Metro by T-Mobile service in my area has suddenly become poor to non-existent

I went to my local metro pcs store to inquire about why service in the area near my home had become unusable. The employee was smoking in the building, and was more interested in face timing with her friends on her phone. Did not ask me anything, simply that she could not help me and said goodbye! I just want to know if something is being done to correct the problem with the cell tower, or if I need to find a new cell phone service provider.

Metro by T-Mobile my mobile hotspot

Ive topped up my mobile hot spot three times. It never gave me my hotspot i paid for. Ive been waiting a full 2r hrs and still havent got my hotspot. When i called customer service the first time the guy said "oh, thats concerning" then hung up on me. The 2nd time i called they told me it would be working "guaranteed" within two hours. So after 5 hours i call back and they tell me it will be resolved in 72 hours "guaranteed". This is unacceptable and will be changing providers immediately.

Metro by T-Mobile I attempted to export my number in but was stopped

I went into 3352 Troost Ave kcmo location to export my phone in had a very good rep taking care of me then towards the end this other rep takes over he hears me telling my boyfriend that I have not paid for the service yet and he snatches the phone out of my hand and then gets all loud and starts swinging a metal pole at me! I left the store the reps got some of there friends came following me into a hair saloon causing problems then next into save a lot and then I got on the bus and they stopped the bus and was banging on the windows. All because the one gay guy does not like me. I left the situation alone for a few weeks and went back to the store and tried to get the Stylo 4 that was given to me for free for the export in but the new workers told me they could not give it to me because it's not in the system anymore. I ended up getting the two for ninety got two Alcatel phones one of them has had so many issues fresh out the box. The store will not replace my unit told me I had to go to the Noland Rd location I have went twice in two weeks and I still do not have a replacement. Poor customer service! My current working number is [protected] I would like someone to contact me and resolve my issues! I got to the two for ninety and ended up paying a total of one sixty five to leave the store not cool! I still want my free Stylo four for all the problems I have had and if I get blessed with something better I will take it the export number is [protected] I am only asking for what is mine! And the crazy thing is I got two receipts the day I got the two Alcatel phones one receipt showing I paid 145 and another showing I paid 165 which I paid the 165 so did the clerk slip up and give me two different receipts and steal money from the store? Also the rep bundled me and told me I had to get insurance which I never asked for. Y did she lie to me and tell me I could not get the export when the Independence location pulled it up and said it was ready ah because she wanted her commission and why did she bundled me and add insurance? Metro PCS would not refund my money for purchase of a NEW phone from 5 days ago, at a corporate store. They are the worst phone company and you can see since T-Mobile bought out Metro. The manager at this store refused to return my money after customer service informed the corporate store manager to refund my money. Horrible service. Recommend to go elsewhere

Metro by T-Mobile cancelled service due to stolen device, still told I have to pay another $40 to transfer to another metro pcs phone

I lost my device 2 to 4 months ago and canceled my account with you guys and was told at that time that I may be able to be reimbursed for the remainder of the juju and a half weeks of service that I print paid for originally by now being charged another $40 to be able to have that account transferred. I shouldn't have to be charged for something and I never got to use fully, and I'm looking for reimbursement.

Metro by T-Mobile metro motorola g7

My screen keeps dimming I took it back the tells me he never seen that before and says it must be on a timer that's B's I now have had the phone 2weeks the service is horrible I can't get service in a lot of places like I would with my other devices I wanted to change it for a different type of phone but I can't I've been with metro for some years I'm beginning to think differently need help on what to do

Metro by T-Mobile hacking customer phones

2001 Cliff Rd E Ste 106, Burnsville, MN 55337...Metro pcs location has possibly hacked my phone. They have given me an added monthly charge service that I did not ask for. Also the guy did not speak English well and called another Spanish speaking person and was typ inng on the computer talking in a different language putting codes and things into my phone I did not understand. They were talking a very long time and I think they were hacking my phone with codes or something. I now get an audio Mexican man voiced commercial like advertisement popping up audiolly daily! Now i have to get my phone wiped out and cancel and change services but please look into this to help customers. I am afraid as to what is being done with my information and credit card as well. Investigate this matter and see if this store has been hacking or defrauding customers and getting into their phones! I do not want to be violated by this phone company, hearing my calls, texts, stealing my info or pictures. They will deny im sure so please investigate this matter.

My husband and I were treated poorly by this worker named. Rachel Johnson I made a google review. The same night she posted a Facebook status about me. Calling me a bad mom and saying she was going to release a video of me swear at my child. Then I've been trying to talk to the manager and she said she was I then asked for the boss and then the owner she told me she was the owner and she will take my complaint.

