retail outlet
Your retail outlet at 587 Third Line in Oakville, Ontario is definitely one of the worst fuel stations that I have visited, and certainly one of the worst in over 40 years of driving.
The pump printers seldom work, card readers don't work and there is virtual NEVER any fluid in the windshield squeegee containers. No water or cleaning fluid. This at a location beside a Husky and across from an ESSO.
Poorly managed and I won't be back.
Tonight the at pump payment was down on every pump along one side and I couldn't swipe my points card at the one pump that was taking Tap payment
I'm off to fill up my tank now at a Shell station..
Over to you.

customer service
Recently, I visited petro canada gas station. It is at 450 dairy road west Mississauga. Worst customer service, I have ever faced in my life. I am using petro canada gas from last 5 year . Everytime i got pleasent service .
I just asked to retailer to give something to scratch my lottery ticket . He said, we have nothing to scratch your ticket then I just asked for coin and he was saying, I cannot give you coin because you will take it off . It was really disappointed me totally . We are coming in 40, 000$ car and we will take off your coin.
His reaction was really unbearable. I didn't ask anything to retailer. But, it was necessary to inform you
Thanks
mobility
So I have tried to call the support line and it hung up on me after 3 different attempts and with differing wait times... I only want to figure out why suddenly my internet on my phone will not open web pages any more and says connection problem even when I try chrome. I turn my data and wifi on but it will not work, even when I tried this on my workplace wifi... Probably simple fix but this is the only way I can try and communicate to you, what should I do? I am only trying to get ahold of the drop bike app for kelowna as my bike broke down, so until I can get an answer I am dealing with sore feet all the way to work until I can access these bikes. Please please please someone help me figure this out on my huawei phone, thank-you for your time
And after an attempt at customer service I am insulted to be forced to sign into social media with my fully repeated information just to send a complaint... was happy until all this hassle, just to get working internet... maybe you guys are in business trouble and I should continue with another provider... WHAT A HASSLE JUST FOR ONE SMALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ITEM

terrible service at full service station
I have been going to the full serve station at 176 golden drive, coquitlam, b.C. For years. Up until a couple of months ago the service was good. Today, september 23 2018 about 12 pm I was ignored for the third time in the past couple of months. I pulled up to the machine, popped my gas tank and waited for someone to come out and fill my tank. I waited and waited and no one came out. There were two employees inside the store literally sitting just looking at me. I drove away. I believe this station may have recently changed ownership as it used to be very good. Will not be going back.
service and pumps not accepting petro card
Attended Sept 6 and again on Sept 13 to 2900 Springs BL NW Medicine Hat, AB. Both visits the pumps were not accepting Petro points cards. I was not the only one inquiring. The employees I spoke to said...I don't know what to tell you. They are getting fixed. A week later...they are still not fixed. Frustrating when you the # of receipts you can call in is limited in a year! The customer service at this location is terrible. On Sept 6 I walked in and the employee at the register looked at me and walked away. I stood there while he talked in a corner with 2 other employees laughing and joking. He never did come back as I stood there. Another employee working cash was busy for close to 10 mins with another customer while the 3 + 1 more were on the floor ignoring me. I will look for a different location to purchase gas on my next trip through.
incident report
Yesterday at aprox. 12 pm I went to the petro canada at 713 king george hwy in miramichi nb.. I pumped 40$ in gas and went in to pay and get a pepsi.. When I went around the corner to go back to the cooler to get a pepsi and slipped on water that was pooled on the floor.. I smashed my head on the chip rack and both of my knees on the floor.. I couldnt even get up I layed their and cried. The girl working the cash never even came and tried to help me she just stood their and said it was my fault becuase I had sandles on.. A older gentlemen came in and pretty much had to pick me up off the floor... She said my sandles were wet and it was my fault.. I got up bawling my eyes out and limped to my car she did not ask how I was or if I needed help.. I woke up this am with a lump on my head and 2 sore legs.. I had to call in sick for my work cause I am a nurse and I wouldnt be able to walk 12 hrs feeling like this.. She did not offer me a incident report form also.. propane
Hi,
I would like to complain about one of the petro canada location at Brtinnaia / creditview intersection in Mississauga. I went there to buy the propane tank but i was given a empty tank and charged for full tank. I immediately went back to the station literally after 10 minuets to return the tank because it was empty but they refused to return it.
price of air
Am I the only one insulted about the pricing of AIR? I find it very insulting that we have to pay for air, which, in my opinion, should be a FREE service, considering price of gas and all the products they sell in store. It's even more insulting that it costs 1.50$ to do so. The vacuum, on the other hand, costs 1.00$. Everywhere I have been in the world, has never charged me for air. It should be a free service aimed at encouraging security on the road. Seeing the price of this service has pushed me to
1-Avoid Petro-Canada altogether
2-Buy my own machine so I don't have to spend a ridiculous amount for a few minutes of air
What is the next step, charging us to wash our windows or for paper towel?
You guys are not out on the street. You make millions on a yearly basis. You're telling me giving free air will break the bank? I could understand if it cost .25$ for management costs, but 1.50$ is pushing it.
commercial
Hello, I'm complaning about another Petro Canada commercial that discriminated against Quebec. The commercial about the guy paying for gas in Montreal. Everyone on Montreal island speaks English. Who ever made that commercial doesn't know anything about Quebec. The commercial bothers me and I don't feel like buying anymore gas from Petro Canada. Jerome.
Gas machines no paper
I used to go to the Petro-Canada gas station at 20 Bristol Rd. W., Mississauga, but I stopped because they never have paper in the machine. I had complained many times but still no paper. And no water or windshield wiper fluid to clean your windshield. No tissue to clean a mess. Even if there was water or windshield wiper fluid to clean your windshield the squeegee is so old and rusty there's no foam.
Today, after several years of avoiding it, I was running out of gas. I went back there and again no paper! I asked for the manager and I was told "Farid" was not in. I asked for a way to contact him like a business card and "Sara" said she didn't have any information to give me and she would not give me his last name.
In the past I called in and asked for the manager and there is never a manager available.
I wonder if it is management's policy at this Petro-Canada to be sooooo cheap. These guys make so much money off of us. They even charge for air for the tires. What else?
gas station
I went into the gas bar to purchase 3 gift cards and the person at the cash asked me if I bought gas. I sai "no, just these gift cards". She continued to ask me "then who got gas at pump 10". I continued to tell her I didn't get gas. It got to the point I just left the store. There were other people in the line waiting to pay so it was embarrassing that she was convinced I bought gas and needed to know from me who was on pump 10.
A few days prior my 12 year old daughter and her friend went to grab slushes and the same person asked them if they got gas when you can clearly see they are 12 year old girls buying slushes.
Very disappointed with the service and how I was treated as with my 12 year old daughter.
customer service
Petro Canada, 292 Rideau, Ottawa Ontario.
I entered the store, and picked up a can of coke, and king-size can of Orange Crush.
When I paid, I used a 20$ bill, because it was the only denomination I had.
He asked me something which I didn't quite understand. I believed he was asking what sort of change I wanted in return (I only heard him ask "$10 or $5?").
I responded with a shrug, mentioning that I didn't care. He immediately became hostile, asking why I said that, and telling me it didn't matter if I cared or not. Apparently he wanted me to use a smaller denomination than $20, and became extremely condescending because I didn't.
Unfortunately ATMs only dispense $20 at a time around here.
Mr Sankarsh's attitude there was extremely unbecoming of a Petro Canada employee, and made me feel unwelcoming as a patron.
washroom
Today the July 2, 2018 at about 7.25 pm I got a gas worth C$ 35.00 (Receipt # 0020518 0284201) from Petro Canada 4624 Valiant Dr NW Calgary. I needed to go to washroom. When I approched the clerk, he told me that washroom is out of service. This was not a big problem if it happened for the first time. In fact they are in habit of refusing the customers the same manner. I felt it quite insulting. I would like to know any remedial and punitive action you would take on.

