Playtika slotomania game time to cash

I have had the Energy Capacity at full capacity for 3 days now and the Time to Cash button never lights up for me to get my bonus. When the batter is full It takes me to the page with the battery and professor but I can't press the Time to Cash button and get the bonus. When I go back to the game the line that builds to add a bar to the battery stays full. I have closed the game and re-entered, turned off the computer and gone back to the game, tried to play for additional time--nothing happens. After I quit playing for the day and go back the next morning the battery is down a bar and I fill it up again and again no bonus and the bar stays full for the day. This is gone on for three days. I would just like it fixed and my bonus awarded. You guys usually do so well when things like this happen. Thanks for helping!

Playtika legends pckgs purchased

I have tried to contact you for days from my inbox but it will NOT let me submit my message. First of all this has happened b4 and was never straightened out. I pretty frustrating when if you look you will see that I spend a lot of money thru this game. I purchased a package that was suppose to have 8 platinum chests plus coins and the other things. Well I only got 2 chests just like the last time when I was suppose to get 12 platinum chests. I had told myself that I would never purchase anything from this again.but I gave in.. Just to be cheated again. Plz make this right with me.

Playtika complaint

iam so tired of plaing ace game and getting no acepacks and then u make dash so hard no can finish or do . i dont know if u guys are trying to prove a point or what like todays dash i have to get so many on first and level up so many on second god knows what need to do on 3rd dash. u get star dice what good is it if u only get 2, 4, 5, 6 when u roll it . this game lost its fun and on top of all this i never got my 5star card for getting the key for clan promo tired of getting screwed

Playtika refund asap

I have been trying to contact you for the last 3 days by email and keeps coming back undeliverable. I have disputed the transactions with with Google support and I am requesting my refund ASAP. 171 transactions were made without my consent. UNAUTHORIZED! Playtikia game I have spoken to Google support many times about the UNAUTHORIZED transactions made over 1844.29USD I have spoken to a lawyer about the situation as well and my next step is my bank I will greatly appreciate the refund ASAP.

Playtika charge

I was double charged $15.93, which includes tax, for a purchase on Cesar Slots, which I play everyday. I paid for the Spin again, but when it did not go through, I hit a second time. I did not know I would be charged twice because you can only get one spin a day if you pay, but I was charged twice in one day. Thanking you in advanced, I will await your reply. Playtika slotomania

The "clan" concept doeant work. Anyone can be a leader..no qualification, or an certain Level they obtain, their viability to continue to spin or a certain status. Therefore you have these kids that do not have any coins or funds in which to purchase feeding off of the producers or the ones that continue to spin that are a part of the clan. Case in point my first Slotmania the team meet its goal and we all one coins. The second slotmania 8 of the members put only a 100 or less and in two cases 0 coins..they thought they would ride the wave sorta speak and collect coins rewards by the rest of us hard work and effort not to mention the money we spent on coin packages.

Playtika facebook games

I am very upset with this company. I had over 32 unauthorized charges, to 5 different credit/debit cards (some in my husbands name), in a 72 hour period. I don't save credit card information on my computer EVER! I contacted Facebook support and they told me there was nothing to do because they saw NO suspicious activity ( No suspicious activity after 32 purchases in less than 3 days, totaling hundreds of dollars? SMH!) and their Terms and Conditions doesn't allow them to give a refund. Terms and Conditions do not apply to theft. I told them I don't save my credit card information online, they responded by telling me they DO though (WTF) and it must have been a friend or family member that charged my account. I told them to block all payments made through my account, hope they did, but I DON'T trust them. NO... my friends and family didn't do this! I have contacted law enforcement, filed a police report and have notified, cancelled and filed for a refund through my creditors! Beware of this scam!

I need to update the company as Playtika/Bingo Blitz. I have all of the correspondence from Facebook support, which I feel this company and their counterparts, ARE thieves. I would love to put those on my complaint along with my police report, but I don't want anymore of my information floating around the internet.