Metro by T-Mobile Service

My name is Robert Johnson, I have four phones with you, and the controlling number is [protected].
On June !7, 2019 at ~4:30 PM CST I went to the store located on Old Hickory Blvd. in Old Hickory, TN. I wanted to buy a hands free device for my Alcatel flip phone. The clerk, who identified himself as the manager of the store, did not understand what I wanted.
Instead of trying to find the device I asked for, he kept trying to sell me a smart phone. After several minutes of his ignoring my request and pushing smart phones, I calmly told him that I wasn't interested in the phone I didn't have and wanted a product for the phone I did have. He responded by saying, "if you're gonna get smart, you can get get your white [censored] out of my store." (Exact quote).
After that he refused to answer any of my questions or cooperate in any way, repeatedly telling me to get my [censored] out of his store.
In light of the new Tennessee law banning talking on a handheld phone while driving which will take effect July 1, my request was not only reasonable, but to be expected.
There are many providers of cell phone service, and I have always paid my bill on time. Can you help me understand why I should continue to do business with a company whose representatives treat me in such a racist, abusive way.

Metro by T-Mobile customer service

My phone died so I went in to get a new one. I asked the sales person what a my phone was in warranty or not she said it didn't matter if it cost me $50 if it was in warranty and that they had a phone that would suit me with the same features for $87. I said okay all I wanted to do was to have my phone working by the time the store closed. I need to purchase a master car when I received an email telling me that my planet changed is going to cost $10 more so I called customer service they said I had bought a new phone and a new number and everything in my old number was disconnected. I told her that's not what I wanted; she asked me to go back in the store she would walk the sales person through the process of returning my service to the original number. While customer service and I and the sales person we're on the speaker phone the salesperson just hung up well customer service was talking. the salesperson got married but turned out to the app musically every F word GD wear S word B word and other curse words you can think of and talkin about guns and killing I think it was just to try to intimidate me. People in the kiosk around inside the mall or noticing how loud it was. She would not do anything to help me so I left the store and calls they told me to exchange the phone at the store. I went back to the same store a different salesperson was there she was trying to tell me what I had done with my phone upgrades and so forth and I told her no none of that was so and she said it was and I said no you weren't even here yesterday when I did this. I called customer service in front of her as I have been instructed while we three were talking the salesperson just walked away and left completely. I know the girl was left there she didn't know what was going on and was a little bit nicer but of course she could not help. Salesperson called in owner / manager of the store I would not speak to me and says he does not speak to customers then I could not return the phone because I had used up more than my 1 hour of talkin minutes and therefore I had violated. I explained that I have used up several hours and talkin minutes but it was all too customer service to try to correct an error that's the sales person had made. 7 conversations with customer service all agree with me but say there's nothing I can do to call corporate the closest one is four to five hours away in Washington DC and I'm in Southside Virginia. I called corporate of course and the recording told me that call lines were long and to leave a number and they would call back. Of course they have not called back. One of their customer service people told me to go to the website use the chat so that I not use any of the so-called 60 minutes up while talking to corporate but of course Metro by T-Mobile to whatever it is stupid name of this company is now does not have chat. The reason I wanted to return the phone never mind all the hassle and so forth was that the one feature I wanted on the phone was not on it all of the salesperson should be that it was. I also called back to customer service to file a formal complaint against the owner. What's funny is when I got to the kiosk where was selling phones the key was in the cash register and her car keys laying beside it but we had to get someone from the mall to call her to come it took 7 minutes. I have never seen such a disrespectful rude incompetent arrogant people in my life. I and filing a complaint with the mall which permits the store to be there, with the Better Business Bureau, the FCC which oversees phone companies, as well as spreading the word through social media and local television station websites. I can't imagine this would be resolved on the other hand with service like this I can imagine MetroPCS on Metro by T-Mobile being business and not a couple of years. Whatever you do do not go to southpark Mall in colonial heights Virginia to the Metro store by phone or you will regret it.

