We have been ordering at this sheetz located on 4th street indiana pa for 4 years. We have gotten multiple orders with food missing. Fries have been cold lately and the hotdogs have been burnt. I'd let it go if it happened just couple times. But lately our order has been messed up the last times we have gotten food. We did take our last order in to be fixed. Ended up getting our food 45 minutes later!

I dont want to complain persay. But recently the sheets in Thomasville NC has been messing up our food orders. Today after working all night I got a breakfast sandwich with bacon and there was no bacon. They've done stuff like this here and there. I love going to sheets but if I can't even have bacon on my bacon egg and cheese then I might as well go somewhere else.

It's awesome you guys have a MTO drive through but waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for food is a bit ridiculous you need to work on your drive through time honestly it's not much of a convenience I don't understand why only one order is being worked on at a time when multiple orders can be worked on

I was at Sheetz on February 23 to fill up the tank as usual, and as I was turning to put back nozzle there was some oil there I didn't so I had to hold on the pole there until I could get up. I didn't go into the store, I could barely get myself in the car to call a doctor. I have cracked hip and chipped pelvic bone and my arm is bruised and they did a ct scan of head to see if there was any bleeding and that came back ok. The outside around the station was clean. Now I have to walk this way for years and let me tell you it's the most painful thing I have ever had. I am going to contact an attorney, I wanted to let you know.

I paid for my food. I did not get all of my items. I paid for boom- boom sauce which I did NOT get. And I looked in my bag for it. And did not want cold food when I got back home. I think your workers should check the bag before handing it to the customer, because this is not the first time it has happened. I also have had the COMPLETE wrong order and luckily it was just my sister I had to switch food with.

A day last week I ordered food and got nachos and the chips steal it was from Patton pa, I ordered food from sheetz tonight in Patton pa, and I went to go get in my car to go get the food and my tire was flat I called sheetz to tell them I am not coming for my order and asked for my money back and they said they couldn't do it they gave me coupons, if someone can't make it they should of gave me my money back! Things happen and people can't help that if I new this before getting food I wouldn't of did my order but I had no idea it was flat. Also I got sheetz in Northern Cambria pa and the nachos was not good the chips was still like they sat their all day, i am always ordering food from sheetz.

I'm sorry to complain I've never done this before I tend to over look mistakes etc. the Wilkes barre Sheetz I visited today to get some food and items had a really gross bathroom we are having a snow storm and figured we grab some basic supplies. After seeing the bathroom that your employees use as well is very gross and they make the food after using them. Empty beer can food on floor toilet paper everywhere and a used mask looks like someone was living in there I'm attaching a picture. I also want to let you know I won't be posting this on social media I think that's immature to do and wanted to let you know directly. I've enjoyed Sheetz for years and plan to keep doing that thank you

Hi. I ordered schnack wraps from the sheetz in Slippery Rock, PA with diced tomatoes, but instead I got some with diced onions (which I despise) and didn't realize until I got home. I thought that I may have accidentally clicked onion instead without realizing it but the receipt clearly said tomato and not onion, as shown in the picture below. Please let me know if there's anything I can get in return for this?

Hi, I recently purchased a full tank of gasoline and then purchased a car wash at Sheetz in Perry, OH at your N Ridge Rd location. The large brush that cleans the sides of the cars in the automatic car wash tore off a piece of my bumper cover on the rear driver side of my Honda Accord. I could see the damage happening in my side mirror but of course you cannot exit thte car or drive in either direction during the duration of the automatic wash. Once outside the wash I got out and saw that it had tore a piece of the bumper cover clear clear off, exposing the inside bumper and styrofoam between the two. There was a large line of cars in place for car washes and it was impossible to retrieve the piece that was still inside the wash. I went inside the store and told an attendent what happened and they were not helpful and told me they'd tell their manager. I called back up there another time with the same results. I am writing now in hopes that you take note of the problem with the large aggresive brushes inside the wash. I have since talked to another person who had this happen a couple years back. I'd also appreciate being compensated in some way. The painted bumper cover that I purchased online and is being shipped to me in order to replace the broken one, cost me $400 and more to have it installed. Please consider adressing the car wash issue and please consider compensating me for the amount you've cost me.

02/05/2021:
W2 was sent to wrong address after being told my address had been updated in the system, numerous times. Peggy Bottenfield was the employee I was in contact with and she has not answered any emails since telling me when the reprint of the W2 will be. I would just like for this situation to be treated as serious as I feel it is. I need this W2 and they don't seem to be worried about it.
