Front rotors
On June 15, 2020 I took my car in and get all new brakes and rotors front and back replaced, it's not even been one year only 6000 miles have been driven on the car and the front rotors are bad, I called Midas to tell them about the issue they said it might be a defective part and they're not responsible for defective parts and that I'd have to pay for labor out of my pocket again which I feel is unfair.
Desired outcome: Replace rotors with no out of pocket expenses
The front desk female was very rude
Today, 3/15/2021, I choose to go to speeDee/Midas because they suppose to specialized in brakes and to have a Smog test done. I had the opportunity to go to a cheaper place for $10.00 less. Every single Male there was nice. The male manager told me the result of my brakes inspections. I planned to have the brakes, rotors, and axle fix there. I waited in the...

On 10/06/2020 I went in to have service done. The person who works the front desk was okay, but the technician was more interested in disparaging my car than he was in fixing my issue. He basically explained that Dodge/Chrysler aren't good cars. He was loud, obnoxious and definitely wasn't customer service oriented. I won't be going back to Midas.

Over 600.00 Upon review of my bill/invoice I see a charge of $39.99 for something you are calling "shop supply". Surely you are not charging me for the parts that I'm already paying for??? Read full review of Midastire rotation
I was asme certified however I am a driver. I drive a commercial van that gets a few thousand miles per week. I get my oil changed and tires rotated two to four times per month. I wanted my front tires to be crossed back to the rear and the rear tires brought straightforward which is the standard rotation for a full size van. I scheduled an appointment and when I got to the appointment he told me that he would only do a front to rear rotation which would never allow tires to be on all four corners and not allow me to get maximum miles out of my thousand-dollar tires. I was forced to do a trip without tires being rotated and oil change because of this and I am very mad. I'm not going to have something done wrong on my van I will have it done once and done right I only have time for that.

On 10/23/2019 my husband, Anthony Santini went to Midas due to his vehicle making a noise and having difficulty to steer when turning. When contacted by the associates at Midas after diagnosing the vehicle, they gave us an estimate of $3600.00 of maintenance that was needed for the car. They mention the issue was the struts, tie rods, and control arm. They...

Read full review of Midasfront - end alignment
Be advised that have a complaint regarding my experience with Midas auto service (Please see attached receipt).
I went to Midas muffler shop on the 7th of August 2019 to get a front-end alignment because my Mercedes Benz vehicle was pulling to the right.
After receiving the front-end alignment and paying $129.50, I left the shop. After I left the shop and started driving, I noticed that the car was still pulling to the right.
I returned with my car and told the service manager that the car was still pulling to the right and I need the problem corrected. The manager told me that he couldn't align the car correctly because I needed new front struts. I asked him why he didn't tell me that information before he did the alignment because I would not have had my car aligned if he couldn't do the front- end alignment correctly. He told me he didn't know my front struts were defective until he did the alignment.
I told him that if he told me he could not do the alignment correctly due to defective front struts I would not have authorized him to do a front- end alignment.
After doing some research regarding the caster, camber, and toe for front- end alignments, I came back to the shop to talk to the manager once again. I came to the shop with a friend, [name removed] (phone number: [removed]), who was the individual that recommended this shop to me. I wanted further clarification regarding the reason he could not do the front- end alignment correctly due to defective front struts.
After he explained this issue to me further, the manager informed me that if I get my front struts replaced, whether it be at Midas or whether it be at another shop, he would be able to do the front end alignment for me correctly under the warranty at no charge.
Mr. Munoz was with me when the manager told me this and he said he would be happy to verify this information to Midas International Corp. if you would like to call him. He told me he would verify that this is exactly what the manager told me.
I called the manager on October 7th to schedule a front- end alignment and he informed me that he had no recollection of our conversation and he would only do the front- end alignment under the warranty if I purchased the front struts from Midas. He claims that he told me that he could not do the alignment correctly because of defective struts and I authorize him to do a defective front- end alignment anyway. I told him I would never be so stupid to authorize him to do a defective front end alignment for $129.50 if he told me that he couldn't do the front end alignment correctly due to my defective front struts.
He told me he would do a front end alignment for me for $89 and I told him that is unacceptable.
I told him that he was insulting my intelligence if he thought I would be so dumb to authorize him to do a defective front end alignment for $129.50.
I told him I will file a complaint with Midas International Corporation and I doubt if anybody in their corporate headquarters would believe a customer would authorize him to perform a defective front end alignment.
I am requesting a refund of $129.50 or a free front- end alignment from any Midas Auto Service Shop to correct this problem.
Thank you for your consideration regarding this matter.

service
I went to the Whitby location of Midas for the first time.
Very bad experience
I asked for a synthetic oil change, tire pressure check and brake check.
As I was waiting for my vehicle to get service I noticed the mechanic starting to put 5w20 conventional oil into my engine.
I had to stop him an ask the manager to do something about this. I was told by the mechanic they were out of 0w20 synthetic oil.
The manager eventually found the oil.
I was asked to pay for my service prior to completion and when I went out to my car the tire pressure warning light was still on, my brakes were not checked and there was no sticker on my windshield for next service.
This is probably the worst service I have ever received from any repair shop.
I Left feeling ripped off
awful experience and failure to offer options
Regrettably out of Premium Synthetic Oil. Given a $15.00 off coupon for the inconvenience. Oyh.
Driving back and forth fuel consumption and time required in rescheduling $15.00 truly does not inspire me.
Must seek other options.
Why is it that you run out of a premium Synthetic oil for my BMW X5 4.4I?
I always go there for my oil and Lube change.
