Staff placed me on the very last room of the hall right next to their construction. I heard hammering, drilling and banging since 6:30 AM. Upon check out I told the front desk my issues. La Quinta Inns & Suites unethical behaviour

I requested a receipt when I checked out the clerk said he would have to email it to me. He didn't. I called the hotel again the next day the clerk said he would email it. I sent email to the hotel, no response. again I called the hotel on 05/18/21 @ 9:50 PM PST and asked the clerk for a receipt He was very, very rude and as I was asking him another question the clerk hung the phone up in my phase. I am a long term customer of Laquinta, as a matter of fact I had rented 2 rooms for a week.

Desired outcome: fire him or suspend him, I feel he is very bad for business

La Quinta Inns & Suites La Quinta Returns Gold member # W1872567 new #178261313G

I have been a customer of la quinta for many years . I have used your services while staying at la quinta inn near Salt Lake City Utah airport. Every couple months would fly in to attend Brashers Auto Auction in Salt Lake. Southwest Air stopped direct flights from Reno to Salt Lake and then Covid happened. While its been 2 -3 years since traveling and finding out that La Quinta has been sold to Wydham Resorts and service personal on the phone telling me none of my points were transferred over and basically out of luck! This is not very professional for a company to just delete its customer records of points. I had almost a 2 nights stay worth of points at the very least 1 night stay! If wydham resorts ever wants to have my business in the future they will at least comp me a 1 night stay or i will never stay at any of your properties in any of my travels. Im looking to travel to Las Vegas on 4/23/21 and check out 4/25/21 please be the company that has always treated me right and do not take advantage of a senior citizen. The hotel was nasty! Bed had hair all over. The bathroom had no soap. Someone had put cigarettes in ash out behind the bathroom door. They moved me to another room ugh! This room had ants. La Quinta Inns & Suites Phone booking

I booked a motel room online because the website was glitchy. We went out of our way to get there, arrived at 1:00 am and the motel was booked. We had to stay in a NASTY motel also owned by Wyndham. I called abs the rep was rude, refused to let me talk to her supervisor. She acted like she did me a favor by credited my account for a motel room that I never was allowed to enter! This rat hoke was $20 higher. I was a refund on this nasty place as well! Horrible service from beginning to end.

La Quinta Inns & Suites Hotel non-reimbursement for unusued stay/employees not helpful/ extremely dirty - with covid, really?

I booked this through Snap Travel. I didn't even want to check in after I saw the front desk, but did anyway. I walked up to the room, opened the door, smelled the filth and smoke and looked at the disgusting way it had never been cleaned and went back to the front desk. I asked to check out and said I was unable to stay. They said they were "working on cleaning it up." I wanted the information they had on my room booking. I was told it was booked through Priceline. I called Priceline and didn't get any help as it wasn't through them. I have exhausted all ways to get my money back. I went to another hotel to stay the night, but feel that they shouldn't have been paid for a room that was that bad. It was on Davis highway in Pensacola, Florida. I hope that they get shut down, because they shouldn't even be allowed to book rooms on the internet. I will not stay in another Laquinta, and I love them! I was told when I called Laquinta that it was booked through Agada.com. I was told to contact them. There is nothing like that on the internet and I have no idea how to contact them. I am very displeased and hate people getting paid for nothing!

La Quinta Inns & Suites Loud, persistent dog barking!

It's after midnight & room 434 has persistent & loud dog barking. Now I'm awake. No answer when knocked on door. Desk clerk said she couldn't really help & that this is a pet friendly hotel. Then desk clerk stated those are consequences of staying at pet friendly hotel. She said owners left the dog alone & will be back. Not exactly good customer service! No sleep tonight...

Desired outcome: Total refund for room. Keep ALL pets on 1ST floor. No exceptions.

La Quinta Inns & Suites Black person behind counter

My husband and I are disabled. The black person behind the counter gave all the blacks a room. We booked a room. He gave our room to someone else that is black. My waited over 30 minutes for the room. He refused give us a room. I will never reckmented this hotel to anyone. I hope no one else get treated the way we got treated. We have reservations and the manager has told us repeatedly to wait, while taking other guests first on 3 different occasions. We have been here over 3 hours. Very rude! I have my mom, who is 92 years old and my child, along with my sister and brother. This is a poorly run establishment.

