availability of handicap electric shopping carts
I am a regular shopper at the Franklin TN, Sams store. And for the last (5) months each time I go there, I have to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 min's
a get a Handicap electric shopping cart. As it is there are only (5) of these carts available at any time. So I ask that you please seriously think about adding at least (3) to (5) more to this store, at times one or two may be out of order, or in
need of charging, as was my case today, I got to the rear of the store when the one I was using, you guessed it, it stopped because the battery ran completely
out of juice even though it showed at least a half charge. It took another (45) min's for me to get another one. The dairy food employee found someone with a radio to call to the front for a replacement one. I am unable to walk more that (50) to (75) without great pain. So for the Silver Haired Grandpa's and Purple Haired Grandma's who shop at this store, please think about adding more of these carts, there are hundreds of us who shop here weekly and really need them.

I was on my way out after shopping at the Monroeville, PA 15146 store and saw 3 outdoor deer I liked. I ask for a price, the display was the last one so I purchased them and said I would return the following day. First problem was the associate at the desk was bothered because there was not a sku and she had to look it up. Second problem this same associate has another customer come back to her and makes me wait so she can wait on this customer. Third problem. I come back the following day with a truck i borrowed to take the deer home and they sold the deer that I PAID for to another customer. BAD experience overall. The associates that were working at the desk that day apologized and were very nice, but it was a waste of my time and it made your store look really bad. I was refunded, but I think its unacceptable that I paid for it and you sold the item anyway!

I bought the 3pck organic almond milk of members club and the expiration date was April 2018 but it already has clot and some kind of wired stuff.. I do have the picture of it too.. it's newly opened bottle.. I loved your product so far but after seeing this I've doubt in my mind that I'm going to buy it in future.. But that's different story.. I wanted to solve this problem .. ASAP..
online ordered cards
I ordered holiday cards with an expectation of picking them up on Saturday 12/9, it is now Tuesday 12/12 and they are still not at the store. I was kept on hold for an hour with multiple people telling me they could not find the order. Finally one rep found it and stated it wasn't shipped until yesterday(after the supposed delivery date) and that they may not be there until Friday but can not get a tracking number. This is completely unacceptable. These are for my work not myself and the only reason we ordered from you because of the pick up date we were told. This needs to be address ASAP as we needed these cards yesterday to meet our deadlines. At this rate all my confidence in Sam's Club has been lost due to this lack of communication and customer service. I understand it's the holiday season and your company is extra busy. But do not include a delivery date you're not going to even come close to and on top of that not communicate with the customer about it!

On December 10 th I went the the owasso Oklahoma location did some shopping bought a sampler pie which the label stated it had peach cherry blueberry and apple pie in it got home cut into the pie discovered no peach pie at all and the apple pie has nuts in it so I rechecked the label doesn't say nuts at all so I was concerned about this called the store I purchased the pie from to inform them that there is nuts in the pie and the lady I spoke with said ok i will check the labels the pie was made on December 6 th so how many other people got this kind of pie and what if someone in there family is allergic to nuts which is why I was concerned but they didn't seem to care at the store which upset me.

I bought 2 tires on 1/23/2017 for $305.01 that was installed on the front of the car. I took the car in on 9/22/2017 and told them the tire keeps going flat. They told me that I needed to buy a new tire. I explained to them that I just bought both tire in January. They said the tire was defective and they would give me a new one. On 12/10/2017 I had the same problem as the first tire. This time the tech said that the wear was on the inside of the tire so I must need a front end alignment and there for my warranty is no good. I talked to the manager on duty Lorelei who would not give me a business card or first name. She just sided with the tech. There is no test that was preformed by them to verify that there is something wrong with my alignment on my 2014 Toyota Sienna. I even sited that the last manager replaced the tire as defective that I bought together. Two tire completely down to the wire in less than a year and less than 30, 000 miles rings out loud those tires have a problem. I would like my money back for the tire and I won't buy any more. This Sam's Club store number is 4822 and is located in Murrieta, California.

