I am very frustrated at the constant maintenance going on and since I am a "Diamond" and coin paying customer I'm more than frustrated these days when now I have 8 black wedges and still not even getting anything to complete this next challenge. I realize it is random slots but really. The customers that actually continue to keep your paychecks going, cut us a break will you on these albums and cards trying to enter these contest compared to the non-paying customers. I know no one will probably read this but at least i can voice my opinion. I have been a loyal member for many years and it amazes me how now you seem to don't care about your paying members at all. I haven't been able to access the game since the latest update to Animal Whisperer. There are a lot of complaints on this. I am using iOS on an iPad 2. When asked to connect to Facebook, it says "Connecting to Facebook " but never does. My Facebook app is up to date. I am able to connect and play by using a different operating system. I can access other online games without any issues.
I am not able to update the game. I can update every other game or application but when I do bingo blitz it states "app not installed"

I have summited over 9 tickets this week regarding your promotion in green beans room for completing quest to recieve credits. While playing I was trying to get as many rolls on the snakes and ladders however it would stop adding up every time I would reach 95% I would often count how many spins and log on and off often each time you get to 100% you would get 4 rolls I would bet anywhere from 100 to 200 million a spin and figured I lost at least 100 rolls.