gas pricing
Twice as I've started pumping gas at a particular Petro-Can station within the last few weeks, the price was rolled up as I was pumping. Is this even legal? This station raises and lowers its prices sometimes two to three times per day. Today - June 12/2018 at 4:00 pm, they had their price listed at $108.9/litre. Naturally, there were people waiting to fill up their tanks. While I was waiting my turn, they price rolled up to 128.9/litre. People were pumping gas and others waiting in line. What can be done about this? This is VERY unethical. Almost like a bait and switch.
gas station employee
I have been buying cigarettes from the Petro Canada at 9550 Yonge St., Richmond Hill, Toronto for like 8 months, everybody knows
me there and I have shown my age. There is a East Asian/Chinese woman there named Chuan last two times I went there, she asking for ID, I show her my temporary Drivers License since I have renewed the old one and then she says we don't accept paper ID. I tell her ask the other cashier and she doesn't. Telling me to wait again, I waited and got the cigarettes since the guy knows me. Today I go there again showing her my universe student card and my temporary license and she says I know the guy knows you but it is the first time I see you!
She didn't give me the cigarettes and I had to go buy it from a convenience store.
I am wondering whether Petro Canada has a costumer service department or they just increase the gas prices. She should be told that you can drive with your temporary documents, buying cigarettes is not that important safety hazard that you say temporary cards are not valid.
car wash
I went through the Petro Canada Car wash 8 th st and Cumberland in Dadkatoon on Tuesday April 24 at approx 5 pm. I took the mid cost wash. During the procedure I heard banging during the foam wash part. I thought it might have scratched me sun roof. As a result I looked at right after. I could see no problems on the roof.
When I returned home I realized the brush had pulled out a square plastic space cover and ripped it off on the bumper. I then left my vehicle till morning.
As I looked I saw marks of paint colour change on the right hand side by the roof rack including bubble like streaks on the windshield. The windshield also had a small chip that has grown spider legs quickly. There is also a point of impact chip on the passenger ft side back door.
I just got this car and had a complete clean slate but now have five points of damage!
the employee
Im complaining about your employee at Petro Canada gas station I put gas and went inside to pay and I also got a coffee I always do buy coffee from there every time the coffee is cold not fresh many times wanted to say something about it but had no time this time I told the employee who was there on last week Friday I said sir your coffee is not hot he started yelling at me saying get out and saying u can't buy here no more I said Ur coffee why its cold always when I get it here he said I dont know u dont have to buy or here so get out dont come back I really was surprised how he is disrespectful and so rude I said nothing wrong Jus its cold he started yelling that's really a bad bad no good customer service he was old Indian guy on Friday at about 7:00pm seriously I dont wanna out gas here and buy my coffee I feel uncomfortable Jus wanted to let u know I dont like complaining ❌
unauthorized credit card charges
On the 5th April 2017, I went to gas up (Paid at the pump)at the Petro Canada gas station on Terry Fox road in Kanata, ON. I drive a BMW which takes maximum $65. Verifying my credit card statements, I noticed that Petro Canada has charged me $100. Again, no way does my car take that much gas.
I went to see the Petro Canada manager and he said it was the credit cards responsibility. So I contacted my credit card and they told me that the credit card does not just take money and it is the responsibility of Petro Canada.
Who is going to address this issue? I have been back and forth with the Petro Canada manager with no resolution. It has been close to a year now. This has become a major problem which I don't have the time and energy for Petro Canada's mistakes
thank you
