The Opodo is the worst agency for booking airline tickets. I paid for the airline ticket through the website. I had to change my return date, so I called the agent online. All customer service representatives are Indian origin and they speak poorly English. They made a mistake, and they changed the date and time of my flight, even though I requested only date to be changed. I paid an additional 200euro for the change. When I received an email after 2 hours I got a completely different ticket with the time change, so instead of 19 hours of total trip I was given 26 hours! When I called them back, they denied listening to the recording of the conversation, and they requested me to pay again of the time change. I don’t understand how the European Consumer Commission let this company still cheat on the people, as I could see with previous comments that many people take them to the court every day !
