Brakes
I went to Mavis tires on June 19 for my car inspection and to get my back brakes replace. I was driving my car for a month after this and i did not know that my brakes were no install correctly. All the light came on my car and when I took it to Honda for repair that when they told me my car was unsafe to drive. There notes on my car was as follow. "Upon inspection found left rear electric caliper loose, also notices rear brakes pads with aftermarket pads reducing braking ability uneven pad wear reducing braking abnormal noise and mutiple lights. When i explain the situation to the Mavis location they act like they could not help me and i needed to bring the car in even thru i told them that i could not and that the car would need to be tow and they could not give me a a straight answer weather or not they could reimburse me. I call the customer services twice and the regional manager has yet to give me a call back which show that they could care less. I loss 2 days of work and i had to pay triple to get my car correctly repair. I will attach my document from Honda showing all of this.
Desired outcome: I would like for Mavis to pay back for what i been charge at honda for their screw up.
Overall service
The Mavis Discount Tire on Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst, NY is dreadful. I had an 8 am appointment. No one worker showed up until 8:45 he then immediately left claiming he forgot his tool box 5 people are waiting absolutely no service. The have a woman from another store covering. It is grossly mismanaged, clearly unreliable and a place where making an appointment is a waste of time.absolutely horrible Mavis Center. How do you have a job showing up an hour late with 5 people waiting?
Desired outcome: Public Apologies and major discount coupon.
Tires ,service
I spent $600 at Dawsonville ga Mavis tire. It took them over 4 hours to put the tires on my daughter's car. After finally getting her car she drives 5 minutes up the road tire goes flat. My wife calls Kevin answers phone wife tells him situation he proceeds to tell her he doesn't care if my daughter is sitting on the side of the road and it took so long because it's a hot day. Then he hangs up on my wife. This is the first time and last time I will ever use Mavis. You are a joke. Can't handle heat get out of the fire

I made an appointment online and had picked the tires I wanted and they were in stock, but when I got to Mavis, the young lady said they were no longer selling the tires I had reserved because of a defect. Now mind you I made the appointment 3 days earlier and if there was a problem with it I should have been notified, but someone did call to confirm my appointment, and nothing was said about those tires. They wanted to sell me some other tires at a much higher price(commission). I know NTB is a part of Mavis and I have bought several sets of tires from there, I think this is some tactic to up sale, well I wasted my time and then on Monday they send and email about rescheduling my appointment, no I don't want to make one and this happens again they tell me something else about the tires I picked .If you no longer use certain tires for some reason I should not have been able to pick them.
Desired outcome: I want someone from corporate to call, My time is very important.

My Son made a Appointment for 1:00 PM JULY 17th for a Front End Alignment, we brought the car to Mavis in Bolingbrook, Illinois at 12:20 PM, no one called us, so at 3:45 PM my Son called and they informed us that we needed a Tire Rod before they could do the Alignment, I was very upset and my day was wasted, if they would have called we would had let them Fix the Tire Rod and Alignment, very Poor Customer Service, Never will we come again.

On two separate occasions I've tried doing business with Mavis and both times ended in disappointment.
First time lady at Clinton, MS location told me New York do not make her schedule and wouldn't honor my appointment time.
Second time made another appointment at North Jackson, MS location and again appointment was not honored.
Very poor customer service

Sensor not fixed then lied too
I paid them to fix my sensor on my car and it isn't fixed I went into the store got refused service call some from customer service got lied to about a returned call I've been treated rudely to and lied too and my money got taken without service being provided properly.

on July 5, 2021 I went to mavis and I got my brakes repaired. I got the whole 9 yards, including : brake pads, rotors, calipers, my brake fluids flushed, and my back brake pads cleaned as best they could. however, I was told by the mechanic who worked on my car that my brakes were good to go the only thing I would have to do is pump my brakes a few times to slow down and then come to complete stop. however, that was not the case as I was constantly pumping my brakes (as I was told) my car would not come to a complete dead stop. I took my car back the next morning, and oddly enough the mechanic that worked on my car no longer works there. I was then sent to a different location who were a lot more helpful, however to sum up their description of the other location they basically said they did a crappy job and poor workmanship. with that being said they found out my master cylinder is broken and there were still some air leakage that the other location failed to completely bleed out. to say im upset would be an understatement I am beyond frustrated, furious, and highly annoyed. not only did I just spend $800 on my brakes but now I have to figure how im gonna be able to pay $488 to fix the master cylinder. I do not feel responsible for having to pay an extra $488 to fix something that was not broken until I took my car to get my brakes done. I would either like a refund, repair, or both.
Desired outcome: I would like my car to be fixed 1000% no hesitation.
Power steering line
Was told my high pressure line was bad and it would cost 450$ went to another mechanic and he said it was the return line and said it would cost 100$. Mavis is a bunch of scam artist!

Picked up my car from $1000.00 new tires brakes and oil change at 10:30 a.m. July 3rd in Carmel NY . Within 3 miles the bottom plate of car partially fell off and scraped along the road.
