I was charged twice on my credit card for my monthly payment and I have to wait 4 weeks for my refund for their error! Ridiculous! I find it simply ludacris that I have to beg for my money and wait 4weeks they didn't wait 4weeks to take it off my card. :-(

For anyone in Georgia who may be having problems getting your problems resolved through the metro pcs bogus 1-800 number, please contact the regional headquarters at the number i have listed below, and you will talk to live people who can get your problems taken care of right away.

i did not have money to pay for my 2nd month and they charged me double the next month.. my payment was $88.48 and my normal bill is $44.58.so is this supposed to happen? do they charge you even tho you don't have service?

I have family 5 lines with metro pc and this is probably the 3 month in service with them and now they are charGing us $169.00 monthly. Each month, the sneakly raise the monthly payment. I'm gonna move to another carrier! I've had it with this Metro pc. It's not even worth keeping due to fact that you loose signals all the time and I mean ALL THE TIME!

Ahh I have had meroP.O.S. lol for 3 years and have been consistently craped on by them. The most recent is 3 months ago I changed my plan around I had 4 line family plan with a $10 discount on each line, I called one day to drop a line from my plan an they informed my I had to change my plan to there NEW one or the lines would go to full price soo they changed it from my what would have been a $30.00 discount to a $20.00 one ok I can live with paying 129.00 instead of 119.00 whatever But, some how there was a $20 charge for each line to put it on that plan so I got this $58somthing charge unknown to me on my bill and apparently unknown to the metro guy at the store too.
So I pay and go home a day or two go buy an all the phones shut off for non payment
So I call 611 and they say “I don’t know why there is that charge” so they talk to the supervisor an told me it should fall of my account in 72hours. he turned my phones back on an all is good tell the next bill an once agen it shut off my phone after I paid so I called an same thing gave me a case number an turned it back on un tell this month same thing only they tell me the store metro guy undercharged me an I have to pay $58 to turn it back on because they made a mistake an that I should of known that my bill was undercharged Not there sails professional in the store so here I am phones off an spent 6 hours of my day trying to get it back on with no luck . im broke jobless an phoneless now “We value you biasness “ MY ### I keep my phone on for 6 months with no job an they F**K me! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!...sorry lol

METRO & I ARE ABOUT TO HAVE IT OUT! SUNDAY NIGHT I CALLED TO GET MY DAUGHTERS AND MY BILL JUST SIMPLY SEPERATED, KEEP IN MIND WE PAID THE BILL FRIDAY BEFORE. THEY CUT MY PHONE OFF! I CALLED 611 AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO! TRIED TO EMAIL THEM, NO EMAIL FOR THAT! TRYING TO CALL CORPORATE, FORGET IT! I GUESS IM GOING TO HAVE TO CALL THE NEWS TEAM AND HAVE THEM MEET ME UP AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE ON LAVISTA RD. NOW I HAVE TO SEE IF THEY ARE EVEN OPEN ON LABOR DAY FIRST. WAIT TILL I GET BACK OFF MY FEET, I WILL BE GOING BACK TO AT&T!

i worked for metro pcs for 3 years in customer service. they eventually closed down our call center in Texas, the only ones who could speak clear english. i did not like working there at all after about 2 years. they have this system that is totally bs when it comes down to fixing customers phone when calling in. most phones can be fixed if they would have let us do our job and but out with the metro fix because it did not fix sh--...they would ask us to send them to the store and this made customers upset with us, when calling in for customer service just demand to get your phone programmed..i can just about fix any phone there with just one call but we could not do our jobs unless we were willing to lose our jobs..i am glad i dont work there anymore and just so u know i never had metro i knew the phones and service sucks..

metro pcs billed me twice in one month immediately after the first and only time i allowed them to have my debit card information to make a payment the "easy" way, (according to them). I've called to complain as well as tried to log into metropcs.com, where there was of course, more "technical difficulties"! I COULDN'T EVEN PHYSICALLY ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER ONTO THEIR WEBSITE IN ORDER TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM! After all of this, I called them 3-4 seperate times, all in the same evening i found the false charge on my account. They gave me every excuse in the book as to why they could not refund me, REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR, and told me that they would have to send my bill and complaint to their billing department, who would THEN REVIEW THE ISSUE AND DECIDE IF THEY WERE WILLING TO REFUND ME OR NOT! I am speechless and disgusted by the service i have recieved by these people. you would think after ten years of loyal service to their company they would at least have the decency to attempt to help me, but it was very clear that was not what they were interested in doing. Every single time I got anywhere close to making any type of progress towards the problem, the customer service rep would simply hangup on me and I'd have to start the process all over again.
WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT, ANYONE?

metropc charged me twice. i had just got done paying for it and then it shut my service off 3 days later. i had to pay for it again because i need it for work. very upset and i hope to get my money back. do not waste your time on metropc. They lure you in with free phones and "low payments" but in the end they [censored] you in the [censored].
