Extremely rude waitress
My family and friends met here for dinner Sunday November 17. At around 5:45 p.m. we were seated. It was explained that since it was 13 of us we couldn't sit at the same table but would be close. Everyone was fine with that, the problem was 9 was put at one table so one of the ladies in my party made the comment that this was going to be too tight to have...

Not one not two but 6 issues in a dinner for two!!! Now, for the first time in probably 36 years I requested to speak to the manager (closing manager which I don't know...

Three of us, who are fairly regular customers, went in on October 6, 2019. After being seated, the Server took our drink orders and promised hot biscuits would be out of the oven in 5 minutes. She was responsible for 4 tables, including ours. After a long wait, we waved her down to give her our food orders. She took the orders and said biscuits would be out...

About three weeks ago my mother attended the Red lobster in Peterborough Ontario along with her two sisters. My mom and my aunt's are in their 60's and 70's. My mom advised a waitress dropped a tray of food into their table and glass shattered all over their table. Luckily no one was hurt. The waitress did not know what happened she apologized. No one came...

On 9/22/2019 I was at the Red Lobster on Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge VA with 10 other girlfriends celebrating a birthday. Service started out great. Because our party was so large we had 2 services but in the middle of the service the manager told one of the servers to leave which made our orders come out later then expected. The food was good. We...

Anytime I dine in I have no complaints. When I do carry out the food is not great. The salad I received was so little it wouldnt fill a child. When I dine in my salad is triple what I received. My chicken breast was not even big enough for a sandwich. I find this very disappointing especially for the prices. I received the smallest crablegs I've ever gotten from there. Even the portion of mashed potatoes were tiny.
staff and food
We haven't been to a Red Lobster in a long time. Because it was my husband's Birthday and he is retired military and the endless Shrimp special I wanted to treat him yesterday. Big Mistake. So dissatisfied and disappointed. First We ended up going thru 3 server's cause first one was so pushy hurting us up not explain the shrimp choice's at all, second one was better but took off on us to go on break and the next one didn't know what was going on. Then the food came and the scampi was over seasoned and not moist overcook and sauce burnt, the new sirachhi was supposed to leave honey drizzle off but didn't, and kept asking for for fresh hot bisquits that are soft and fresh took 3 time's to get that right at end of meal! The cod in fish and chips was okay once took all the batter soaking wet dripping in soggy grease off and put cod from inside on another plate! Paid at table and put our review in the computer and wrote a smaller complaint at that tablet at table! Dirty also cobweb's in lot's of places like haven't been dusted in long time Not Good To see that either! Burnsville MN on Hwy 42 location! Patrick and Lisa Thompson

food
Food was terrible cold, an steak under cooked, lobster cold an tuff . We eat Red Lobster a lot in Ohio an always have had great food . This Red Lobster was terrible. Our bill was $61:39 for food we could not eat. This was my wife's birthday dinner. What a joke. We noticed going in that it was not busy an wondered why since this is a large resort town . Very few people so bad food was not because they were to busy to handle customers. We will never go back to this Red Lobster
customer service
We chose Red Lobster in College Station out of all the restaurants in this town to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary! As soon as we drove up we noticed that the parking lot was fairly emply. We proceeded to go inside and the greeter/hostess asked us if we would like a booth or a table and we said that we would like a booth. She looked at her list and proceeded to tell us that it would be a long wait for a booth. I looked into the restaurant and there were tons of booths open. Many of them were not clean or had not been bussed but that could of been taken care of very easily. There were also many booths open in areas that maybe did not have a waiter assigned to it. We told her that we could leave and go to another competitive restaurant and she basically look at us like "ok". She made no attempt to try to keep us there at first. We finally said "Well can't one of your waiters just add another table to his area so we can eat here?". She then said "Let me go check." This was only after we made the suggestion. She would have been perfectly happy if we left! After finally being seated we walked through the restaurant and saw that there were tons of table that needed to be bussed and the whole time we were there these tables remained "non bussed"! I have never seen that Red Lobster so mis-managed ever! At the very end of our visit we finally saw a gentleman that looked like he could be some sort of a manager and then a bus boy did show up. We were very disappointed in our visit and not sure we will be going back! Like I said, it was our 40th wedding anniversary and we were ready to celebrate and this definitely put a damper on our evening.
used to be my favorite restaurant... no more
I met my friend there for lunch. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri and had to wait and wait and wait. We had to wait quite a while for our server and then on her second swipe I inquired about my daiquiri, she said she would go see, Had to wait another long time and when she returned, no strawberry daiquiri. I again asked and she said the bartender was busy, I...

