The lamp
The customer service here is the WORST ever.
I don’t wanna waste my time to write an essay for a place that doesn’t deserve to be, but this is so unacceptable. I wish I could break the lamp after I paid and dumped it in the trash can. Don’t even blame that the customer did not speak English well. There are many ways to help them when their English is not that fluent. Who do you think you are? Just saying ‘Yes/No’ and keeping that ‘’frowning’’ face is unacceptable. Never ever come back, bye!
Desired outcome: I know they are not gonna change that rude attitude. So I am just gonna say bye to this worst store in San Diego. The worst in San Diego!!!!

Fui area supervisora del stockroom por casi 7 años en la tienda #1493 fortlauder,fl.Les cuento mi manager santiago se va de la compañía al poco tiempo traen a Enrique que solo lleva 4 años en la compañía desde que esta persona llega a la tienda empiesa a decir que el es manager y al que no le guste las puerta están abiertas para que se vallan.El le hablaba a los compañeros muy feo que unos cuantos se fueron. Mi esposo y mi cuñada va un día a la tienda y ven a manager Enrique patiando la mercancía pa debajo de los estante por que el no es digno de doblarse y recogerlo eso pasa todo los días que el esta en la tienda desde que el cojo esa posición la tienda luce como un pulgero y aun así William lo sigue apoyando.Enrique la coje conmigo por que todos los empleados acudían a mi para preguntarme cosas por que no se atrevían con el por que el siempre le da carácter a los empleados y los trata mal.A la tienda llega una nueva supervisora que se llama kimberly y el me pide a mi que la vela a ver como ella trabaja por que si no trabaja para echarla me notificó.El 27/12/21 me toco abrir la tienda le notificó a Enrique que alguien había dejado una bolsa de casi 17 mil dollares fuera del safe el me dice fue melony no vayas a decir nada que eso luego yo lo uso encontra de ella.yo le digo eso hayn que reportarlo me dijo no lo hagas por que si lo haces tu vas a tener problema conmigo desde ese entonces yo le coji miedo a el.Un grupo tuvimos haciendo markdown todas escojimos cosas y luego al salir las compramos pero solo a mi me echaron por esas cosas.cuando yo trabaje en la tienda de miami,coral spring y pompano hayn varias personas guardaban cosas cuando era el 40% yo varias veces lo reporte y nunca echaron a nadie.y yo que compre normal lo hicieron.Lo que pasa es que si no le caes bien al manager el habla con el dictric manager y el pa no peder un manager el esta desacuerdo con el manager.Eso no se hace por que habemos muchas personas muy trabajadoras para que hagan esto.Yo llamo a aler line pongo mi queja a los 3 días me llama Angela me dice quiero que me digas lo que paso le digo todo ella me dice dame hasta el lunes para yo investigar todo ok.llega lunes y nada espero unos cuantos días y nada yo la llamo me manda para el voice mail le dejo un mensaje nada que responde a los pal de día me llama yo estoy con mi cuñada le contesto me dice no puedo hacer nada por que Andres me acaba de responder y me dice que si tu aguantarte mercancía y le respondo fuimos varias persona que lo hicimos y ella me responde bueno el me dijo solo tu le digo mentira pero todo esta en camara lo que pasa es que cuando sucede algo en la tienda los que no le conviene lo borran del sistema.Le digo yo a ella todo el mundo lo hace desde los manager hasta los empleados por favor lo que ustedes tienen que estar velando es que manager como Enrique no le estén robando tiempo a la compañia.En marzo/22 fue el doble descuento y tengo entendido que unieron personas que escondieron mercancía para comprarla y desde que me echaron las que hacen markdown lo siguen haciendo y la asistente manager melóny.Lo que deberían de hacer es mandar a los dictric manager a la escuela de managment y a los manager por igual para que dejen de estar maltratando a los empleados.Y tengo muchos de decir y fotos y prueba de lo que digo.Cuando uno tiene que hacer la encuesta de trabajo lo que te dice el manager es más vale que pongas todo bueno y habemos muchos que mentimos por no buscarnos problema.

I went to the store (Rooss on Villa Park on Roosevelt Ave.) Tuesday 4/12 at 4pm. I paid all my items and the cashier put those in 2 bags but I didn't pay attention so I just grab one. I didn't notice until later at home and I have my receipt. So I went back to store Wednesday morning to look for my bag. The same cashier (Afro-american) said there aren't bags, but she didn't look other places etc. She said look in your car. Ross is not paying me what I am owed or paying me for the position I am under in the computer system this is unfair and wrong I have jumped through hoops to try to get my rightful pay and it’s like talking to a brick wall I am fed up and discouraged from my company I have put so many years in . Filthy restrooms, high and low dirt.
Urine smell, baby board trashy smelly and filthy. Health hazard looks like it hasn't been clean in months. Store in Clearwater, FL
I visited your store in Clearwater on Tuesday around 4pm. There was a VERY long line and only two cashiers. There were multiple customers in the returns line as well, so of course, they kept being taken first, while the rest of us stood in line waiting to pay.
The lady at one cash had a very large purchase and didn't speak English well. She held up the cashier for a while. The cashier that finally called me up, was busy complaining to her co-worker about how someone else had to come and adjust her till because that person was in training for management and needed the practice, etc.
Needless to say, there was alot going on and alot of distractions. I had three items to purchase, a black Karl Lagrefeld T-shirt, a pair of PJs and a Cookie is a box, (Mrs. Fields). The cashier told me my total and I tapped my card quickly to get out of there, my husband had been waiting outside a while and the lineup after me was very long, so I was trying to hurry.
When I got home, I took the tags of the PJs and put them in the wash. Later, when going through my purse, I realized that instead of charging me for the $1.49 cookie, I was charged for the PJs twice at 16.99.
I'm hoping you review your surveillance and confirm my story and provide me with a certificate or gift card for the $15.50 difference. I'm a larger woman with a navy blue crossbody purse, I'd be hard to miss.
I have attached my receipt with all the details.
