no sweetener on the table
I ordered iced tea today (unsweeted). When the tea arrived, I looked on the table for the container of sweetener. There was none. I looked on the tables around me. Again there was none. I had to wait until our waiter came by, then asked him for some artificial sweetener. I also asked him why there was none on the table. He said "Corporate decided to remove them". I asked him to have Corporate come over to my table. Of course, Corporate was nowhere to be found.
Why did Corporate have these items removed? There I am, staring at my tea, waiting a few more minutes for the waiter to re-appear.
cleanliness
Went to the Red lobster in Savannah on 11 may around 6:00 . As the greeter took us to a table there was trash all over the floor and under the tables. I talk with the manager and she said I agree it should be cleaned up but we are to busy and walk off. The greeter continue to sit people at these tables with trash on the floor. The manager never got anyone to get the trash up. Will never eat at this place again cause the manager don't care about the appearance and cleanliness of this restaurant.

We ordered 2 steak & lobster dinners, I ordered mine med. Well wife ordered hers well done, we received are orders, I started eating mine and was dry looked at middle of steak no pink so thought overdone, was dipping steak into my butter to moisten it, now we were with lots of other people, my sons birthday party, so eating and socilizing then my wife says my steak is pretty rare looking, well she received mine and I received hers, I forced down 1/4 of steak before realizing it. So brought up to manager his statement was we are sorry what would you like me to do, well his demeaner felt like he was saying we do this a lot, we never did this dont know what is done in this matter, should of gave me choices, we eat at red lobster a lot, are favorate meal ultimate feast, manager did not give us any options to choice from, so didnt want to esclate problem, embarased, and suppose to be having laughter and celebration not conflict, so I said thats alright. Just to get out of situation. After leaving had thoughts steak and lobster should of been good memorys with birthday party not undelightful, manager was not helpful, also rude said I will give you my badge and I will go home. What is he talking about, also waitress said she was sorry because cooks stated which steak was well done, this was a major mess up which I cannot overlook 1st time writing one of these, but felt I had to do this. Also no customer service by manager to fix problem, which was their major mistake, sorry this is so long and hope you understand, because 1st time doing this. rude server
My family and I attempted to dine at Red Lobster for a late lunch today. However, our experience was not what we expected. The server was rude from the moment she walked over to the table. Her name is Ashley. We ended up leaving because I don't trust anyone with such a hateful attitude to serve my family and I. It starts with management. If management isn't on top of their game, usually the team isn't even. The Red Lobster on Winchester in Memphis, Tennessee needs to watch how they treat their customers.

At birthday dinner party at Red Lobster in Newark Delaware on April 22, 2019, I ordered a White Russian.It was served and it wasn't as dark in color as it should have been. I stirred it and took a sip. Didn't taste as should. After a couple of sips to be sure, I called waiter to let him know and ordered a different drink. Waiter said he would remove charge for White Russian. He returned to say he had removed it and reason it wasn't right was because bartender said they were out of Kahlua. That would have been okay if I had been given choice to order something different. Instead, bartender decided to fix something else and hope to pass it off as drink I had ordered and charge full price for it. Even though cost was removed after I brought it to waiter's attention, it doesn't make up for attempted fraud and unethical behavior of bartender. Tried to pull a fast one on a customer. Shame. I might add it wasn't busy. Also the waiter was very supportive and did his best to help. Disappointed with Red Lobster.

I place my order online, I got the Shrimp your Way 3, I was suppose to have 2 shrimp scampi and 1 popcorn shrimp, which I had Coconut shrimp, I cant eat because I am Allergic to coconut and I had 7 shrimp scampi and my baked potatoes wasn't loaded and it was very cold. I recently submitted a Rating (2) for Red Lobster, Bel Air MD location. I was advised to complete form GM032719A which I can't locate online.
My issue is food preparation that continued to get worse and worse, however I tolerated it until 2 weeks ago when I received a meal, blackened catfish, thrown on the plate that was NOT totally cooked. I returned it, however would have thought the chef Would Not have released such a dish from the kitchen. Uncooked Fish Is Harmful!