Metro by T-Mobile store

The Metro PCS store on 1410 North Capitol St., NE Washington, DC has very unprofessional employees working there. Twice I went in that store and it smell like weed. The young man that assist me smell like weed as well. I went to get my Facebook account only fix. He was able to get it up and running. Now every since then nothing works. I have to constantly reboot my phone each time I go to a different app. So I called 611 and explain. They said to go to a metro pcs store. They update the facebook app and didn't update the other apps that's why your phone not working. You would have to go threw my google email account to update the apps. I go back to the store, which always smell like weed for assistance. First, the very unprofessional rude employee said my phone was a piece of trash, but yet he works there. The other girl (laughing) that was there was trying to explain to her co-worker what I wash trying to explain to him and he told her to be quite, he got this. To top it off the manger was there and heard how unprofessional his employees was. While I was speaking to the manager, the rude unprofessional employee was standing in the door way smoking a cigar while leaning against the open door so he can hear what I was saying to his manger. I told the manger he should tell his rude unprofessional employee to come in a smoke. The manger said he can't smoke in here. I said, it was like he was smoking in there because he had the door wide open leaning against it blowing the smoke in the store. As usual, they always say you need another phone instead off fixing the issue. I want my phone fix. They broke it then they should fix. I'm filing a complaint against that store, the very rude, unprofessional employees and manger of that store manger. I just paid my bill on 6/14/19 and I want my money back.

Metro by T-Mobile warranty replacement phone

Ok so 6/10/2019 my phone froze up on me after it was dropped however no physcial damage was done to the phone. Thruout the day the phone was working but periodically would stop. Late that evening the phone completely stopped and the screen wouldnt slide open, I couldnt make any calls, texts etc. I went to Metro PCS the next day 6/11/2019 I took the phone to Metro and because the phone was under 6 months old it was covered under the warranty which means I didnt have to pay a deductiable ( I was told) . The rep at Metro said she would order a replacement phone which would take 3 days so that would mean the phone would come Friday 6/14/2019. So Friday after I left work I went straight to the Metro to pick up the phone which was there. However when the rep tried to charge the phone wouldnt charge!~ Imagine this they sent me a defective phone to replace my defective phone so now I have been without a phone for 5 days!. The rep got on the phone with so called Corporate who told her that they would overnight another phone. Fast forward 6/15/2019 I go up to the Metro store and guess what NO PHONE..so the company not only lied to me they are trying to bill me for services I havent received on that line. So the owner who was at the store location told me that there was no way to track where my phone was that when he looked it said the phone was out for delivery..I say lies becasue the phone never did come and we all know shipments dont run on Sunday 6/16/2019 which means that the phone might possibly come on Monday 6/17/2019 I have been going back and forth with this company for over a week and haven gotten no satisfaction. When asked if they could just give me another phone for the same value I was told they couldnt do this..You would think that this Company would try to make their customers happy but its obvious that they dont care anything about the customer due to all the aggravation I have had this weekend without a phone. I had to add another line to get a free phone this weekend during Metro fathers day promotion but nothing is free they just advertise it as free I ended up paying 60 for a new phone which is suppose to be my daughters phone but I have to use it until my phone comes in..smh Corporate office is no help they are insensitive and rude just like the custer service reps. It was only after talking to the Metro rep today that she said that the store was also giving her the run around about my phone. She assured me that we should touch base tomorrow but that the phone should be there since it didnt come Saturday...I am so upset that I was thinking about reaching out to the CEO I think that he should know how its business treats its new and long term customers. I am very displeased with the service that I have received from Metro and I think that a resoultion is to issue a full credit for days lost without service and without a phone if anything I should have 50% of my bill deducted considering I had to add another line. The other option would be to provide me another phone better or of equal value to the one that I previously had or allow an upgrade to another phone. This phone should be from any Metro location or FED EX to my home location requiring signature as soon as possible..Its ridiculous that I have to wait for a phone when I was told the phone would be here this weekend not to mention the sending of a defective phone which I had nothing to do with. This is the fastest and easy way that I would like to resolve this issue. The metro pcs number Im writing about is #[protected]

Metro by T-Mobile phone server and store service

My name is marlon Thompson and i recently puchased a phone from the Akron Ohio 44307 east ave area .and when i puchased my phone the lady put a phone case on my bill with out my consent and. When i got home to look at the reciet they charged me for something i didn't need or wanted.and today 6/13/2019 i called the metro pcs store in Akron Ohio on east ave to tell them what happen and the lady cussed me out for no reason hung up on me and i tried calling back multiples times and i get no answer the lady name is tammy she a very unprofessional and should not be working for your company.

Metro by T-Mobile mobile data/internet

I've always had problems with their web service, but lately it's been truly ridiculous. When/if webpages actually manage to even load at all, the vast majority of the time it's after sitting and waiting 4-5+ minutes. I can't even watch short, simple low quality 240p videos without having to let them buffer for ~10 minutes beforehand, so you can just flat out forget trying to watch any moderately decent quality videos on any site/host.

Reviews pertaining to this phone service provider would really be more appropriate being posted under the scams category since that's pretty much all this 'provider' is.