Playtika I have purchased a 30$ coin package but didn't receive anything

I purchased a 15$ coin package I tried doing it 5 times and I did not receive my coins that I was supposed to be getting can I get a refund or a google play card now why did it do that it is very annoying because I don't even know what happened to the packages I was supposed to receive from my purchase now can someone please help me resolve this, issue thank you very much.

Playtika bingoblitz.com

I play Bingoblitz.com and really enjoy the game, but now I have a big red box come up in the middle of it. It won't go to the game (I'm using my email). There is only the fish logo in the upper left corner of the box and I can not get any further. I rest of this big red box is blank. Can you help me with that? My email is [protected]@yahoo.com.. i have complained and complained about my dash not moving now iam told i have to register to get help . i think it is [censored] i have been a loyal player since2012 if the problem dont get fixed u guys are forcing to quit and i dont want.all iam asking is to fix the problem so i can enjoy the game again . the stress of no reply is causing problems. u guys always answer back before and helped but now its a no go

Playtika not receiving total amount of coins won.

I have been playing rapid fire jackpots for a long time and I am not recieving the total amount of coins won. You are trying to get people to buy coins with your constant pop ups, and yet not paying out the full wins. I estimate I have lost out on billions of coins I should have got, so how can you justify asking people to spend money when your game is short changing them when they win?

Playtika can't play my, games in slotomania stuck on bonuses.

Playtika lotto bonus

I made a purchase of $ 59.99 on the lotto bonus. The wheel spun and said I won 264, 000, 000, 000 tokens. I immediately lost my connection to the game and when it came back on I only received 97, 000, 000, 000 . I exited then rejoined and my gift box it said I had 'special'. When I opened it said there was 62, 000, 000, 000 in tokens. I clicked it and it disappeared. I want the167, 000, 000, 000 balance of the 264, 000, 000, 000 amount I won from the bonus spin. Playtika not able to sign in to slotomania.com

Went to login to Slotomania.com won't allow me to enter my email address or password...as soon as I attempt to login...screen disappears. Tried this several times. Not sure what is going on...please help. I also tried to contact customer support...stated not able to access. I also tried to restart my computer in case it was something on my part...that did not work either...

Playtika slotomania

When the bingo game was going on I bought some coins because it says that you will get 1 of 3 hard to get cards I never received any and filed a complaint which I never had a response with one of those cards it would of made me hit bingo twice 1 for golden bingo the other line regular bingo. Also I should of got a chance to spin the lucky spin wheel but nope didn't happen they did however Try to charge me more to spin with a higher oayo u t which makes no sense. Also the time before I was supposed to get a shaker to do and never got it. You guys need to be better at fixing glitches and answering concerns.

Playtika cheats customers (bonus games, regular play)

Since starting to play these Playtika online games (Caesars) earlier this year, I have noticed that there have been NUMEROUS incidents whereby I have had "technical glitches" which have DISABLED my ability to RECEIVE the FULL JACKPOTS. The NUMEROUS ways Playtika (Caesars) has CHEATED me are as follows::
1. In the past 90 DAYS, when I receive the SCATTER PAY BONUS (QUANTITY of FREE GAMES depending on QTY. of SCATTER BOXES shown on the board), the SPEED of the FIVE REELS is WEIRD, more so than in "regular" play. EACH SINGULAR REEL moves at DIFFERENT speeds from the others...either FASTER or SLOWER. Not only that, but IF you get a BACK-TO-BACK BONUS ROUND, the FIVE REELS will be DIFFERENT than the bonus round you JUST played a few minutes ago! BEFORE you EVEN play the bonus round, it states that you will be receiving MORE "wilds" than in the regular play. THAT is a LIE!

