I was carrying and tried to check out. The second lane closed as I got to it and the only other lane was backed up 5 deep. And so was the self checkout lanes.
This place is very poorly managed. Never! enough checkouts. Many times the carts are unavailable (especially when it is raining) and shelves are very seldom fully stocked.
This Kroger is in the best part of town where all the physicians and professions shop. Recently remodeled, but no service.
Was down in Myrtle Beach SC last week at the local Kroger and was so surprised! People asking to help you find things, plenty of carts, fully stocked shelves and plenty of check outs. I made a comment to the cashier about how nice this Kroger was compared to home and she got the manager over for me to tell him what a nice store they had.
Russell, KY Kroger would be out of business if another store comes in to the area. With the new aluminum plant being built next year, I can only hope we get more stores to compete, so I don't have to go back to this one.
manager
This happened about 3 weeks ago. James Stubbs ( Mgr). Was checking out a customer. Needed help sacking. He told another casher to come sack for him. Hey said when they got done checking out there customer. Went back and forth several times. Told them if they did not come sack he would fire them. And he fired them. And all they were doing was there job. And does not know how to talk to anyone in a despectble maner.
customer service desk
I went in to Krogers to send money through western union. The girl that was at the counter explained to me she was new and asked me if I could wait 30 minutes until another associate came back from their lunch break. I replied no because that was unaccepatable being that a manger was on duty and there are other employees here that should be able to assist you and me. Another associate came over and called the manager. The manager came over and told me there was nothing I could do but wait for the employee to come back. I feel as though this was unfair and the manager wouldn't use her access to help me but insisted I waited. Also, nothing was done to even help out the situation or not even one employee acted like they wanted to help me the best way possible. I've never made a complaint but this would be the first.
pork loin
Store address 6055 Fry Rd.
Good morning. I am a loyal customer of Kroger. Last Saturday I went to buy my weekly groceries, I spent $200 and I want to buy the pork loin special. I have a big family of 7. The special says 2 with a minimum purchase of $10, for that razón I wanted to split up my groceries in order to buy 6. When I did it the Cashier Odalis called the assistant manager, an afroamerican lady, I cannot remember her name. She was sarcastic and said No, she was telling me that the special was per household, and if I want to buy more that 2 I have to go out and come back in, seriously? My husband was with me and we showed her the special in the specials paper, it did not say per household, it says with a minimum purchase of $10. Finally my husband got 2 and I got 2 more and I had to leave 2 that I already had it, then I tried to speak with the manager and when I asked who was in charge they (Odalis and the assistant manager) did not want to tell us, they sent us the another assistant manager (Kelly, I cannot remember very well her name either). She was there in the discussion and she said the same thing. I don't like when people abuse of the power that they have to humiliate me, I think you have to respect and do what the special say, you can't change it because you think this or that, it was 2 with a minimum purchase of $10. I was with my little daughter and I cannot understand why she was sarcastic and mean with a family that just want to buy the food?
rude store associates
I recently shopped at the Kroger on Hwy 70 in Bartlett, Tennessee, the one that's next to the police dept. I've lived in that area all my life and I shop in there at least four times a week. Everybody knows me when I go in. I wanted to return some bad meat yesterday and was denied because I didn't have a receipt, keep in mind I've made many of returns there and have never been denied of returning anything. I always have problems or confrontation's with these three women at customer service its either the older short lady Willie Mae who has an attitude every time I'm there because she has to call the manger or just do work period. Then she calls over the supervisor with the vest Toris, I try to avoid her at all costs because her customer service skills are horrible and she doesn't speak good English. Next I had to encounter the big lady Brenda who finally had to call the store manager. All of that was a waist of time because he let me return the meat and get another package, that's all I wanted was another package of meat. I have to be interrogated every time I shop in that store and I'm sick of it. It's time for a change and its time to put some better customer service associates in their positions, they should not be working in the front of the store with those attitudes.
gas station attendant
I, Megan Pilley, am a current employee of Kroger Deli at store #572. I have talked recently with my department manager and my store manager about the gas station attendant Adam. He has, for almost a year now, been following me around the store, has asked me out, and watches me every time I turn around. I have explained to him that I am married and I am not interested and he has been persistent in pursuing me. I have called and talked with the Corporate HR Manager and they say nothing can be done unless he physically assaults me. No he has not done this yet but I am scared at what he may do next. No one seems to believe me when i tell them what has been going on and all they say is that he is harmless.
gas attendant
Arrived at station with a question, between myself and my daughter, we wanted to know whos kroger card had fuel points on it. So I asked the attendant is he able to check the fuel points. He stares at me for a moment, I asked the question again, he takes a deep breath and says the way it works is...
Then it clicks in my mind, no. I would have to purchase gas first.
So before making him go into a long explanation, I say never mind I get it, just give me 10 on pump number (Turn my head to get the number), turn back around and give him the number.
I had no problems with the policy or kroger. I was fine with purchasing the gas. He sits and stares at me again. I assume i've given him the wrong pump number so I repeat myself, point at the car directly behind me and repeat that I want ten on this pump.
I am then told, since I was rude and cut him off when he was trying to give me information, have a nice day. He then gets up, walks to the back of the booth and doesnt come back out, and doesnt sell me gas. I told him o hope he doesnt have a nice day and leave the station.
What just happen here, did I miss something?
As I drove away, it clicked in my mind that this child is bad for business and needs to be checked. He was entirely too comfortable doling out abuse. And I am sure I am not the first and will not be the last he has done this to.
So I turned around drove back to the store and asked to see the manager.
He seemed like a professional and accommodating person. I commend kroger on their choice. He said he would pull the tape and go and speak with him. I dont know if that happened or not, I didnt want anything ever again from kroger. That gas attendant needs to be removed, he is not mature enough to work without supervision.
I loved kroger and frequently shopped there. There are too many other stores to which I eill continue to give my mo ey too, I dont think kroger will be one of them. Im sure my not shopping there means nothing to your profits. But I was irritated and yes I turned one of those internet complainers. As I told other people this story over this memorial day weekend, they knew exactly who I was speaking of before I could even finish. I find that troubling. Now I understand why people say they dont shop there anymore. They would rather pay extra somewhere else.
