I was massively disappointed with the driving experience that i encountered with KIA. I bought this car on December 2015 (less than 2 years), but I faced various of problem which happen to my car. (Back Absorber / Memory Seat mis-function / Steering button mis-function / Reverse Camera image problem / Front - Left side absorber appear AWKWARD sound.
In fact, all problem has been resolved EXCEPT for the Front - Left side absorber still appearing AWKWARD sound.
Because of this problem, i have been sending my car to services center for more than 5 times, just to solve this problem. But yet, the problem is still there.
The latest service repairing was 23rd May 2017.
The foreman / service person in charge told me they had replace with absorber / absorber mounting & stabilizer link. After all, the awkward sound is still there even all the replacement part has been replaced.
To be honest, sending my car to service center often was really time consuming for me and caused me a lot of inconvenience! Although petrol consuming is one of the issue as well.
KIA Team,
I really need your attention on this.
I do really need a more experiences and more organize technical team to solve my problem. I have made a lot of complaints to the KIA Malaysia HEADQUARTERS regarding to my car's problem.
Please take this seriously and i expect response/feedback from KIA team.

Who ask you to buy Kia? Next time just buy a Myvi. No problem, headache-free and reliable.
