on line applying for account didn't work but they still charged twice and told me he could no help me
I went on line to sign up for a membership. It took my information and my bank information. Then when I press the complete button it didn't do anything. So I waited for a while and presses the button again. An error message showed up saying it was doing something and to not press the button again. It stayed stuck like that. I called my bank and it showed they charged me twice. I tried to log in but it wouldn, t show my membership. I called Sam's club local, they told me I had to have on line fix it. I called on line, they refused to help me. They said they could not do anything or refund my money. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP ON LINE OR GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON LINE.

When we checked out today Sept.13, 2017 at the Sam's Club in Topeka we felt like the checker was very rude. This was at 4:04 PM and we were not greeted with a Hi or Hello. Megan just glared at my wife wanting the Sam's Card. I pointed it out to her as I had laid it on top of the first grocery item on the belt. She just pushed the items to the end waiting for me to put the rang up items in the cart. When we had finished she didn't say thanks or anything other than " You're done your receipt will come out down there.", pointing at where the receipt comes out. All through the Sam's store there everyone is always so very helpful so we were kind of surprised at Megan's behavior. Of course we don't know what might be going on in this lady's life, but I hope her attitude improves at some point. We've shopped this Sam's for more years then I can remember. Thanks, Verlin Wichman
reimbursement of returned item
Ref. # [protected]. After spending way too much time on this, I consider giving up, but then I paid $138 for this item, and I returned the items in good faith.
After being put on ahold yet again for 30 minutes today, with promises of returning calls, after speaking with supervisors, etc. I am going to go ahead and report this to the Better Busines Bureau.
Hopefully, we can resolve this after spending 8 months on it.

According to my membership card I have been a member since 1992 but I have been shopping at your clubs for much longer than that. Tuesday, sep 5, I ordered a pc and additional service agreement from samsclub.com, order number [protected]. Wednesday, sep 6, an issue regarding my need for the pc changed my plans so I went online and cancelled the order, rather I thought I did. Soon after I received an email directing me to call and verify the cancellation and that if you had not heard from me the order would be cancelled sep 8. Then I received an email telling me my order had been cancelled, which later I found to be an untruth, making it appear there was no need to call. I checked on line yesterday morning, sep 7, to find the order still in processing status so I called and spoke with a representative who verified my information and at which time I verified the order should be cancelled. The rep told me they cancelled the order. I looked again yesterday evening to find it still in processing status. I again called, the rep verified my information and told me the order had not been cancelled and the ticked had been closed, so much for trusting your online service. Now the rep tells me it takes 24 to 48 business hours for the order to be cancelled which means I am 12 hours farther behind. She reopened the ticket and escalated it, reference # [protected]. I made it clear how displeased I was, livid actually, and asked that she open a complaint ticket, reference # [protected]. I commend the young woman I spoke with the second time as she was very helpful, she even found a manager that I could complain to. Now I see that the "square trade" agreement is in a shipped status, what a bunch of...! Point of all this is I want the ordered cancelled, I want my money released back to me, and I will never ever purchase anything from samsclub.com ever! Right now costco is looking really good. I know the loss of one customer is nothing for a behemoth like walmart/sam's, likely this will go right into a circular file and if anyone at your dysfunctional organization reads it they will add it to the pile of look what this ignoramus thinks of us. My husband and I bought an apple pie earlier today from your West Worth location and there were little pieces of plastic in the pie. It concerns me that it might hurt somebody and I urge that they be removed from the shelf. My experience at sams is always great, wonderful customer service. Great people and great prices.
But seriously there's PLASTIC in the pie. Get rid of it.

I order 4 things online on may 26th, 2017 (order [protected]). I received on June 12th one gear drawer from my order. On Sam's Club packing slip ([protected]) it said 2 and on seko (delivery waybill [protected]) it said one. So I received and sign for 1. It was damage so I call back and they give me a RA number [protected] and Seiko came pick it up on June 30th on waybill 4407018369R and they send me another gear drawer to replace the broken one. On July 12th I call back because I was still missing one item from my original order, the lady call Seko and found that Sams Club had ship 2 but Seko only delivered one. She was supposed to call me back to find the missing one and she never did. I call three different time after that over 2 month and after I tell my story, they put me on hold to check and at some point They hang up each time.

