On Saturday August 25 2018 I called my local Pizza Hut here in muscatine iowa to order my husband food while he was working. Yes there was a mix up with addresses so when I realized that I called them immediately back to update the info . Lord and behold the lady on the other end of the phone Took a breath which I heard in the phone as if I was annoying her mind you this was after my food had been paid for already ! This was very unprofessional and I wanted to take my 23.00 somewhere else especially when I recieve this kind of rudeness ! I will never order here again and please I hope they work on there customer service skills because that probably explains why they only have 5 guest at a time dining in ! Sincerely Never Again !

I ordered this pizza from the West Memphis Ar location I picked it up at 7:55pm! First they didn't tell me they didn't have any Italian sausages! 2nd they charged me full price even with one of the meats missing and to add insult to injury! I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers with Garlic Crust well done. I unfortunately received an undercooked malnourished pizza with less product than I have ever seen on an advertisement. However the customer service was even more awful! I was put on hold and mocked with I complained by a male employee who refused to give his name. When I told him what I expected her responded ummmm hmmmm you will get it in 35-45 minutes. No sense or urgency or apology! Never even made mentioned of making and delivering a pizza that would represent a brand like Pizza Hut! It amazes me how employers of the brand are able to place customers on hold with out their permission or knowledge and never come back to the phone. Additionally when I called back The same person continue to pacify me but never uttered an apology for the lack of pride taken in the product! I hope in the future you train your employees to take pride in your establishment because they customer service and quality of product has declined.

To whom it may concern, my Name is Kerry Lyons II, I ordered some pizza online and went into the store this evening around 9: 09 p.m., when I arrived a blonde female at the front register by the name of Harmony ring me up and proceeded to tell me it was $27 and some change. I asked her if tje amount was correct and told her I thought I had ordered 3 of the large two topping pizza for $5.99 each, she proceeded to speak to me in a manner I have never experienced not only in a pizza hut but in any restaurant or establishment. She tells me I'm a customer who cant be pleased and if all they do is mess my up on my pizzas then why do I keep coming back? I explained to her that it's not my fault they mess up my pizza or the order in the next pizza place is over an hour away so I really don't have a choice. ThencI asked her it she thought it was ok for her to talk to me in such a manner, especially since all her employees were standing there? She had
no good explanation. So then I left while I was sitting outside I was looking at the receipt on my email and I realized that I was wrong. So I went back in to apologize as I walk through the door I can still hear her talking about me the things she was saying wasn't too nice. Needless to say I kept my cool and apologized for being wrong as I'm trying to apologize she's talking over me saying thank you sir have a good night I try to apologize again and again she continues to talk over me. Then I explained to her that I would be talking to her manager about this she proceeds to tell me it's okay my manager already deleted your number out of her phone. If the manager telling her employees this I hope for the company seat I'll get it under control because I work for Dollar General and if anybody walked in my store I don't care if they complain every single time I would never talk to them the way she talked to me. The way she handled it was completely unprofessional and out of line.

So I ordered a pizza for carryout online. Show up to the store and go inside, lady upfront is on the phone and evidently having issues with a customers card so I have a look around and notice there is a drive-thru I proceed to step out and go through drive thru to retrieve my pizza faster. I pull up to drive thru wait for a few, no one comes, so I begin honking my horn. I honked maybe 5-6 times and no one came even tho someone came right in front of the window and made a soda while I was honking and didnt even bother with me. At this point I am upset, i park my car to the side and step back in. I ask the cashier "what the hell is going on back there?" "I'm sitting in drive thru honking and no one came to the window, she apologizes. I then notice 4-5 people standing around in the back, there were no other customers waiting except for me. So I ask her what the managers name and ask to speak with him. He comes over and again I ask "What the hell is going on back there" I'm in drive thru honking and nobody bothered to do anything and chose to ignore me. I admit I used the "f" word a few times just to emphasize my frustration. He pushed the pizza towards me trying to rush me out, without even an simple apology or even admitting any wrong doing telling me to ease up on the language, at which point told him I didn't need to chill on anything and he needed to do his [censored]ing job! Then he starts throwing his fingers up telling me peace, peace, peace! So I start to walk out the door and look back and hes acting like he's coming from behind the counter to engage in conflict with his coworkers pretending to hold him back. I walk out and go around to the other side of the store where I parked and I see this guy with his head out the drive-thru window, this upset me even more and I told him if he was going to do all that he might as well come outside. He then starts yelling at me, "your so cool", " your so cool". Then tells me he has my license plate number and my phone number, to which I replied i didnt break any laws I was just trying to get my pizza and I didnt give a [censored]. I close my door to leave and he yells out the window "That's right! Slam that door [censored]!" I am extremely disappointed and furthermore upset with the lack of customer service I experienced at this pizza hut. I've never had a problem with an pizza affiliated business in my lifetime before this occurence. The manner in which he behaved and conducted himself as a manager and representative to the pizza hut brand was shameful to say the least and could have easily led to a physical altercation between me and said party. I look forward to your response and hope the party in question is disciplined appropriately. The jeep I drove in which he said he has my license number belongs to my wife and that does not sit well with me knowing he said he has it. That's harrassment and totally uncalled for. So I called at about 5:30 pm to place my order. I don't know who he was, but I told him my husband would picked them up at 6:10 pm. He told me okay. I ordered 2 large pizzas. 1 was canadian bacon and the other was sausage. My husband stopped to get them and they didnt have them. I called back pizza hut and she said, they gave them to someone else. I want to make sure of the address. She said they didnt have anything. I hung up and called my husband back to see if he had them. He didn't.

