I'm informing you that I have been un-fairly treated and Opodo has stealed money from my account. I have never used this account or ordered any tickets using it.
According to my bank (Swedbank) I have discovered you haves stolen money from my account as described below:
14.11.2021 54,99 eur
14.11.2022 54,99 eur
and just as I have discovered from my bank you also booked 54,99 just some days ago at 20th of November in a sum 54,99 eur that can't be turned back today!
I have never knowingly subscribed to your app or a website and never used it, so it has been done maliciously by your side and so it is unfair to pay for some service I haven't used or even didn't know I was having. I even never created a password for this so called "subscription".
Today I first time using my e-mail account logged on to this site and created a password to get access to it and to unsubscribe from it.
Herefor I insist you will transfer me back the 3 yearly fees you have deducted from my account without my consent and without of my knowledge. Also you end my subscription at once.
If you do not compensate the money you have stole from my, I will do my upmost to spread the information about your maliciously services and terms that are absurd!

Desired outcome: Please refund all funds for unlawful subscription for services I have never used or received.