I ordered christmas cards on cyber monday -- i have always gotten my christmas cards at sams and they are always ready within a few days. Nothing on the ordering website told me it would take over 10 days this is crazy! and unacceptable! and i was told the cards would be in today, 12/7 at 11am and still sams can not locate the cards! i was on the phone with sams today at 2:33pm for 34 minutes with someone looking and having me on hold and never giving
me a answer ( i can send you a picture of the phone log on my phone) -- i hung up after a 1/2 of waiting -- this is unacceptable . refuse to process online refund for online merchandise
I purchase a product online and the incorrect item arrived with defects. Called the online number to inform and request an instore exchange. The technician was quick to place me on hold, but finally returned with the options of in store return or mail back.
I expressed in store exchange again and it was documented and agreed. The merchandise was returned in store for an exchange, but all items were sold out and this is were the problem started.
The manger was unable to process a refund, due to the call centers online remarks listed as return by mail and the computer would not allow her to. I clearly said i would return in store.
The manger called the 1800 number and I listened to the representative tell the manger to just process the return, but the system would not allow her to, again. The representative said a refund would be processed by sams club online within a few days.
Two weeks later, no refund. I called sams club online services and they saw the notes. My case was suspose to be sent down to a manager etc for a refund. A month later, no refund. Called again and the same response, sending down to a manager etc for a refund. Over another month later, no refund. Called back today and spoke to a Liz who didn't really listen to me, but did a lot of talking about the process, which i already have been through via sams club online call center and within the club.
I expressed the experience ive had waiting for a refund and wasnt geting off the phone, until i receive a refund or store credit. I was placed on a long hold in a very rudely manner. Liz came back to the call telling me i only have the option of going back to the club to verify a store credit or locate the merchadise i left at the store for a refund back in sept.
I asked for a manger and she lied and said this is what the manager said and she wasnt available. I've been very patient waiting for sams club online to refund me, but nothing to date and I have to experience a rude, unprofessional customer service representative. If I can't get a refund, I will take my business somewhere else and terminate my membership. Sams club ask me for a discounted membership, since I serve my country in a outstanding manner. But now im mistreated in regards to a refund adding up to be a little over $40, it's the pricinple and I work to hard in the USAF.

On 12/6/2017 I called the customer service # on the back around 8:15 p.m. EST of the member card to ask about updating an email address for an existing account for my friend. I waited 10 minutes to get through. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude! She said that she couldn't hear me and that the static was bad. She told me I'd have to call back. She wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to say. I could hear her just fine. I asked her to let me change phones (on the same line) and she hung up on me. The customer service was horrible. I guess it was her clock out time. If she would had been working, I could have asked my question and she could have left on time. I just spent almost $500 in the Kannapolis, NC store today. I couldn't get anyone there to help me with picking up my online order. I could see the cart. It was ready to go. The lady at the register ignored me. The guy that was supposed to be assisting was nowhere to be found. He was very apologetic and helpful once he was called over. I'm very disappointed with your store all around. I was going to start placing more online orders, but it seems pointless now. Can someone at least tell me how to update the member information easily? Thank you!
taste and tips demo
I started working in the Taste and Tips in our local Sam's Club. I worked for a month and have not been given any new schedule nor have I received pay for the 4 Saturdays I worked. I can't seem to find an address to T&T to complain to them. I called the supervisor here and she said go to payroll, couldn't find that either. I liked working there and to my knowledge had no problem. I would like to know if they will continue to use me and also get my pay. Thank you

I am very disappointed.
Purchased Member's Mark White and Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercream (30 ct.) for a wedding shower, but the cupcakes weren't delivered on time. No matter what happened next, to me, it was a disaster. I hate when people and especially companies are late, don't stand behind their service and products and let their customers down.
They were late for 3 hours and couldn't provide any reason why. Because there was no reason...
king size electric blanket
I ordered an electric blanket as a Christmas gift on 11/25/17. It finally arrived yesterday and I am very upset on how it was sent. It wasn't even in a enclosed box. It was taken and a shipping sticker was placed on the package with the blanket exposed to the elements, why in the world would someone do this. Not to mention all the banging around it had to have gotten, not sure if it even works and in my opinion is it dirty. wouldn't want to sleep with it covering me. It was pulled out of the package as well. This is just not right ! I would like another one to replace this one ASAP and in a box this time. It was grey and is a king size.
repair of my damaged phone
I went to shop at Sam's club in Laurel MD, I unloaded the cart with things I bought and by the time turned around to get my phone, one of the employees had pushed all the carts away, I went to look for my phone but did not find it where the carts were parked, I ran in to ask at customer service and was told no one turned in a phone. I went back to the parking lot and saw my phone faced down with cart tire marks on the case, when I looked at it, the screen was cracked. So I called my phone company and was told to have Sam's club take responsibility for the damage, I went to your supervisor in the Laurel store and all I was told is that they will not take responsibility for it. That is why I'm reaching out to the district office, thanks.