2. There also has been an ONGOING "glitch" with regard to "free falling" reels, resulting in them NOT STOPPING...and BYPASSING the ALL "WILD ACROSS" the screen. Having gotten the ENTIRE screen, ALL 20 squares with "WILD ACROSS" before, that jackpot is a BILLION points, with a minimum bet of 1, 000, 000. This past mid-week, 6/12, 6/13 and 6/14...and on MANY previous occasions, these "free falling" reels have cost me BILLIONS of ACTUAL WINS across the screen! While Playtika did give me some "coins" to "help" make up for my loss, it did NOT EVEN COME CLOSE to the ACTUAL BILLIONS in TOTAL COINS I was ENTITLED TO, due to this "free fall" technical glitch. The game is "Tropical Fantasy" (macaws, etc.).

3. I have "monitored" also WHICH "characters" come up on the SCREEN at DIFFERENT times of the day AND the SPEED the reels are MOVING. The game I'm referring to, again, is "Tropical Fantasy" (macaws, etc.). When I brought THIS "interesting" information to Playtika's attention, they simply BLEW ME OFF and said that they NEVER adjusted the reels in ANY way...which is simply a HUGE lie. I was keeping a "log" on "times of day" when "certain" characters were reflected in "multiples" across the board, as well as the "speed" ALL FIVE REELS were moving...and the conclusion I drew was that they CERTAINLY WERE ADJUSTING EVERYTHING so you would NOT receive your MAXIMUM jackpots.

4. Lastly, you can CLEARLY see that Playtika wants NOTHING MORE than to SELL YOU COINS..."real" money, in exchange for "fake" money, to play "fake" games. You can tell this by the NUMBER of POP-UPS you get WHEN you log onto the site. You get at LEAST SIX POP-UPS, noting DEALS for COST of coins...some as much as $100.00 of REAL money! With ALL the CHEATING of the players going on (i.e., MANIPULATING THE REEL SPEEDS, FREE FALLS, CHARACTERS AVAILABLE AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE DAY, etc.), it's NO WONDER that they need to SELL coins in the LARGE QUANTITIES they do because players FEEL that they must BET HIGHER to GET anything in the first place!

I know WHAT it is like to WIN at REAL casino games...and WIN BIG I have...but I've NEVER had SUCH PROBLEMS with FAKE GAMES before, whereby you MISS OUT on HUGE JACKPOTS you SHOULD HAVE BEEN ENTITLED TO because of these so-called, "technical glitches." That is NOTHING but an out-and-out LIE...and IF this company was "intellectually honest" (really?), they'd ADMIT all the WRONGDOING that's been going on...but they're in it to MAKE MONEY! It's a TERRIBLE SHAME that they have to CHEAT the players SO MUCH on a DAILY BASIS.

THOSE are my COMPLAINTS and I HOPE and PRAY someone ACTUALLY READS THEM and can PROVIDE me RESTITUTION.

Today is Friday, June 21 and I am submitting ANOTHER complaint which is the SAME as the one I did last Saturday, June 15. To be specific, here it is:

1. The "game" in question was "Tropical Fantasy" (macaws, etc.). The "reels" (5 across) are NOW "barely" moving AT ALL, so SOMETHING has CHANGED since I sent in my complaint on June 15. They were "free falling" with NO end in sight...and now, they're BARELY MOVING, but continue to be "manipulated" by the "back office"...so how can a player SECURE a decent jackpot?

2. With the above in mind, the "wild" squares, which were "manipulated" by Playtika on June 15, CONTINUE to be "nearly" eliminated from the player's screen. I had mentioned that at "different" times of the day, "certain" characters on the screen are MORE "prevalent" than at other times. With regard to the BONUS rounds (scatter pay - 4 squares minimum to achieve that), it clearly states that EXTRA "wilds" will be ADDED to the screen. (Oh, REALLY? Hmmmmm...WHERE are they? C'mon, Playtika...fess up...WHAT did you DO with 'em? Are they in hiding somewhere 'cause I certainly haven't seen them!)

Playtika, STOP CHEATING PLAYERS so we CAN enjoy your games...PLEASE! It's NO fun at all IF you can't win...and win BIG...ESPECIALLY when those "free falling" reels SHOULD have provided me with AT LEAST 3 BILLION POINTS! You CHEATED me on those which I was COMPLETELY entitled to...but your "technical team" screwed up and NEVER fixed the problem. NOW, the reels are NEARLY at a "standstill"...so WHAT are you going to do to provide RESTITUTION to ME and others?

