I noticed $96.00 was deducted from my bank account on this morning, November 22, 2022. I have never even heard of PDF filler and certainly have to use for it. I would like my money refunded back to me. I definitely did not give permission for this transaction. I have had to cancel my bank card under the suspicion of fraudulent activity. I'm typing in reference to an absurd amount of money charged to my checking account in reference to your guys product. This charge was made without my knowledge and was an unauthorized charge. I'd like for the money to be refunded to my account and for any subscriptions to your product to be canceled. This is ridiculous and creates a bad reputation on your guy's part. I was just charged $80, on November 15, 2021, that i did not authorize. I would like a refund as i can not afford this at all. This is an insane amount of money to be taken out of my account without my knowledge. I was meant to live on this until my next paycheck. Please return the money to my account as soon as possible. I had an unauthorized charge on my card worth 1500 rupee. The team never did reach out to me if I wanted to continue with my free trial. I wanted to canceled my subscription . Can I request a refund? It's frustrating and I don't want this to happen again

I was long at my bank statement and say that i was charged $21 from the service but i never subscribed to the service. I would like this issue fixed and my money refund.

I only used PDFFiller with the free trial and now I got a $20 charge to my account that I just saw. I haven't subscribed to any types of subscriptions while using this application so I'm not sure why I just got a charge all of a sudden. Hello, I agreed to the trial run for this service and happily paid the $2 or so dollars in September 2021. However, I never authorised the yearly subscription to go ahead and never authorised the funds of $141.13 to be withdrawn from my bank account. I want to unsubscribe from your company and service immediately and I am asking for a full refund of $141.13. My bank has advised me to contact you first before the action a chargeback on the merchant. Please action my request as soon as possible and also, advise me of you decision and actions you are about to take. Acknowledgment would be greatly appreciated.

I was just charged $96 unjustly. I only used PDF filler once with a free trial and cancelled it immediately after, so I should not have been charged. I have been unemployed due to COVID and my bank account is now negative. I never agreed to a subscription or got any sort of confirmation or warning that I was going to be charged. Your deduction is completely unjust and unreasonable for me. A confirmation must be confirmed first if I agree for yearly subscription. The $114 you had deducted is for my food expenses this month. I am really stress now how can I survive this month now because you unfairly took the $114. Kindly please send me back the money for I just try the app twice and do not use it after. In addition, you could just offer monthly subscription rather than taking money for a whole year.

I just looked at my bank statement and $96 is pending. This put me in a NEGATIVE balance. I have been unemployed for over a year (because of COOVID) and the money you took was the last that I had to hold me until I found a job.

Why is this still happening to customers when you over 160 complaints here and they are almost all saying the same thing? Purposely charging noncustomers is cruel and a great way to kick some of us when we are already down.

I want my $96 back as well as $25 for the insufficient funds fee.

I put my card information in and it didn't send any information to my email of real account, I wasn't even able to use this service on free trail. The number of contact doesn't work.

I received my bank statement with $101.76 on it with the number [protected]. POS Purchase #45900 dated 10-6-21.

I have never used this site or even know what this for? My husband found this on our statement and showed me. When I typed in the phone number it came up as this company which like I have said I have never heard of.

PDFFiller has a well placed ad on the .gov website.
I was requesting some old W-2's and clicked on this site in error as nowhere on the ad did it say it was not part of the .gov website.
I started the process of sending the pdf but backed out immediately when I realized it was a pay site.
A month later I received a bill on my credit card for $102.72.
I have been unemployed for 8 years and needed the W-2 for a new job application.
Needless to say I don't have disposable funds and now not only do I have this new debt but it significantly limits how much I'll be able to place on my credit card this month as I use it for financial planning instead of cash, which tended to be spent too freely.
Any help in getting these funds returned / forgiven would be very much appreciated.

7 months ago I started and ended a 30 day trial subscription and after rechecking my bank noticed they have been charging me for the past 6 months for a subscription I don't even have. I've lost over 180 dollars to this service just because I haven't been watching for fraudulent activity. I don't know how to fix this as their support is very difficult to reach for some reason as it gives no confirmation that your message has actually sent or a phone number to call and talk with a representative.

This charge of $21.25 just appeared on my credit card statement, October 4, 2021. I don't know what it is, or what the product is, that I supposedly purchased. I don't have a "client number" because I never signed up for this. I would like a full refund as soon as possible! Please and thank you!
