Playtika slotomania slots on facebook

I have been trying for a long time to get a particular ace card, so I was reading how to win ace cards and states you can win a ace card by winning a ranking tournament so I bought more coins and then went on using my coins and betting maximum bets to win a ranking tournament last night and I spent and lost over 1.3 billion coins in successfully winning a tournament. After I won I was rewarded with winning coins but it did NOT get any ace card for winning. So why did I not get it? I spent over 1 billion coins to win the tournament and feel aggrieved that I did not get the ace card. Please sort this out by either giving me the ace card to complete a set or return the 1.3 billion coins to my balance. I feel like no longer playing your casino games.

Playtika slotomania

While playing I was trying to get as many rolls on the snakes and ladders however it would stop adding up every time I would reach 95% I would often count how many spins and log on and off often each time you get to 100% you would get 4 rolls I would bet anywhere from 100 to 200 million a spin and figured I lost at least 100 rolls. I often by packages but this will probably affect this unless satisfied

Playtika wsop

I was playing my [censor] off for an hour or so to complete a mission on wsop. After getting x32 collection bonus speed the app just took away my reward. Are u kidding me. Give me back my reward and chips right now. This is unacceptable. I expect 1, 000, 000, 000 chips and the reward that was unfairly taken away from me. If I do not receive the fair payment that I clearly deserve it will be my duty to report what happened to me on the app store.

On checking my bank account I noticed £14.99 had been deducted after looking it come up with slotomania I was unaware that a cost was involved please can this be sorted out and a refund given of the full amount also please delete my account with immediate effect.

40B coin lose for looking Card Glass Shoe, i play until get sick but card doesn't get. only duplicated card i have. very disappointed now, i already play slotomania already 3 years but no event single album completed.

I am frustrated and upset about this slotomania game. I've just started playing again after the 3rd album release and I feel like I'm continually being let down whilst losing in the game and with trying to get gold cards. I have 3 gold cards left to collect in my set to complete the whole album but for the last 3 days in the wheel spin with stars I have landed on the 11 million wedge and been given love bonus. 3 days in a row like seriously how are we supposed to complete sets and albums if you don't even give us a chance. It takes 24 hours of waiting just to be left upset, it's not like us non sloto club members got an extra chance at getting cards we needed. Another thing I've noticed is when I'm playing, my spins seem to glitch halfway through spins like what's up with that. It only happens with slotomania so I know it has nothing to do with my device or connection. And one last thing, why is my piggy so expensive to crack open it's 17.99 NZD and my partners is only 4.49NZD he is on a much higher level than I am and cracks his piggy regularly so I don't understand your methods to this. I have been dedicated to this game and spent money on it and I'm starting to lose hope and joy playing. So please give us a chance. Thank you

Playtika slotomania

Game is not paying my winnings, it owes me billions at this point, Just today I completed a card package and was supposed to be paid over 3 billion coins and they were not added to my game. This is not the first time, I submitted a review in the App Store and no one replies. I play with my fb logon [protected]@comcast.net. Not pleased that the game is dishonest.

Playtika purchase

I believe I was charged $50 for Slotomania coins which I did not want. I am on a fixed income and would never purchase such a large amount to play a game for entertainment purposes only. I would appreciate the crediting of my account for the $50 charge. I would appreciate your handling of this matter as soon as possible. I am not sure how this happened, but need it corrected.

How is it that I hit a certain huge Ace Pkg it literally goes on collecting for 15 minutes or so I have 2.5 billion in coins from it I then went to spin the wheel and it's now states I have 567, 000 coins I want my fair earned winnings back I spend too much money on this for you to pull this stunt! It was bad enough in November when the new iPhone 8 came out (which I preordered) I backed up my 6s before transferring to the 8 following your instructions and poof my points and acct gone after playing for over 4 yrs not cool 485 million was taken

Playtika loss of coins

How is it that when you make a payment you can't win a damb thing it's not a free casino if you have to buy there coins.so maybe they should start paying real money. Cause when your odds are werst than a real casino for pay outs. Maybe they should be investigated and see if they programmed is set for the lowest payout possible and that they are steeling from the people who pay for the chance to win and can't. Then maybe they should be changed as real casino and give refund for the people who payed then got scammed cause when you pay and then save close to a billion coins only to play for twenty minutes and lose all your cions again and again you know that they are scamming people cause no one is that unlucky to lose months on end.

Playtika loss of money

When i started to play tonight at 11;30 pm dec 23rd i had aproxemently 3 to 4 billion.i got a ace card and filled the book WING MASTERS i git the 1.950.000.000.and then i never got to spin after the ace package.and at that point .my ballence is 1.950.000.000.you took all the money i had before.and then with out playing a game i lost money and only have 770.000.000 left.WHAT THE HELL DID I DO TO GET THAT FOR X-MAS please fix this and give me back at least my 4.000.000.000

Playtika slotomania loading and quest issues.

I have been trying to complete my Santa quest but the slotomania app won't load/open - just a black screen for over an hour.

Also, while playing the Lion Run game at (10 million points per spin), the game challenge/goal was checked as completed during 54 free spins I had won.

I still had 35 spins left that were not awarded. 35 spins at 10 million per spin could win at least 3 billion points. I'd like to receive at least this amount if the game cannot be reopened for me for free spin completion.

Playtika slotomania

Playing find me a prince and twice I got jackpot game and it didn't load either time. I was betting 20 million. Both times it said connection lost but it wasn't. I starting playing and I had over a billion dollars, betting 20 million and never once got the bonus or free spins. And to add insult to injury, it screwed me out out of the jackpot round twice.

I play Slotomania on my iPhone and iPad but cannot get the new look on my iMac laptop computer. I have downloaded the most recent Flash Player and it the new look of Slotomania freezes up on my iMac. I like for this company to remove all my winnings on my facebook it is very annoying to see all this... it has been on for a long time and I can not sit and trying to remove it all... Playtika not getting my credits

I played the Toronto and completed all the shadow cards and got 200 B's for the bonus but then I completed Venice shadow cards and I did not get my bonus for completing the shadow cards. I do not feel that this is being fair to us the customer. There is suppose to be a bonus every time that you finish a collection of shadow cards. This is not happening with the Bingo Blitz games.

Playtika caesars slots

I love playing Caesars slots, but now all it wants is for you to keep purchasing more coins. Even with the little bonus you get you can not win. The challenges are becoming impossible to meet. The Santa journey challenge I'm currently in want me to spin 2700 times at the minimum bet of 7.2 million, what the hack. That will take over 19 billion coins to accomplish. The game is becoming too costly for me to keep playing. My minimum bet is now at 1 million and you give me 150, 000 thousand coins. I hate to sound ungrateful, but I can't even spin one time with that and when I collect the 2 hour bonus I now get 12.4 million, so that's 12 spins, which most of the time is gone in 2 minutes unless I purchase more coins. It's the holidays and I'm broke, come on playtime give me some coins.

I was playing crazy train in the sloto quest in Santa's jury and won fifty six free spins at 2, 000, 000 a spin with lots of sticky wilds. The game crashed and I when to go back to the game in the Quest but it just said complete and wouldn't let me back in the game to receive my free spins! I spend reel money on the game and would like the able to get Back in the game to receive my free spins or be reimbursed for the over 1 billion coins that it to to win that.

Hi! I just spent over 25 dollar for some game time and all it did was take my coins and my money! This is not a real slot game where we are playing for money. So, if I spend money on stuff like this I should expect some excitement or something.. This game was cool with me until all of the changes. And remind you that this isn't the first time I have had a problem I just let it go but not this time. Hope to hear back from someone real soon.