Metro by T-Mobile complaint

I just changed phone because the one I had wasn't holding a charge. The phone I have now is a Motorola. This one I haven't had more then 4 months. I can hear people talk to me, but they can't hear me. Took phone back to store I brought it from, which informed me to take to main store and they will exchange because of warranty. I took to main store and now they are going to charge me $15.00, plus I have to wait 5days. I have been with this company for many years and have never been late on payment

Metro by T-Mobile locked my phone without my permission for 180 days.

Metropcs locked my phone. My phone is my property, which I should be able to do with whatever I want. Metropcs has its nerve locking my phone. I had been a customer for years. I replaced my old phone with a new one and no one ever told me it would be locked for 180 days or locked at all. The phone was private property. How dare metropcs lock my phone. When I needed a better coverage area, I wanted to change phone companies. No one at metro pcs told me my phone was locked, even when I asked for my prepaid monthly payment to be refunded. Locking my phone is a violation of my civil rights. The phone is not owned by metropcs. This policy is very manipulative. Isn't it illegal? Shame on metropcs. I was forced to buy a new phone to get rid of metropcs. What is this policy for? To force new customers to stay with metropcs for 180 days minimum? What about the fact that I was a long time customer. This policy is just plain wrong. Metropcs has no right to lock my phone and this should not have happened. I do not think metropcs has any respect for customers. Metropcs exhibits a great deal of conceit in that the administration thinks it can control other people's property. This attitude is not acceptable. I would like an answer to this complaint and one that does not skirt the issue. I would like reimbursement for the costs of my new phone, which I should not have had to purchase just to get rid of metropcs. Shame on you people. You are very manipulative.

Metro by T-Mobile 2 lines cancelled unauthorized paraphrase locked out by customer service

My number was [protected] an unauthorized person went in and canceled two of my lines on my account I called customer service they said I need to add a passphrase that would secure my account I did just that they asked the customer service lady never asked me how to spell it a week later I broke my phone and I needed to get a new phone and I went into the store and I was unable to access my account I called customer service they could not help me either I lost the number I had for 11 years I then had to get a new phone with a new number I had things added to my account that I never authorized I got the text message hey my new bill was $70 for one phone I only paid a hundred for 4 phones my new number is [protected] I want to say that Metro PCS has the worst customer service I've ever had in my life is it costing me my number of 11 years I have them presently but I'll be looking for new service I can see out of 522 complaints only one complaint was handled that says a lot and Metro PC show no accountability for that whatsoever they they did not care that I had lost my phone number that I had a unauthorized person cancel 2 of my phone lines on my account they did not care that they l

they lost two lines they didn't care that I had been a customer for almost 4 years all they cared about was getting me a new phone with a new number and adding things that I didn't even want added to the phone telling me it had to be that way because of the plan and it was 10 minutes before closing and I even tip the guys $11 to stay when you call their customer service they don't listen to you they want to rattle on talk to you as if your a child about how they're going to save you money and how they're going to do this it's all about them making a commission and they do not listen to the customers when you have had a phone number for 11 years and you are forced to have a new phone number because the phone company does this to your service people cannot do their job are incompetent and I've got to be the person that loses their number and suffer the consequence I don't see that they'll be operating very long or have the customer bank that AT&T or Verizon has or even Straight Talk

Metro by T-Mobile someone change my information, unauthorized.

Hi my name is Christopher Simpson, I am a customer, and my number is [protected]).
I receive a message that there was a changes happening to the account, it contains a report, that someone was trying to change my account information, which i did not authorize doing it. The message was send around, 5:30 AM, I've report already at the customer care and also manage to visit a corporate store.

Metro by T-Mobile I tried to switch phones after my phone was stolen on 5/25/19

I have been a faithful customer for 8 years.. I paid my bill 0n 5/19/19. I have 5 metro phones in my name right now. My phone [protected] was stolen on 5/22/19.On the 23 my elderly mothers phone (on my account) turned off [protected] (I went to the metro store to buy another phone on my lunch hour but they were unable to process my ATM card because I didn't have my ID. I called Metro and asked to switch phones because I paid my bill and no longer had a phone. I was told that I needed them to send my phone a code. my phone was stolen, one broken, and the other phones on my account are a three cities and a bridge toll away.
I gave my high security password. I have a 87 year old mother in the hospital and 2 teenage girls with no way to call me. and I take uber to get back and forth to work.
you are leaving me no choice but to switch to some other cell service.

Metro by T-Mobile payment misplaced

I have paid my bill and they have allowed someone else to transfer my money to their account and tje best they can fo ids pprn cases and then tell me they failed. Me and my daughter are with out a phone and out ou money. I can't bate to dispute this with my financial institution because i would have the hassle of cancelling all my credit cards. This is an internal issue; as a company ive been with close to a decade i would hope my issue will be resolved in a professional manner.