went to red lobster near wolfcase in memphis, spent over $70 not including tip, and the meals my wife and i ordered was horrible . the crab legs were like rubber, the lobster tail was tuff and chewy. the sides of vegetables were not cooked fully and the mashed patatoes with lobster sauce was bland and very little meat. i payed $3.99 extra for this unpleasent mess. the 6 oz. filla i had was so peppered down it was difficult to stomach what i ate of it. the garlic bread was good the drinks were ok . sad to say we will not go back to any red lobster again . its just going down hill.
very upset employee
I have been working for Red Lobster for a year and a half, so much have change such as no more SAs the host is the new buss boys, so they have to host a bus our tables, and we have to tip them. The host do not have time to bus tables because they have to do their job and us servers have to bus our own tables and wipe them down. AND STILL HAVE TO PAY THEM THATS NOT FAIR TO ANYONE, I HAD TO TIP THEM $16 FOR NOTHING. THIS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED BECAUSE SERVERS THAT BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR YEARS IS LEAVING AND GOING TO GET SERVICE JOB WHERE THE TIP IS ALREADY IN THE BILL IF ITS A BIG PARTY AND BUSS BOYS THATS ACTUALLY DO THE JOB. ITS VERY UNFAIR. PLEASE FIX IT OUT PAY THE HOST MORE.
service
My friends and I went to visit your Queensbury location and we were seated quickly but it took our waitress about 20 mins to come back with our drinks and take our order. Then we waited for about 45 mins for our food which came out in pieces, half the table got their plates and the other half waited another 15 mins only to be missing utensils and side dishes. I ordered the trio with the shrimp and the Alfredo part was cold and looked like it had been sitting on my plate for some time. For what I paid for my dinner I would have expected much better service and quality of food.
quality of food
I took my staff to the Red Lobster restaurant in Lacey, WA on Friday July 5th for a celebration lunch. What a disappointment. I have no idea who came up with your guys's recopies but the food is barely eatable. The soups are over salted, the food is bland. the service is 6 out of 10. I will never go to any one of your restaurants unless you make some drastic changes with your food. The concept that you have is great, the food quality is 4 out of 10. as far as i see it this is a perfect recepie for getting yourself out of business.

I quit Red Lobster because of a manager that come into work and have a Major attitude. Makes it very difficult to have a great day at work. Her attitude is so bad to the point you don't want to ask her for help cause you know she has a very nasty attitude. I can't work in an environment that is very hostile. She doesn't realize that her attitude toward...

I took my daughter to the red lobster in Irving, Texas for her birthday and it was our first time ever eating here.
First of all the place wasn't busy at the time of our visit. The hostess seated us at a wet table that they wiped down but it was insanely wet. I asked her to dry it if she would but she said she would find someone to do it
We finally sat down and ordered, food came out and it was cold and it was just terrible! My 4 year old granddaughter ordered the Mac and cheese which was the box kind and it was hard and lumpy. We paid 97.54 for terribly cold food and service that took to long. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

June 14/19
My name is Kathy Watson.I purchased a gift card for your restaurant back in December/18 as a gift for a friend. The card was valued at $50.at the very least, it may even have been $75. It's been so long that I can't really recall. My friend went to use it at your store in Windsor and was told there was nothing on it.This is not right.I dine at this particular restaurant quite frequently.Of course it's been so long I have no receipt for it.I certainly hope this can be taken care of or I will never dine in any Red Lobster again. Also I might add when I do dine there I spend well over $100.

Took over 30 minutes to be seated and it was basically empty in the Resturant. Asked for a glass of juice before ordering because my husband was having a diabetic attack it took server 10 minutes to bring it. We watched her talking to others while getting the juice. Then she states to USD rudely that she was no longer going to serve us someone else will. The manager came over and did not but say we will get someone quickly. Was not able to keep receipt. It was 7 of us on one ticket. I spent over $200 for poor service. We order 3 seafood trips
2 of the crab and shrimp platters 1 seafood on the plank deals and a chicken alfredo. 4 Cheesecakes. Virgin pinnacoloda, 2 mango lemonades 1 water and 1 tea. Service was terrible