I been at sams club for a year never broke rule always on time came in when somebody need me. All of sudden in February I was seen shopping in target my friend was convicted theft which I don't know why they blamed me just being around her. So I been out work from February-September meaning eight months. So I was placed on diversion program which is not placed on my background. I had took paper up there they said they give me call it was 2 weeks I had call see if still can work. I was disappointed. So I'm finna sued sams club. The da at the police station said if that's not enough he writer letter what's going on they wanted clear off program which is year.. I'm finna draw unemployment. This worst experience with job ever! No type of communication what's so ever! No reason fired me!

I'm sitting on hold with their customer service as I type this complaint. I have had about 30 minutes since the last person transferred me to their "supervisor" to mull this over and since there seems to be no end in sight to this current round of phone tag between representatives I figured, why not? First off, my order number is [protected], it was for a 33 piece set of flowers for my first, and hopefully only wedding. The flowers were ordered weeks ahead of time, and after following company instructions for when our wedding would take place, we decided a delivery date of Friday, September 1 would be the best bet. The big day came and no flowers. Fed Ex couldn't find their truck, which I agree is no fault of Sam's Club, what followed next definitely has been. When the box was tracked down and the box delivered, I only found half of my order inside. Pictures were taken, I called Sam's club multiple times. Every single call made between the 1st and today was dropped after I was promised to be sent to the right person. I have written emails and submitted complaints every day as well, no answer yet. Currently I am in the process of being transferred to a supervisor because their call center representative said it wasn't her fault I waited so long to file a complaint. There is the real kicker. All of my calls, all of my messages haven't even flagged importantly enough on Sam's Club's radar to even warrant one note. Not one. I asked if they would like copies of everything and here we sent... on hold again. Let's see where this one goes.

I frequent my local Sam's Club in Clarksville TN, and typically want to fill my gas tank while there, or anywhere in the area. Again today, which is at least half the time I stopped at your gas pumps, you have an agent sitting in the house, and yet the pumps are out of printer paper. As I want a receipt, again as every other time I stop, I pull off and don't make the purchase. The absolute only reason that the pumps should be unable to print a receipt 99.9% of the time would be that there is a scam in place to charge people either more than they pumped, or the ability to run a charge again later, especially when you have personnel on duty!
Sadly, I've spoken with local management several times in the past, and there are always excuses and guarantees that it shouldn't be that way and they will look into it. This time, I phoned and after more than six minutes on hold waiting for a manager to pick up, I hung up. I'm trying to figure out why you want to charge more and sell upgraded memberships when this is a continual problem as is the fact that you took handicap parking several years ago to make Member of the week and special employee slots when those of us who have major handicaps are forced to return when we can obtain parking or park way out in left field so that we can ambulate since we need the wide space to utilize the car door in order to get out of the car.

Well I received a Sam's credit in the mail after call the brochure getting it authorized so I asked if I could add my daughter and could they send her another card they said yes well I received my card hers came later I used my card and when she went to use hers she was not able to the customer service told her that her and I had the wrong numbers on our card, So I called Sims credit card people to tell them how pissed off and how embarrassed I was that my pregnant daughter couldn't get food that day for her and her 7 month old child the only thing they told me what it was a mistake and they apologize and when I asked how the hell did this happen they didn't no. I expect someone to call me back about this I am mad as hell

I have been shopping at Sam for over a decade, and most of the time I never had a bad experience; but recent incident put a really bad taste in my mouth. Couple of years ago I bought a battery for my car along with 4 tires at Sam’s Club at Fry Road and I10 at Kat, somehow, I misplaced my receipts of these purchase. As you all know Harvey storm in Houston, and especially Katy (my home town) destroyed everyone one. Fortunately, my home was survived but some of the things were damaged including my car, along with the battery. So, I took my car after charging its battery and explained the situation to someone name Monique, she introduced herself as assistant store manager. She looked at my car battery and said that she could not help me because I don’t have the proof of purchase. She was not very cooperative, and asked me to first renew my membership (my membership expired because my company provided me Costco membership for a discount price so I let go Sam’s Club member ship). I explained it to her that I am willing to renew my membership at your club but first let me know if you would be able to replace the battery. Her answer was a “flat no”. I also said that I am interested in purchasing 2 tires from you if you would help me with the battery first. She refused my request and reflected an utter unprofessionalism. I am very disappointed at the customer service of your club, I know you spent millions of dollars in marketing to establish your name and just one wrong employee could destroy the image.

