Placed order for flowers for my mothers 94 Birthday, carefully picked out flowers that are her favorite colors. My sister was with my mother who is in a rehabilitation center and told me she could have gotten prettier flowers from Publix. They looked nothing like what

I picked out she sent me a picture. So I wrote a letter to the florist about my displeasure and they wrote back they would call me at 9am sharp the next morning. No call so I wrote another note to them making sure they had my correct phone number another day went by no call. I sent an addition letter to them no response. So I tried calling them and got hung up on. This is a terrible florist! Total waste and it breaks my heart because I don’t know how many more birthdays I will have my mother and wanted to surprise her with this bouquet!

Desired outcome: Either refund or send her what I ordered!

I ordered flowers for same-day delivery and Rogers florist charged my card and didn't deliver any flowers.Im calling Rogers florist and they keep hanging up the phone.No one is answering my phone call.Im going to call the attorney general office

They take your credit card info and your money and then poof! No flowers or email. And when you call to try and cancel the order, they hang up on you. I called back to complain and they said they would transfer me and then put me on a forever hold.

I purchased on December 21st at 1004 am flowers for Mom for Christmas for 75.95. They were never delivered. I've tried to resolve this issue but am getting the run around again. They said they're closed but to email customer support and wait 2-5 days for my refund well, I'm still waiting. What a shady place!

On1/6/23, employee took the credit card number, including the box code, then all of the sudden they said that they didn't take Discover (website shows that they do). Then I used another card that was rejected although it was valid. This was all by phone, as the website sent me in circles. Appears to be a scam.

This company is running a scame so do not give your information like your card number .they will rob you..

I ordered flowers from these people January 10. Said they would deliver that day and I said next day would be fine. No show. Called phone number from charge on credit card and was told to email but the email was returned unable to connect to server. Someone needs to investigate this scam.

I placed an order on 12/22/2022 for $52.41 they never delivered the flowers and have been asking for a refund since then and they have done nothing. i have reached out to over 3 times they say they need more information i have given date of purchase my name last 4 of card number. they found my card to charge it but now cant find it to credit

i have contacted customer service, Denise the customer service manager several times, and still have yet to receive my refund.

1-9-22 paid $70 for flowers to be delivered to my mom in Florida for her bday. Got an email that it was undeliverable and that I would receive a refund. Haven't gotten a refund and never will!

I ordered flowers for a party in December in Idaho and they were never delivered!

But they used my credit card for $110!

The guy on the phone, when I ordered, did not seem to be very interested in my order... but I was desperate and needed something quick!

The order was never delivered!

On December 21 I ordered flowers from Roger Florist. They took $88.79 out of my account but then stated that they were undeliverable. Please see bank statement of withdrawal and email that they stated it was undeliverable.

Ordered flowers at 2:22 pm. CST. They said the would send a email and would be delivered in 2 hours. and they never sent them and never got a email. But they took my money of 64.71. So beware you are a crook.

Found out after they charged for flowers they were in Colorado. They still put card charge thru.talked to them on 5 dec 2022. Charged credit card on Jan 3 2023. Reported to bank fraud dept.bank statement showed debit of $51.27.bank refunded charge.

Ordered flowers by phone on the 18th of February for delivery on the 20th in Columbus OH. No confirmation email. No delivery on the 20th. When we asked why they abruptly ended the call. No money refunded ($62)

This is clearly a criminal organisation. Google reviews on their website is a fraud. Police, do your job!

I placed an Order to have some flowers delivered to my Grandmother on 2/25/2023 around noon. I never got an email back from this people. They never delivered the flowers. They took my money they charged me $75.15. You call them they don't pick up, if they do they transfer you and disconnect you. This is horrible.

Scam! I caught on quickly and called my bank. Called CSR and they kept hanging up I finally got somebody he didn't know the business address. Better business bureau showed an address in Melville New York / B of A address. Many businesses located here. F rating! Do not do business with this company. I ordered flowers on 3/8/23 to be delivered same day but to find out they were not delivered and had to call them the next day to find out they canceled my order.They charged my credit card and have not refunded my money yet.This is a scam for furnerals because if nobody notices the flowers where delivered they get paid and you get nothing.

On Wednesday March 22, 2023, I order a floral arrangement via website to be delivered to Chesapeake VA 23320 on Thursday March 23, 2023. The total cost was $70.60 which was taken out of my account. As of today, March 27, 2023, the flowers have not been delivered or have I gotten any feedback via email.

I sent birthday flowers to Libby Drasin in Studio City. She did not receive them

I used my Visa credit card. The cost was $56.74. It was an arrangement of roses,carnations and filler. It had a large sign of Happy Birthday amoung the flowers.

Ordered flowers for a funeral for my god mother, never received conformation or receipt, attempted to call, and it hangs up, sent email to customer service no response, attempted to use chat, does not send. I'm afraid the family will not receive flowers.

Never delivered my flower order, finally sent me an email saying it was undeliverable and they would be refunding me. It has been 4 weeks and still no refund and no response to my emails. They did finally answer the telephone once after multiple tries, but the man hung up on me.