Customers don't seem to matter to this store Kissimmee, Florida I took the what I was told by your employees, the last 44 in smoker, it was on clearance for 59. Last year I was talked into purchasing the Sams Club Plus card for $99.00. That was $54.00 more than the normal club membership of $45.00. I was "told" for EVERY $500.00 spent I would get back $10.00. Well, that is not true! They forgot to tell me that gas, wine, tobacco and OUTSIDE the store purchases such as travel and eating out is NOT INCLUDED in the $500.00 charged to the Sams card. VERY MISLEADING. I found out today after one whole year my return on the PLUS aspect of the card was only $30.00! So they "GOT" an additional $24.00 out of me for the plus card! I am cancelling the Plus when I renew this time. They got me once-but not twice!

I was approached by two separate employees of just energy while shopping at Sam's Club . They are selling the just energy $65 a month program locked for 36 months or three years.
I told the gentleman I lived in a large home and my electric bill was very high. He was excited because he said they were having a competition with other salesman to show who could save the most money for a customer. He requested my bill so I went home and found my largest bill of the year. He called me at my home to sign up for the program he promised this was not a scam and that all the power a Sam's Club stood behind his company guarantee and Sam's club guarantee that this was an honest offer. I specifically asked him about how high my bill was and if I would be excepted on this program and he told me it was guaranteed.
After signing up for the program I received a letter from just energy stating I was too high of a user to be on their program and that they were offering me a rate that was 50% higher than what I am currently paying.
I went back to Sam's Club and spoke with another employee of just energy. I specifically asked him about their ability to bait and switch or change the $65 program to a higher price. I recorded him on my cell phone. He specifically guaranteed me that that was impossible because the only program they are allowed to sell at Sam's Club is there a $65 a month program therefore it is impossible to change the price.
Obviously not this was a huge bait and switch . Although their customer service called me after filing a complaint and stated there was small print in their agreement that states they can change the price offered .
This is certainly not what was said by the employees of Just Energy!
Absolutely a scam !
I was also scammed by Just Energy at Sams Club.The Just Energy representative promised a $200 Sams gift card for switching to them as my energy provider. 3 months later and still no gift card. After several telephone calls to Just and Sams I was told I had to accrue points through Just. I was lied to just to make a sale.
misguided information regarding vending machines sold
I ordered a Vending Machine online on Oct 30, 2017. The delivery date posted was for Nov 2 - Nov 15th. On Nov 16th I called Sams Club 800 number and was not able to get a response as to when the machine would be delivered. They told me to wait another 2 days and then call again. They didn't have any information because the carrier had to pick it up and then I would be provided an estimated delivery date. I can't cancel the order, I have to refuse the order, which would mean I have to pay return delivery.
Later that day I check my account on website, and Status shows as "Shipped". I try the tracking number and nothing. I call the shipping company Manna the next day and was told that the machine is not on a truck and the estimated delivery is for Dec 6 to 12th! An entire month after what was shown on my order. Again, I ordered this machine on OCT 30th!
If I knew it would take this long, I would have purchased from someone else. The delivery date is deceptive and should be clarified. I am demanding a refund in the amount of what Sams' pays for delivery of this machine to Manna.
As of today, I still am unable to track the item online, which means it still is not on a truck.

