I went to the store Dorchester Rd Charleston SC for the first in a year due a bad pizza so try again on 12.30.2021 they messed up my pizza again they ask me did want to take that pizza and they give me money off my next order it was around $20.00 I went on 01.05.22 and order a pizza and they had no such created and the manager name Odose I think that's how you spell it I am not sure if they said he was the area manager they called him at home I spoke with him and he denied the whole thing... The other girl was standing there her name is Claudia she knew the pizza was wrong she just turns head and I got treated very bad, sorry pizza has lost my business. How did your so-called area manager get that job?

We visited Pizza Hut - One Utama Shopping Mall last Sunday (2 Jan 2022). The services provided by the staff of the branch are very bad and not friendly to the customer.

When the staff shows us the table, we have to take the chairs ourselves from another table in order to have social distancing. The restaurant is lacking the fork and we have requested the fork a few times also unable to get the fork during the 2 hours of dining at the restaurant.

When the staff serve the mushroom soup, we requested black pepper a few times, the staff never bother to bring it to us. Furthermore, we have requested the staff to serve the dessert that we have ordered a few times also unable to get.
After 30 minutes of waiting time for the desserts, we decided to forgo the desserts and head to the cashier to make payment and raise our complaints to the cashier. The cashier act rudely and never apologizes and mentioned that "Kan Kita sudah cakap kita busy".

I don't think this is the correct attitude for a staff who is in the service line.

I ordered pizza large

(sherif Mayer) Ifrom Tanta branch yesterday 31/12/2021 St 8.45 pm and they didn't bring it to me until now. I don't want it now but I'm upset from what happened. You are supposed to be a good company.note I called the hot line many times and someone there called AShraf told me that my order is on its way to me but it didn' t.

I was excited to hear that Pizza Hut, McPherson, KS was serving gluten free pizza. However, after I tried it, thinking that the crust would be the Udi's brand-not the whole pizza. I called our pizza hut to ask about the pizza I got - because of my disappointment in the usual quality that I have gotten at Pizza Hut. The nice manager explained that the whole pizza was Udi's. I said that explained it! I would think a better brand would have been chosen or atleast use a gluten free crust and your own sauce and toppings! I would have expected better at McDonald's than what this pizza was, it was pathic! The price was ridiculous for what I received!

I would like to complain about the pizza savers that are used in pizza-hut delivery boxes in Cyprus.

Whilst I understand there is a function for this plastic mini table, I don't understand why this wasteful practice that contributes to masses of plastic being thrown in landfill every day is still adopted by this large company! I haven't seen these pizza savers for years (I live in the UK and no pizza company uses them over there as far as I know).

I think it's time that pizza hut in Cyprus took some responsibility for the plastic waste they generate and get rid of this useless and wasteful practice.

The pizza had no sauce and was burnt, and the meat was hard it tastes bad. It was supposed to be hand toss it was thin on one side and hard and burnt crust. Need better service. Hey, they need to take their time and do people order correct. That was the nasty pizza i have eaten at that location. Maybe you need to retrain on how pizza should be cook and order to better serve your customers to keep business at that location.

-Unable to order pizza online after several attempts. ( 20 minutes) Also waiting for an answer on the phone line that never picked up after a long wait.(20 minutes). I decided to order my pizza from another franchise. It was not my desire as I favour PIzza Hut.

I will not allow to be played by and be told that they my order was canceled because today they closed at 7:00 well the add said 12 am but they took my order and charged it to my card, then called and said they cancelled the order because they had to many and my money well the next day would be returned, next day banks are closed due to being Christmas Day, supervisor also said that it was the call center taking the order, but forgot to say that the person in charge didn't have the mind to be a supervisor to call the call center and tell them not to take calles because of the time frame, this place is no good and the business ethics is very low, I will never go there and I'll make sure that I tell everyone I know the way they did me, lucky they closed because for my $51. 94 someone was going to be responsable for my order, I can careless if the time was wrong, your add said closed at 12 am not 7pm and my order was taken at 6:30pm someone should do something about this supervisor who can carless about who is paying, sure it's not her $ is it?

Your system don't remember my email..  I even created a new email to staryt another account cause couldn't access my first one... Even though you send me emails to both I never can redeem anything, or order on your app. .. There is the error I always get online.. (pic attached) on the app it says "invalid email address" .. (I know i typed right password, also I made multiple attempts on both emails ) It really angers me.  The only way I can order on the app is as a guest, then I have to enter my info over again each time... My second account I set up, worked for one login then the app, forced me to sign in again and locked me out with yhe same invalid email error as that happened with my 1st account ..  All the pizzas ive bought as a guest combined with my second account.. Never being able to redeem squat!  I deserve something... At least the dang app to be fixed, its horrible.

My name is Myles Turple. On Nov 24 I ordered 2 large pizzas on line from store: R31131. This order was a BOGO. I requested that I would pick up the order, which I did. A couple of weeks later when I was going to order again, 10 Dec, I noticed that I wasn't credited a Rewards Point for my order. When I went to pick up my order, I mentioned my mentioned the situation to the employee and he said he would contact head office and have them look into it because there was nothing he was able to do, It has now been 12 days and still my Rewards Account is 3 credits but should be 4 credits. Please rectify this problem ASAP. Thank you.

Yesterday I ordered pizza at 4:32pm from the 10929 Emmet street Omaha, NE location. It was never delivered, my husband and I both called 5 times and the phone was busy and would automatically hang up on us. We paid $34.33, you can see the pictures below. I would like a full refund, thank you.

I was charged 30.00 and did not get the order

On 12/17/2021 my wife had ordered a meat lover's pizza with extra cheese and a supreme no green onion with extra mushrooms and extra cheese. She had our son stop and pick it up on his way home from a friend's and when he got home we sat down to eat and one pizza only had sausage and pepperoni and the other pizza was supreme with green onion and not extra nothing on it my son said he was not given a receipt. I just want my order to be remade today so we can have it for dinner and it is right this time