I'd like an answer AND my AT LEAST 3 BILLION POINTS BACK which I was CLEARLY entitled to, but was CHEATED out of by you!

Today is Friday, June 21 at 3:37 p.m. PDT. I ALREADY submitted a complaint EARLIER today regarding the SAME issues...FROZEN reels (or hardly moving) AND FREE FALLING reels (won't stop at all).

Playtika: WHEN are you going to make RESTITUTION to me for ALL the ELIGIBLE jackpots I ENTITLED to?

You OWE me BIG TIME for about 3 BILLION coins!

Today is Friday, June 21 at 4:34 p.m. PDT. I ALREADY submitted TWO other complaints today with regard to the EXACT SAME THINGS: SLOW-MOVING (nearly stopped) reels AND LACK OF "WILDS" in the BONUS game (Scatter play) on the Tropical Fantasy game (macaws, etc.).

Playtika: WHEN are you going to ENABLE ME to WIN "without" BUYING COIN PACKAGES...huh?

Here is a NEW situation: when you INCREASE your BET, the REELS are EVEN SLOWER, nearly to a STOP, thus DISABLING me (the player) to get ANYTHING! By INCREASING your bet, you will LOSE SOONER, thus CAUSING YOU TO PURCHASE A COIN PACKAGE...am I RIGHT, Playtika?

What a BIG BUNCH of FAKERS and CON MEN...LIARS!

WHEN are you going to FIX the GODDAMN REELS so you can WIN something...huh?

I have ALREADY submitted SEVERAL complaints TODAY and have YET to see ANY DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER in the SPEED of the REELS. Besides that, when I INCREASE my bet, the reels are EVEN slower...practically STOPPED!

WHEN, I ask you, are you going to FIX the GODDAMN REELS so you can WIN something...and make restitution for the 3 BILLION coins I AM due to receive because you CHEATED me out of them with this FREE FALLING reels...huh?

I am LOOKING for ANSWERS from you. You "TECH" staff isn't worth s$*&!

FIX THE REELS and let us players WIN...and, by the way, I saw that the Better Business Bureau ALSO didn't say any FAVORABLE things about you either...is that correct?

What a BUNCH of CROOKS! Takes the FUN out of the games, you know? I'll bet ya IF it was one of YOUR relatives that was CHEATED, perhaps you MIGHT think DIFFERENTLY...but then, on the other hand, probably not.

Playtika bingo blitz

unauthorized credit card charge - The website charged $99.99 to my credit card. I never selected to order the Epic Bundle I made two purchases one for 0.99 and one for $2.99. They have refused to refund the charge for $99.99. I am trying to find contact information to speak with someone at and I am unable to find my store card credit card information so that I can remove it from this site. I have requested this be done but they are no longer responding to me.

Playtika slots

I cannot download HOF on my computer. I have been playing for a long time. I can't ask for customer suppot because I can't get into it either on Facebook or HOF.com It just says downloading, then goes to a page that says can't load page. This started about 4 weeks ago, but could re-download. The last week I can't download even after clearing my cache. Will not load from emails either. My browser is Chrome and I have Windows XP 32 bit. Please help repair this, I really love the site.

Playtika slotomania™

I play on an iPad Mini 4 that only has WiFi connection. Almost every time I go to collect coins Ace Cards I constantly get "Connection Lost" . If I'm not hooked up to internet and it's just WiFi why would that happen? I have no problems like this with any of my other games. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it and still have the same problem. Ive lost lots of coins and Ace Card reveals because of this. What'sgoing on?

For some reason my game has restarted and instead of one million eigth hundred and something I am only getting one hundred. While at the Samsung office they tried to fix it for me but now I have new game on my tablet and phone which until this morning was only on my phone but now on both devices.