While at my local Sams Club After shopping I stopped at the consession stand and purchased a Hot Dog combo and took it to go. Once We pulled out the parking lot and got on the highway to head home I opened the wrapper of the hot dog and on the inside of the wrapper was two blood stains. I immediately returned back to the store to speak with a manager, the manager they sent to speak with me was very young & didn't seem to show much interest in my complaint about the blood in the hot dog wrapper. She just said "oh ok we can get you another hotdog" I said no I don't want another one. She said, "we can refund your money" I said that's fine. She asked me to wait where I was standing and told me to throw the hot dog away. I had to advise her to go and check the employees that are working the consession stand and to show them my wrapper. So we walk over there and both workers say "oh we'll get you another hotdog" I stressed I didn't want another one and that everyone should check their hands for cuts. After both employees checked their hands (with nothing found) they just went about serving people. I then suggested to check around where the hot dog wrappers are and also check the wrappers that are sitting out because maybe it was another employee that had a cut, didn't realize it and may have gotten blood on more of the wrappers, No one bothered to do that. I was so disgusted and frustrated I got my money back and left the store.

please check unresolved complaint:The order pickup was far from complete; all the refridgerated products were not in the car; When we arrived home and were looking for these products we called and a nasty unopolite woman on the phone @ customerservice Lantana commanded us to drive all the way back to pickup the products. How ridiculous and what a poor service club Lantana; dont you realize why we pickup? To win time and not to do your work and correct your faults; we called 10 times and the same women was disconnecting on us or putting us hr on wait; what a shame; We even asked to credit us next visit and that was a drama too. How can allow these customer unfriendly people to work and to mistreat your loyal customers. The phone was disconnected when we asked to speak with the manager; We gave up and Sams is sitting on our money. This complaint should be sent to corporate Sams & we demanding to get back to us within 5 business days or else we will document to BBB & terminate our membership! By the way the discount on the colgate optic white was not even applied, again another reason to confirm that Sams s just sitting on our money. On 8/26/17, close to 8pm, we were done shopping and went to get in line and there were only 2 lanes open and 6 other employees standing around talking or just standing there. One was standing right beside the checker we were in line with. I asked if she was open when we got in line and she said no. We were behind 2 other people with huge carts full of stuff. About 5 minutes later, some lady she knows came up with her cart and she says...I will get you over here. Really? She was standing there looking right at us and opens her lane for a friend. I was appalled! Her name tag said Sarai or something close to that. I don't usually write reviews or complaints, but that was just plain rude!
I think someone should let her know that is just bad service! We paid a lot more for our stuff than that lady did and that checker knew we would be in that line for a while!

Opening account was a nightmare, wrong address the employee entered, and I got approved... this is possible or fraud? took over a month to get the card activated. Once activated, Synchrony Bank unable to activate my mobile number, and they keep blocking the card without reason. Each time I have to call them. Spend a ver 4 hours with over 6 phone calls in 2 months. Enough is enough!
Today I paid my card in full and they blocked the card after payment in Sam's Club, no one is able to activate it, keep saying "we have to send you a letter in few days with a code" sorry but I cancelled the Master Card card and Cub Membership, got compensation from Sam's Club and left. Worst Bank service ever encountered with MasterCard Synchrony Bank. Literally they are useless and unprofessional! Too many issues in 2 months of nightmare. I have other Credit Cards, and never had anything so bad. And people online are sharing similar issues with Synchrony Bank. You decide.
You can save some money, but hours of stress and lost time! Glad to be back with Costco.
I hope someone can get back to me because the next step is to sue your comany for time loss, pleasure, stress and impact to my credit. Sam's Club name makes me sick right now. I tried multiple times to fix problems but your client here got fed up!