sam's club dickson city pa, management and tire center
On November 11, 2017, I Went to the Dickson City, PA store and purchase tire for both my car and my truck. I had previously went to the store and spoke with a representative from the tire department who gave me a quote on both vehicles, at that time he suggested I wait to have the tire but on, if I could, until the sale on November 11. I did. I had the tires put on the car and truck, and my son and I waited over 6 hours as the tire department was busy. The store was not prepared for the sale, as they did not have enough help on hand. As a result the staff was overwhelmed and their attitude reflected that.
However, My son and I waited patiently and finally we were handed envelopes with the receipt and warranty information. We drove home which is over 50 miles from the store. I have used my truck on a regular basis, but my son who just received his license does not use the car much,
On Saturday, November 23, 2017. My son drove to vestal NY, as we live close to the boarder. He returned and informed me that the car sounded as if it had a flat tire. The next when it was light out, I looked over the car, and discovered that the rear driver side tire was missing a lug nut and stud.
I jacked up the car and found that the tire was loose. I tightened the tire and took the car to the Sam's Club in Vestal NY, which is about 25 to thirty miles from our home. I went to the tire department and explained the situation, and I was informed that the Dickson City store is responsible for the repair, and that I should contact the Store Manager, because they will have a local company that they deal with for such repairs.
I went out side to the car and call the Dickson City Store and asked to speak with the manager, I was put on the phone with someone who I believe was named Ken, he said its not his problem, that they check all the tires and he became combative with me. I said I wanted to speak with the Store Manager, he said he was on lunch, I asked to have him call me. This man Ken said its not the stores problem and continued to get more combative, to the point that harsh words were exchanged.
I hung up and went back into the Vestal Store and asked to speak with a manager. Bonnie came out, I explained the situation, She apologized on behalf of your company, and when asked she told me to file a complaint on line. she also offer to put a lug nut on the car, but I informed her it was more involved than that.

My family and I spend thousands of dollars per year at your store. If fact the purchase I made on the tires amounted to just about $1, 400.00 TC# [protected] 46.
I have been in my business for over 35 years, and I can tell you, this is not the way you treat customers.
The mileage on the car at the time of the install was 212357, the mileage when I got to Sam's vestal yesterday was 212504
a difference of 147 mile, given the trip home from Dickson City and trip to and from Vestal by son and my trip to Vestal, I calculate the approximate mileage.
Dickson city to Montrose Pa home approx. 55 miles
Home to vestal approx. 30 miles
Vestal to home approx. 30 miles
Home to Vestal approx. 30 miles
Total approx. 145 miles
We did use the car that much, and actually the problem began on his way to Vestal, so the actual mileage was in the 55 to 75 mileage range.
I am having the repairs done to the car at my cost. As the safety of my son, while driving the car is at hand, which is one reason I hd new tire put on it. However, as it is apparent that at least one of your stores does not care about its customers or their safety, I will have to consider what if any purchases I make from your company in the future. As I am also a Costco, member, perhaps I will give them more of my business. Very disappointed.

sherpa pullovers
I live in Jonesboro Arkansas . I went in to buy a Sherpa pullover for my two girls for Christmas . They was sold out . They looked them up and was told a shipment was coming. I have been to sams for a week and a half everyday at 7:00 am to catch these . On Black Friday they was put out to only be pulled back from us because a email came in and was told to pull back and ship back . I have been a member for years and I am very very up set !

What I am more upset about is that my daughters asked tor this for Christmas from Santa. I was forced to make them cry by telling them that they are bad girls and that they are stupid and that is why Santa did not give them what they wanted for Christmas. I had to pretend to be Santa, and tell the girls that they would not be getting anything for Christmas because they were bad and stupid this year. This made them cry.
sam's club credit card company stinks
Every time I try to use this card for larger purchases it is DENIED. I am so embarrassed and humiliated when this happens. I don't have a cell phone, and therefore I cannot give them a call and ask that they allow the purchase to go through. I end up writing a check.
What good is the REWARD (5% gas, 3% restaurant, 1% other) Program if they don't let you make the purchase. I lost out on $45.00 the other day because I was denied my carpet purchase. Why would that appear to be fraudulent. The purchase was near my home.
I've had it frozen numerous times for this same "fraudulent activity", even though it was me trying to make a purchase.
My credit rating is over 815. I take pride in that. If I cancel the card it will go down, but I am SO CLOSE to doing just that.