La Quinta Inns & Suites Hotel stay La Quinta Las Vegas Strip

Arrived at hotel at 12:30 at night to find blood on the baseboards in the bathroom, and vomit stains on several areas of the walls. Definitely not Covid safe. We are more likely to contract Covid (or aids) in this room than anything.

La Quinta Inns & Suites 23 north 67th East Avenue Tulsa OK

My husband and I stayed at this hotel checking in Dec 2nd and checking out on December 9th. We had two rooms on the 7th and the 8th.
Our adult son was badly hurt while visiting Tulsa. His father and I flew in Dec 2nd from Phoenix and we all left Tulsa to go home on Dec 9th.
Our son had a very complex surgery which included a chest tube into his lungs, deflating his lungs for 9 hours and a spinal fusion surgery because he smashed one of his vertebrae.
Guests and employees alike were not wearing masks. Hell, even the manager or owner was not wearing mask.
When I inquired about the policy, the clerk said ‘I've gone into gas stations where they're not wearing masks'. I kid you not, that was the word for word response.
Yes, there was a sign on the door. But guests were not asked to mask up and again, even staff were not wearing masks.

La Quinta Inns & Suites Service and Double Charges

I had a prepaid reservation for La Quinta By WYNDHAM ORANGE COUNTY Airport paid through Booking.com, confirmation # 2158863817 under the name of Merkin Valdez, paid by Visa ending (6327), Billing Name: David Levine, for the total amount of $179.28

Upon arrival to the hotel on 11/18, Merkin Valdez and I, Gemma Alvarez were asked for a new credit card to used for check in purposed only. A different card was used at that time to ensure that I could check in. Master card ending (9065) At check out on 11/2p, I was charged again the amount of $179.26.

I spoke to Juan at the front desk and also to Patricia, they both were very rude to me. They told me that I did not understand the way the billing worked and that that they would not be crediting me back for the charges. That it was not their problem and I needed to contact Booking.com not them. I tried to explained to them that I had already contacted Booking.com and they told that there was nothing they could do to assist me.

I believe the front desk agent made a mistake instead of ensuring that the confirmation#2158863817 was used and credited correctly, he added new reservation under confirmation# 88673EC054112, Account/Invoice #109-070960 and charged again. At this time, I would like to be credited back to my mastercard credit card ending (9065) the amount charged for $179.26

How made booking: Googled "La Quinta", "Central Point, Oregon"; called number that popped up and verbally (by phone) made the reservation
Problem: Drove from my hotel on E. Barnett Drive to meet my son (Gordon - Guest) to give the $100 'incidentals' deposit with my credit card. Was told by receptionist (Tina Patel) in a nasty way that booking was cancelled, as Oregon/Medford rules say that they cannot accept a guest from within 20 miles of the hotel [I have no problem with that rule]. I asked for my money back [credit] (I used American Express to make the booking), and Tina said that I had to get my money back through Priceline. I said I did not book through Priceline, but that I had googled La Quinta at Central Point, Oregon, and made my booking through the phone number that popped up (and any sane person would assume they were booking with La Quinta). I said that my not being able to get my money back for a cancellation that was initiated by La Quinta and not me was 'criminal'. She was insolent, threatened to call the police and asked if I wanted to spend the night in jail, for no obvious reason, and said that I had to call Priceline. I got a cancellation printout from her, went home to my hotel, called Priceline, could not speak to a human, and the computer did not recognize my phone number which I had given when I made the booking. Bottom Line: Priceline have no record of my having made a booking for La Quinta (as your nasty receptionist Tina Patel said). I called American Express to put a 'disputed charge' against La Quinta/Priceline; they said that they showed a pending charge by "Book A Room", but nothing for Priceline (which Tina at the front desk insisted was the agency I booked through).

Suggestion: 1) Sort out the algorithms that your agencies use for bookings
2) get rid of Tina: she is NOT the type of person you want at your front desks. She has caused you to lose a client forever.

I will not ever be staying at a La Quinta Inn again because of the above two reasons, and I will be passing my feelings on to all my travelling colleagues/friends.
