I am reporting, and adding details of a complaint I filed against an OnTrac contracted Delivery Driver, under Ticket Case Number:[protected], filed today, 12/23/2024, about an incident that occurred today, on 12/23/2024, at approximately 17:22 p.m. (PST)..
This complaint against the OnTrac contracted Delivery Driver is about reporting an aggressive, rude, and violent behavior and demeanor of the contracted OnTrac Delivery Driver, of unknown name (not wearing a name tag, or an OnTrac official uniform).
The driver came to my Residential Apartment building to deliver two (2) packages to other residents,
under Tracking Numbers:
1. D10015953659732, and
2. D10015955458455.
The packages were delivered to other resident tenants, but the OnTrac Delivery driver suddenly became very abrupt, aggressive, and violent towards me, while in the building elevator. When I mentioned it to him he did not apologize, but said he “was in a hurry…”.
Later on, upon exiting the building, while inside of a Nissan SUV, CA License Plate: 8GWL723, driven by a female driver, double parked in front of my building, the OnTrac delivery driver confronted, bullied me, and signaled me to get out of my sidewalk in front of my building, without any provocation on my part, or reason.

Desired outcome: Apology by OnTrac Corporate Office, and review of OnTrac contracted delivery driver’s conduct.