I placed an ONLINE order through the app. It did not offer an opportunity to tip the driver. I needed to know if the driver would have change. The app also does not specify what LOCATION it is coming from.
When I called the closest location listed online, they told me it was not coming from them, which seems odd. When I told them I was calling to see if the driver would have change since they would know standard procedure, her reply was that "it's not the driver's fault" if you don't have the correct amount. Wow.
Employee was about blame. I was trying to solve a problem that did not benefit myself.
Please improve your app to indicate source of delivery and to allow driver tip. Problem solved.

There's a new pizza hut grand opening. They sent me a flyer with coupons. So I figured I'd treat my family and a spend a little more with pizza hut then at a local pizza shop closer to my house. My online experience was a little difficult so I decided to call the store and get some expert help on pricing and ordering but the man who picked up my call was frustrated from the beginning told me to hold on what do I need carry out or delivery to begin with after I asked him how much a medium 2 tipping was. He didn't or couldn't give me a price, he was really rude and now I decided to order with someone else. I have always loved pizza hut and my family has been ordering from them since I was a child and everyone in my family still does. Well I will let them know how my experience with pizza hut was today. The store was 3111 IS HWY 98 lakeland fl. I'm very disappointed with the man who received my call!

I placed my order online at 7:29 pm and didn't get my order until 8:30. I was like ok that's fine, the delivery driver was nice and still tipped him 5 bucks because I know what it's like to be delivering and waste gas. I go upstairs and open my box and find a crusty stale pizza. The pepperoni was burnt. The pizza was hard and looked like a mess. I've never been so disappointed in my life.

Received uncooked wings, and my pizza was cold and looked old. Was not cooked fresh. Ordered an 8 peice garlic parmesan wings, but into it and was not thourghly cooked. A guy at Pizza Hut in Redford Michigan rang me up...then went to handle someone's pizza putting his nasty hand on it while he was cutting it! You would think after the Popeyes situation they would be more careful. I am a frequent customer. I eat pizza just about every day. Sometimes twice a day. That's one of my favorite restaurants. I would hate to stop going, but I am a germaphobe, and that bothered me so much.

I picked up order that was placed and paid at 5:04pm at 5:51 PM. We were told 15 mins. When we got order home we were missing breadsticks. We contacted the store and went back to pick them up. Opened bag to cinnamon sticks with marinara sauce. We contacted store again and all they wanted to do was credit breadsticks. We asked for a free pizza and was told no. This store is never clean with rude staff.

I am an assistant Volleyball coach at Estacado High School in Lubbock, Texas and our Volleyball teams were on the road for matches in Amarillo, Texas. Since our matches were on a school night, Tuesday night, we made the decision to order pizza via call in order so we could eat our food on the bus and return quicker to Lubbock. In the past we have dealt with other Pizza Hut locations who offer deals to School District that in have included a large pizza and a bottle water included for the price of $7 to $8. We were told over the phone that we would be given a $7.99 deal for our pizzas. We had 33 students, 4 coaches, and a bus driver on the trip. We order 20 pizzas. Normally we are given our total over the phone, and sometimes even asked to pay over the phone to ensure the order. This location did neither. When we arrived at the location the total for our order was over $200. After reviewing the receipt we noticed that we were charged $45 for a 24 pack of bottle water. I have been a coach at this school for 4 years now and we have never been charged for water, bottle or fountain. It has always been included in with the pizza or whatever meal deal we do for feeding our athletes which includes other Pizza Hut locations in Texas. The manager refused to take the $45 charge for bottle off the ticket. We are talking about the same 24 pack of bottled Aquafina water you can purchase at any local grocery store for $4.99 if it isn't on sale. Tell me how that is good customer service and especially for a School District?! You can guarantee that we will never eat at any Pizza Hut in Amarillo, Texas ever again. And to go further we will be sending out this incident to all Lubbock Independent School District Coaches and LISD bus drivers to ensure they stay away from all Pizza Hut locations in Amarillo! Your Manager could have easily corrected this, but he would rather argue with our Head Coach and lose future business over a 24 pack of bottle water which more than likely cost his store less than $3 to purchase. I really hope that you train other shift managers better customer service skills than the one at this location.

It was to be for my 8:00 pm dinner at work.
I declare in my opinion that the pizza dough was the product stale dough mixed with sewer water and plant food malathion.
There was no mouth-watering aroma originating from the pizzas, though a stench emerged as I opened both boxes.
I took a bite from both pizzas and to my disappointment, in my opinion, none of the ingredients taste fresh and the pizza sauce was bland, not seasoned and the appalling taste of can paste.
Also there was NO indication that cheese was placed on either pizzas.
I returned both pizzas (one bite /two bites taken) only to be offered a partial refund for the return of the pizzas being 99.8% still intact. The analogy of the partial refund was due to the bites taken. Of course! HOW would I have known that the pizzas were inedible if I hadn't tasted them? Duh!
I was also offered a remake of both NASTY pizzas, using the same musty and decaying ingredient components. I declined.
Here I stand in your store during my 30 minute dinner break and it took me 23 minutes to get to your pizza parlor and another 25 minutes to return.
SO not COOL!
Needless to say that I WILL NOT be returning to that location AGAIN.
I was given the wrong pizza
I ordered take out pizza and when I picked my pizza up, I was given the wrong ones. I didn't notice until I was driving away and didn't have time to go into the store and wait for the right pizza to made. I order from pizza pretty frequently. I choose to use the online order option. Every time I order it gives you an option for extra cheese for an upcharge I choose not to pay for extra cheese. That being said I don't feel o should have to pay extra to get an appropriate amount of cheese I dont think I should be able to see the crust of my pizza due to lack of cheese. I if we buffalo chicken pizza and every time the lack of cheese is disappointing I don't expect mass amounts I do expect coverage.
