I have been playing rapid fire jackpots for a long time and I am not recieving the total amount of coins won. You are trying to get people to buy coins with your constant pop ups, and yet not paying out the full wins. I estimate I have lost out on billions of coins I should have got, so how can you justify asking people to spend money when your game is short changing them when they win?

I made a purchase of $ 59.99 on the lotto bonus. The wheel spun and said I won 264, 000, 000, 000 tokens. I immediately lost my connection to the game and when it came back on I only received 97, 000, 000, 000 . I exited then rejoined and my gift box it said I had 'special'. When the bingo game was going on I bought some coins because it says that you will get 1 of 3 hard to get cards I never received any and filed a complaint which I never had a response with one of those cards it would of made me hit bingo twice 1 for golden bingo the other line regular bingo. Since starting to play these Playtika online games (Caesars) earlier this year, I have noticed that there have been NUMEROUS incidents whereby I have had "technical glitches" which have DISABLED my ability to RECEIVE the FULL JACKPOTS. The NUMEROUS ways Playtika (Caesars) has CHEATED me are as follows::
1. In the past 90 DAYS, when I receive the SCATTER PAY BONUS (QUANTITY of FREE GAMES depending on QTY. of SCATTER BOXES shown on the board), the SPEED of the FIVE REELS is WEIRD, more so than in "regular" play. EACH SINGULAR REEL moves at DIFFERENT speeds from the others...either FASTER or SLOWER. Not only that, but IF you get a BACK-TO-BACK BONUS ROUND, the FIVE REELS will be DIFFERENT than the bonus round you JUST played a few minutes ago! BEFORE you EVEN play the bonus round, it states that you will be receiving MORE "wilds" than in the regular play. THAT is a LIE!
2. There also has been an ONGOING "glitch" with regard to "free falling" reels, resulting in them NOT STOPPING...and BYPASSING the ALL "WILD ACROSS" the screen. Having gotten the ENTIRE screen, ALL 20 squares with "WILD ACROSS" before, that jackpot is a BILLION points, with a minimum bet of 1, 000, 000. This past mid-week, 6/12, 6/13 and 6/14...and on MANY previous occasions, these "free falling" reels have cost me BILLIONS of ACTUAL WINS across the screen! While Playtika did give me some "coins" to "help" make up for my loss, it did NOT EVEN COME CLOSE to the ACTUAL BILLIONS in TOTAL COINS I was ENTITLED TO, due to this "free fall" technical glitch. The game is "Tropical Fantasy" (macaws, etc.).
3. I have "monitored" also WHICH "characters" come up on the SCREEN at DIFFERENT times of the day AND the SPEED the reels are MOVING. The game I'm referring to, again, is "Tropical Fantasy" (macaws, etc.). When I brought THIS "interesting" information to Playtika's attention, they simply BLEW ME OFF and said that they NEVER adjusted the reels in ANY way...which is simply a HUGE lie. I was keeping a "log" on "times of day" when "certain" characters were reflected in "multiples" across the board, as well as the "speed" ALL FIVE REELS were moving...and the conclusion I drew was that they CERTAINLY WERE ADJUSTING EVERYTHING so you would NOT receive your MAXIMUM jackpots.
4. Lastly, you can CLEARLY see that Playtika wants NOTHING MORE than to SELL YOU COINS..."real" money, in exchange for "fake" money, to play "fake" games. You can tell this by the NUMBER of POP-UPS you get WHEN you log onto the site. You get at LEAST SIX POP-UPS, noting DEALS for COST of coins...some as much as $100.00 of REAL money! With ALL the CHEATING of the players going on (i.e., MANIPULATING THE REEL SPEEDS, FREE FALLS, CHARACTERS AVAILABLE AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE DAY, etc.), it's NO WONDER that they need to SELL coins in the LARGE QUANTITIES they do because players FEEL that they must BET HIGHER to GET anything in the first place!
I know WHAT it is like to WIN at REAL casino games...and WIN BIG I have...but I've NEVER had SUCH PROBLEMS with FAKE GAMES before, whereby you MISS OUT on HUGE JACKPOTS you SHOULD HAVE BEEN ENTITLED TO because of these so-called, "technical glitches." That is NOTHING but an out-and-out LIE...and IF this company was "intellectually honest" (really?), they'd ADMIT all the WRONGDOING that's been going on...but they're in it to MAKE MONEY! It's a TERRIBLE SHAME that they have to CHEAT the players SO MUCH on a DAILY BASIS.
THOSE are my COMPLAINTS and I HOPE and PRAY someone ACTUALLY READS THEM and can PROVIDE me RESTITUTION.
Today is Friday, June 21 and I am submitting ANOTHER complaint which is the SAME as the one I did last Saturday, June 15. To be specific, here it is:
1. The "game" in question was "Tropical Fantasy" (macaws, etc.). The "reels" (5 across) are NOW "barely" moving AT ALL, so SOMETHING has CHANGED since I sent in my complaint on June 15. They were "free falling" with NO end in sight...and now, they're BARELY MOVING, but continue to be "manipulated" by the "back office"...so how can a player SECURE a decent jackpot?
2. With the above in mind, the "wild" squares, which were "manipulated" by Playtika on June 15, CONTINUE to be "nearly" eliminated from the player's screen. I had mentioned that at "different" times of the day, "certain" characters on the screen are MORE "prevalent" than at other times. With regard to the BONUS rounds (scatter pay - 4 squares minimum to achieve that), it clearly states that EXTRA "wilds" will be ADDED to the screen. (Oh, REALLY? Hmmmmm...WHERE are they? C'mon, Playtika...fess up...WHAT did you DO with 'em? Are they in hiding somewhere 'cause I certainly haven't seen them!)
Playtika, STOP CHEATING PLAYERS so we CAN enjoy your games...PLEASE! It's NO fun at all IF you can't win...and win BIG...ESPECIALLY when those "free falling" reels SHOULD have provided me with AT LEAST 3 BILLION POINTS! You CHEATED me on those which I was COMPLETELY entitled to...but your "technical team" screwed up and NEVER fixed the problem. NOW, the reels are NEARLY at a "standstill"...so WHAT are you going to do to provide RESTITUTION to ME and others?
I'd like an answer AND my AT LEAST 3 BILLION POINTS BACK which I was CLEARLY entitled to, but was CHEATED out of by you!

The start of the new clan feature 2019-05-03 3 members of my clan only needed 13000 clan points to collect all chests they were level24337, 18895, AND 23699. I think there is a glitch in the system that they are using as one of the clan members is my husband and he had been playing and spinning at a very large amount for more than a month, I had not as I had no coins so was betting very low. I won a bonus playing Civil Treasures 2 on Slotomania. I was betting 5 billion a spin. My first 2 picks was golden skulls which rewards players with everything in the bonus. I was only paid for 2450 credits when there were over 7000 credits I should have won. That equals to about another 500 billon coins Slotomania owes me. After a month of arguing with them, and they would not admit they were wrong, and could not show me a picture of the bonus I won, or what I picked. They finally said that they have explained it 3 times the they did nothing wrong, and will not accept anymore tickets from me about this problem I have with them.