My husband and I went for our Anniversary on Friday evening, first we had ordered drinks, it took them at least 25min to bring them out to us. We had ordered calimari for an appetizer, we I dont know what you did to the calamari, but it was terrible, no more broccoli in it, no peppers, and the breading itself, was plain and had no taste. Then we got our meals, the food was mediocre at best, really small portions, some of my seafood was just barely warm, my husband's green beans were like rubber, and burnt. By this time I just wanted another drink, I ordered another drink, and when it got to me, I looked in the glass, and there was a bug floating in it. I'm just furious, I don't complain ever, but this was just terrible service and food! I was talking to friends, and they all agreed that Red Lobster was really going down hill with food and service. This used to be my favorite place, we go there quite a bit, but to spend 107.00 last night for that garbage was ridiculous! Just please stop trying to cut corners, and stop getting cheaper food so that you can save a few dollars, or you're going to end up like everybody else and go bankrupt. People are not going to pay high end prices for low end food!

Tried red lobster in international drive orlando florida
Near convention centre. Wow waited 35 minutes until server came back to us on her 3rd visit to the table she said sorry I forgot you. Ordered our meals and soup came out very nice and before we finished the soup the mains came out rushing us to clear the table any way we finished the mains and she came back and said you want the bill. I said what about our dessert she said you want that to go. I said I suppose so and paid and left quickly. We thought it was a mistake and red lobster are not like worse than a mcdonalds drive thru. So we tried the red lobster in kissimmee and wow even worse. Wasnt told about added upgrades and told we can have the soup instead of the salad. Soup came out lovely then once again mains came out before finishing soup and rushed again. Wasnt asked about desserts and found a hair on my plate next to the shrimps and then to top it all off a bill for $75 I had to complain to the manager about this. Thinking the manager would say im so sorry about this please come back and try a meal on the house no problem. Instead she said you should of said something but we tried. Well I give you 15% off the bill that was wrong anyway. So the bill that was $75 should of been $64 and then 15% off would be $54.40 she charged me $60 I thought you know what I would never go back there ever again and I will tell everyone about the horrific time weve had on holiday at red lobster twice in a week. I hope people read this and think twice about going.

I was at the redlobster in Lanham on 2/12/13. I ordered the ultimate feast and when my food arrived it was cold. I asked to talk to a manager and I was approached by a Ms Diana. As soon as she came up to me first thing a could smell was marajuana. That was enough for me so I gave the food back and left. Y'all should be giving urinalysis to your leaders. They can't lead if there high on drugs.

I have been eating at this restaurant for the past 30 years. Last night our family went their for a birthday dinner. 7 of us. Not one of us was satisified with the meal. The food was awful! Service good waitress very nice.
The food at this location has been getting worse every time we go. Your job is to serve good food. We don't care about the building. We would eat great food in the middle of a parking lot. You have one job to serve good or great food! You are not doing your job. Fire the manager, fire the cooks and close the place down until you can get good help.
You are a high priced restaurant pay more money to your staff so you can succeed because now you are a failure. It makes me sick to think about the money I spent on that sorry food.

red lobster dearborn heights location
I purchased (2) meals: Ultimate Feast and Seafood Pasta full order, along with (2) Stuffed Mushroom appetizers. I was given a 30 min wait time for pickup when I placed the order over the phone. When I arrived, I still had to wait another 35 minutes inside. Once I received my order, I did not have my Seafood Pasta in the bag. I returned to the restaurant, and had to wait another 20 minutes for the Seafood Pasta. When I received it, the side order of sauce I paid for was ice cold (straight out the refrigerator). I spent $81.00 and my food was dried out as if they reheated it instead of prepared the order when I ordered it. This location has gotten so bad! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! GM011819C.
Please stay out of politics. If you start boycotting people or things I like. I will have to campaign around family and friends to stay away from you. They generally listen when I make such requests and it makes it easier when your service in our area are getting worse by the week.
