Booking reference [protected] with Opodo, a Prime account was set up and terminated within the necessary gratis period- no rebate has been received despite a confirmation email being sent by Opodo on Sunday Aug 15th (see attached file). Only discovered this when backchecking my accounts. Disappointed that, a) it took a huge effort to get the rebate b) the rebate was not paid and there was no reference to why it was not paid- the email states it would be paid within a matter of a few working days. I look forward to your reply.