First, I would to tell you that I love Sam's Club Pharmacy. The pharmacist, Victoria is absolutely wonderful. She is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist tech, Dana is also absolutely wonderful. I am very happy to see her when I come to pick up my prescriptions. Both of these people are always a joy to do business with. They seem to love their work and enjoy serving others. I cannot say enough good things about them.
But there is a link in the chain at the pharmacy. The service tech, Terrie is a nightmare. She is extremely rude. I cringe when I see she is working. There is no friendliness. She barely looks at me. It takes her some time to acknowledge me at the counter even though I am the only one there infront of her waiting for service. Anything she is doing is more important than helping me. When she finally speaks to me, she does not look at me and talks in a monotone voice. Her customer skills are lacking so much that it is so hard to believe she can even have a job working with the public.
I first thought it was just me she was rude to and accepted that it was just a personality conflict. But then I repeatedly witnessed her having the same reactions to every customer. Even the sweet senior that has multiple presriptions and must visit the pharmacy frequently. That is not acceptable! Terrie is just a very unpleasant person.
The Sam's Club Pharmacy is wonderful. It is ashame to have a person like Terrie working in such a a sensitive business as a pharmacy...or any other service job. If you didn't have such wonderful people like Victoria and Dana working in your pharmacy, and great prices, I would take my prescriptions some place else. This is how extremely umcomfortable Terrie's rudeness is.

I got your sale ad in the mail, I look through it to chose products that I may want to purchase. So this ad was the most recent from 8/23-9/17/2017. So, first I went to the Folsom, Ca store (which is closer to me) to purchase a few things, one of which was the pack of post it pop-ups, with dispenser. So, I looked all over, I got someone to help and they did a search and found that they didn't have it. So I went to another Sam's about 7 miles away the opposite direction, and to my surprise ( HAHA) they didn't have it either, and to top it off, they helped me a step further and checked with stores all over the area and NOT one store had this item. I am highly disappointed and really irritated with Sam's over this. I usually have been able to at least get any item from a store, even if the main store I go to doesn't have it, then another store would. So I am very unhappy with this. This is false advertisement at its best. So I will calling BBB over this. You advertise an item, whether on sale or not and not one store out of 50 have this item. You should really not advertise an item if you cant make sure that you have this item in stock, this ad goes for 2 1/2 weeks and people do use this item and this is just not appropriate nor acceptable. So I sure hope someone reads this and follows up, because I will contacting the Better Business Bureau, this is false advertisement at its best.

They claimed my information was wrong sooo for some reason they made a decision to reject my payments. Great job. Doing similar actions at the store has brought the same outcome. Today @ 11:45 am I called to see I could get an 30ct order of cupcakes for 8/19/17 /@ 10:00 am. An employee told me no and then hung up the phone. I called back and was told that that wasn't taking any more order for today. I was calling to see if they had any cup cakes already made and when was they done but again I was hung up on.

I bought $5 gas at sams club and paid at the pump with my cc. My bank account online showed the $5 purchase plus a $100 hold that stayed on my account for 4 days though the $5 cleared overnight, which is standard.
We pay our sams charge in full every month before the due date, and for the past several months before we receive the mailed the paper bill. We keep printed receipts of the running charge every month so we know what is due and have perfect credit. Our latest bill showed an interest charge on $84 and change. The bill says if there is a discrepancy to write them in orlando, not to call. We did and asked them to explain both of the above issues. Today we received their "response" - a copy of our latest bill with no explanation of the above issues and questions about them. Their response also said if we had other questions to call the number on the bill, the same number the bill says to "write, not call" if we want a verified response. This is the proverbial run-around.
We will stop using our credit at sams and may cancel our samsclub membership all together. Something is hanky-panky with the samsclub credit people. We don't trust them. They are probably ripping off thousands of members and of course will not respond directly to questions on these issues.
