I booked a flight and hotel package from Manchester to Las Vegas via Amsterdam from September 21 - 27 2024. I booked this with Opodo, and the flights are with KLM.

In July, KLM sent an email to me and to Opodo to advise that they had cancelled my outbound flight on 21 September, and instead offered an alternate flight on 20 September. I contacted Opodo to advise them that I accepted this alternative flight.
Separately, I contacted KLM customer services as I had booked some seat reservations directly with them on the now-cancelled flight, to ask for the reservations to be carried over to the new flight. Whilst they were doing this for me, the KLM customer service representative advised me that Opodo had not yet reissued tickets for the new flights. The tickets that I received from Opodo via email are still dated 21 September (i.e. they are for cancelled flight, not the alternative flight that I accepted). KLM advised me to contact Opodo to ask them to reissue the tickets with the correct date (20 September 2024).
I have contacted Opodo several times via phone and web chat to ask for this to be done. I have checked with KLM today who still said that they are awaiting the tickets to be reissued by Opodo. When I contacted Opodo today they simply re-sent the old tickets dated 21 September once again.
I'm very concerned that, if I don't get this matter resolved, I will turn up to the airport and not be allowed to fly as the tickets were not correctly reissued by Opodo.
Claimed loss: None (yet)
Desired outcome: For the tickets for my outbound flights from Manchester to Las Vegas via Amsterdam to be correctly reissued for 20 September 2024.

I received an email from no-reply@contact.opodo.com confirming that the flights had now been correctly re-ticketed. I contacted KLM for independent verification, and they confirmed that the flight was now correctly ticketed.
You’ve certainly been persistent, and it’s clear Opodo needs to get their act together. You’ve done everything right, but they’re still sending you tickets for a flight that doesn’t exist. If they don’t reissue those tickets soon, Opodo might find themselves with more than just a frustrated customer — they could have a serious issue on their hands at the airport. It’s time they step up and fix this before it gets any worse.
