On the 14/10/2022 at 16:00 I went to Makro Springfield park in Kzn. I went to purchase an item that was advertised on Makro digital platforms and catalogues .(kartcher k4 R1699) after making the time and effort to go and purchase this item the manager tells me it’s a misprint and it’s another model for that price . That isn’t my problem and that should be dealt with amongst themselves internally on who made that flop. She said the only thing she can do is apologise. Pathetic customer service. I went for what I saw advertised and the price it was advertised I never asked for something for free or something that was not advertised by makro.
Desired outcome: I want the item as advertised for the price it was advertised nothing more nothing less.
